Abstract

Basically, the Indonesia government system places service as the basis for improving bureaucratic relations between the state and society, which is planced in the service government system as a from of achieving common goals which of course need special attention in order to achieving the nation’s ideal. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the public satisfaction index analysis of public service at the south Bengkulu regency investment and one-stop integrated services The type of research in this research is descriptive. The analytical method in this research uses the measurement of the value of the Community Satisfaction Index / IKM based on the Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Providing Units From this research, the 9 elements of service in the South Bengkulu Regency One Stop Investment and Services Service (DPMPTSP) include systems, mechanisms and procedures as well as handling, complaints, facilities and input which are stated to be very good with a conversion index quality value of 88.25 and 85.25 .

Abstract

Tax is one of the most important sources of state revenue besides other revenues, such as oil and gas revenues and non-tax revenues. The government is continuously trying to increase the target of state revenue from the tax sector. This research is explanatory research. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether awareness affects taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Bunga Mas Village, South Bengkulu Regency. To find out whether service quality affects taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Bunga Mas Village, South Bengkulu Regency. The results of this study are The effect of awareness (X1) on taxpayer compliance (Y) based on the results of the t-test for the awareness variable (X1) is 2.589, the t-value is compared to the t-table of 1.665. because tcount>ttable (2.589>1.665) with a significant level of 0.003<5% then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted The effect of service quality (X2) on taxpayer compliance (Y) based on the results of the tcount test for the service quality variable (X2) is 3.763 the tcount value when compared with the ttable is 1.665 because tcount>ttable (3.763>1.665) with a significant level of 0.002<5% then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected The Ftable result is 2.95 because Fcount>Ftable (7.894>2.95) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected meaning that there is a significant effect of the awareness variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together or simultaneously on taxpayer compliance (Y) The coefficient value of the Adjusted R Square R2 = 0.780. This value means that the independent variables together contribute 78% in influencing the dependent variable with moderate criteria.

Abstract

The type of research used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study was 30 people with the sampling technique in this study being total sampling. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive. The results showed that there was a significant influence between transformational leadership on employee performance with a t-count value of 2.745> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.011 <0.050; there was a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance with a t-count value of 4.688> 1.70562 and a sig a value = 0.000 <0.050. Simultaneously, transformational leadership variables and work motivation on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Central Statistics Agency with an Fcount value of 15,422> 3.35 with a significance value smaller than the probability of 5%, namely 0.000.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Tempe Silvia Business is that it is still wrong in calculating the cost of production because it does not take into account factory overhead costs such as water costs, electricity costs and telephone costs in calculating the cost of production. This study aims to find out how to calculate or determine the cost of production of tempe silvia in Semarang Urban Village of Bengkulu city. The method used is descriptive quantitative using the full costing method for calculating the cost of production and determining the selling price using the full cost pricing method. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of production carried out according to the tempe silvia business in 2018 was IDR 4,178, in 2019 it was IDR 4,189, in 2020 it was IDR 4,176, and in 2021 it was IDR 4,184, so that the profit earned in 2018 of Rp. 822 per pcs, in 2019 it was IDR 811 per pcs, in 2020 it was IDR 824 per pcs, and in 2021 it was IDR 816 per pcs, with an average profit of IDR 818.25. While the calculation of the cost of production uses the full costing method in 2018 it is Rp. 4,326, in 2019 it is Rp. 4,339, in 2020 it is Rp. 4,324, and in 2021 it is Rp. 4,333, so the profit earned in 2018 is Rp. 674 per pcs, in 2019 it was IDR 661 per pcs, in 2020 it was IDR 676 per pcs, and in 2021 it was IDR 667 per pcs, with an average profit of IDR 669.5. With a profit from determining the selling price of 15%. There is a difference between the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the tempe silvia business and the calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method in 2018 the difference is IDR 148, in 2019 the difference is IDR 150, in 2020 the difference is IDR 148, in 2021 the difference is IDR Rp. 149, the difference in this calculation is due to the calculations made by Tempe Silvia not taking into account factory overhead costs.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) play a central role in the Indonesian economy. The growth of MSME has resulted in intense competition. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to remain competitive. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of product innovation and digital marketing on the competitiveness of MSME in Bengkulu City.This study used a quantitative method using purposive sampling. A sample of 30 respondents, micro MSME entrepreneurs in the Anggut area of Bengkulu City, was selected. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed directly using a QR code Google Form using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.There is an influence of product innovation (X1) on the competitiveness (Y) of Micro MSMEs in the Anggut area of Bengkulu City with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and t count> t table (3.753>2.05183) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X has an effect on competitiveness (Y). There is digital marketing (X2) on the competitiveness (Y) of micro MSMEs in the Angguk area of Bengkulu City with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05 and t count> t table (3.528>2.05183) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained that variable X2 has an effect on competitiveness (Y). Product innovation and digital marketing jointly influence competitiveness, with a Fsig value <α, where Fsig is 0.000 and the calculated F value is 270.064 > Ftable 3.35.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Digital Wallets and E-Money on the consumption spending patterns of Generation Z in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive and verificative method with 70 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 22 through several tests, including validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²).The results show that Digital Wallet and E-Money have a positive and significant effect on consumption spending patterns. The Digital Wallet variable has a t-value of 3.749 with a significance value of 0.000, while the E-Money variable has a t-value of 2.735 with a significance value of 0.008. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence consumption spending patterns with an F-value of 54.281 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.618, indicating that Digital Wallet and E-Money explain 61.8% of the variation in consumption spending patterns, while the remaining 38.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at the Sikap Dalam Subdistrict Office in Empat Lawang Regency. The independent variables in this study are competence and motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. A Likert scale was used to measure the indicators of each research variable. The population in this study was all employees of the Sikap Dalam Subdistrict Office in Empat Lawang Regency. The sample size used in this study was 37 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, with the F test used to determine the combined effect of competence and motivation on employee performance, while the t test was used to determine the separate effects of competence and motivation on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a more dominant effect on employee performance compared to competence. The effect of motivation, at 42.7%, plays a more dominant role in improving employee performance compared to the competence factor, at 38.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Shitong Internasional Teknologi in South Bengkulu. Rapid technological developments require this telecommunications equipment distributor to have competent human resources with high motivation through clear career paths.The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all 30 employees of PT. Shitong Internasional Teknologi, where the entire population was used as respondents (saturated sample). Data were collected through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and Coefficient of Determination (R2) with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 1.015 and a significance value of 0.000. (2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001. (3) Simultaneously, Training and Career Development have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the F-test significance value of 0.000. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.996 indicates that the contribution of the independent variables in explaining the dependent variable is 99.6%, while the remaining 0.4% is explained by other factors outside this study.
