Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fashion trends and promotions simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Sheika Hijab Stores. The influence of fashion trends and promotions partially on purchasing decisions at the Sheika Hijab Store. The method used in this research is analytical descriptive with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents to the Sheika Hijab Shop. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. Based on data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test are processed to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 1750.862 + 0.527 X1 + 0.436 X2. Simultaneously fashion trends and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an fcount of 273.244 and a significance level of 0.000. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.849 or 84.9%. shows the influence of fashion trends and promotions on purchasing decisions and the remaining 15.1% is the influence of other variables outside the variables used in this study. Partially the fashion trend variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as the promotion variable partially having a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of taste, perceived price and facilities on customer satisfaction at Mayasi Café and Resto Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative through the causality method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Mayasi Café and Resto Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results prove that taste, perceived price and facilities have a significant effect simultaneously or partially on customer satisfaction at Mayasi Café and Resto Asia Plaza Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of work environment and work stress on employee performance (Survey on production employees at PT. PERNAS Kabupaten Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents who are a production employees. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously work environment and work stress has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially work environment has positive and significant influence on employee performance. Partially work stress has positive and significant on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance elvaluation on employee loyalty Adlib.Id (convection) through job satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative approach with a research sample of 40 respondents from Adlib.Id Convection Employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis tool used in this study is path analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that performance evaluation has a direct effect on employee loyalty. Based on the results of the study, Performance Evaluation has no effect on Job Satisfaction, not significant effect. Based on the results of Job Satisfaction, the effect on Employee Loyalty does not have an insignificant effect. Based on the results of the study, the effect of Performance Evaluation on Employee Loyalty through Job Satisfaction is not significant, it has no effect.
