Abstract

Usaha keripik ubi Samirah Jambi memulai usahanya sejak tahun 2007 pemasaran keripik dilakukan dengan cara tatap muka langsung ke pembeli langganan di sekolah-sekolah, warung-warung, beberapa penjual bakso disekitar wilayah kelurahan Talang Banjar kota Jambi saja. Dengan terjadinya penurunan penjualan signifikan yang terjadi pada tiga tahun terakhir, mulai dari tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2022 tentunya mempengaruhi jumlah pendapatan yang diterima usaha keripik ubi Samirah. Masalah yang dihadapi usaha keripik ubi Samirah ini akan sulit teratasi bila tidak dilakukan beberapa pembenahan mulai dari kemasan, luas wilayah pemasaran dan promosi yang dilakukan hanya dari mulut ke mulut atau sistem komunikasi Word of Mouth (WOM), karena usaha keripik ubi sejenis lainnya yang merupakan pesaing usaha keripik ubi Samirah tampilan kemasan keripiknya lebih baik, luas wilayah pemasaran dan jangkauan promosinya lebih luas karena sudah menerapkan pemasaran digital dengan penjualan secara online. Berdasarkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh usaha keripik ubi Samirah, maka dilakukan pembenahan mulai dari perbaikan kemasan keripik ubi yang lebih menarik yang disertai keterangan komposisi bahan, berat bersih dan keterangan rasa keripik ubi. Untuk kendala jangkauan wilayah pemasaran dan promosi solusi yang diambil adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial Instagram.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of corporate governance mechanisms, specifically institutional and managerial ownership, on the earnings quality of transportation firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. The study utilized secondary data derived from financial reports, with multiple linear regression analysis executed via SPSS 23. The findings indicate that managerial ownership exerts a significantly positive effect on earnings quality, whereas institutional ownership demonstrates a significantly negative influence. These findings suggest that transportation companies need to enhance communication with institutional shareholders to manage short-term pressures that may lead to earnings manipulation. Additionally, increasing managerial ownership can promote higher earnings quality and sustainable company performance. For investors, this emphasizes the importance of monitoring corporate governance practices and management performance as potential indicators of earnings manipulation. Recommendations for future research include a deeper exploration of corporate governance variables, extending the study period, including more industry sectors, and also employing alternative methods for a more comprehensive evaluation of earnings quality. Overall, this study underscores the crucial role of effective corporate governance in enhancing transparency and accuracy in corporate financial reporting.

Abstract

This research focuses on task-oriented leadership styles that have paid very little attention, especially in assessing the impact of task-oriented leadership styles. leadership style on psychological capital, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment. This research further develops research on the relationship between leadership style, psychological capital, job satisfaction and employee organizational commitment in SMEs in Indonesia, especially in the city of Palembang.The research design is a research plan, namely a detailed explanation of the entire research plan starting from the formulation of the problem, objectives, description of the relationship between variables. The number of samples in this study was 180. It was found that the leadership style variable had an effect on job satisfaction, the psychological capital variable had an effect on satisfaction work, leadership style variables affect organizational commitment, psychological capital variables affect organizational commitment, and job satisfaction variables affect organizational commitment

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio on firm value in telecommunications sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data uses secondary data, data collection techniques through library research and documentation from the official IDX website. The research sample consisted of 18 companies that met the specified criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis to evaluate the effect of Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio variables on firm value. The results of this research show that Return on Assets and Debt to Equity ratio significantly affect firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the tourism evaluation process through the design and implementation of a website-based analytic dashboard at Travelogin Tour and Travel. The research was motivated by the inefficiency of conventional methods such as Google Forms, which often result in low response rates and slow data processing. Data was collected through user feedback submitted directly on the newly developed dashboard interface, replacing the previous manual collection via Google Forms. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, consisting of stages including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The dashboard was built using Laravel, Bootstrap, and MySQL, and features Net Promoter Score (NPS) visualizations, participant statistics, and automated summaries of feedback. The main results show that the dashboard significantly streamlines the evaluation process, facilitates faster complaint resolution, and enables more effective data-driven decision making. These improvements contribute to better tracking of customer satisfaction, enhanced service quality, and increased competitiveness for Travelogin in the tourism sector. This research demonstrates that integrating website-based analytic tools in tourism operations can support more efficient evaluation mechanisms and improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tour guide services on visiting decisions at the Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II Museum in Palembang. The research data uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary research data were obtained from the Palembang City Culture Office. The number of samples was 60 respondents (non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique). Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Based on the results of research simultaneously Professional Competence, Interpersonal Skill, Organization Skill, Emphaty and Problem Solving tour guides have a positive effect on visiting decisions. While partially it shows that 1 variable meets the requirements for acceptance of the hypothesis and 4 other variables have no positive influence or Ho is rejected. From the determination results, it is found that the tour guide service on visiting decisions has an effect of 66.2% on the visiting decision. The rest is explained by other independent variables not examined in this study. Suggestions given to improve the quality of tour guide services are to improve current topics, speak clearly, provide timely services, offer assistance to tourists, actively listen and are dexterous in resolving conflicts.

Abstract

This research on Burai Village aims to determine and assess the feasibility of Burai Village as a tourist village in Ogan Ilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using SWOT analysis. The result of the research is that Burai Village is feasible and can be used as a tourist village in Ogan Ilir Regency because it is supported by its geographical location, community culture, and existing village objects. The strategy used for the feasibility and development of Burai Village as a tourism village is the SO strategy by utilizing a large area of land for the construction of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities, making tour packages by using travel agents to sell tour packages to attract tourists to visit Burai Village, In collaboration with related agencies and public transport service providers to add routes to Burai Village and provide the maximum opportunity and role for the community in the development of tourist villages

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about the influence of brand awareness and brand image  at Traveloka.com Site to Purchase Decision in Palembang. This research is using the quantitative method and descriptive statistic. The kind of data in this research are primary data from the questionnaire and secondary data is from literature study. The sample in this research is 30 respondents. The sampling technique that used in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. Based on the results t test showed brand awareness has signficant influence on purchase decision. At the same time, brand image has not significant influence on purchase decision. Based on the results F test showed brand awareness and brand image are simultaneously positive and has signficant influence on purchase decision. Traveloka.com must to do innovative approaches to find new things that can build consumer memory and still keep going the positive perception from Traveloka.com.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perasaan nasabah di Bank Mandiri Area Palembang Arief mengenai kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam menggunakan QRIS Livin' by Mandiri. Analisis ini menggunakan tiga set variabel: variabel keputusan nasabah (Y), variabel keamanan (X2), dan variabel kenyamanan (X1). Analisis kuantitatif dan statistik data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 100 partisipan untuk mengisi kuesioner dan memberikan tanggapan mereka. Keputusan nasabah untuk menggunakan QRIS Livin' by Mandiri sebesar 65,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel kemudahan dan keamanan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, koefisien regresi menunjukkan bahwa semakin puas nasabah terhadap QRIS Livin' by Mandiri, maka semakin besar kemungkinan nasabah untuk melakukan pembelian, dan semakin puas nasabah terhadap kenyamanan dan keamanan produk, maka semakin besar kemungkinan nasabah untuk melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Bagian ekspedisi PT Pusri Palembang dalam pengelolaan dokumen masih secara manual. Akibatnya sering terjadi kehilangan dokumen, pencarian dokumen yang lama, dan kurang efisien. Sehingga tim pengabdian membuat aplikasi pencatatan dokumen secara digital untuk membantu mengelola dokumen untuk mengatasi masalah yang sering terjadi sebelumnya. Setelah pembuatan aplikasi tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi kepada 1 orang karyawan di bagian ekspedisi yang khusus menangani pengelolaan dokumen dengan diawasi 1 orang atasan yang ikut dalam pelatihan dan langsung praktik, kemudian tim melakukan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi Pendampingan dilakukan untuk mengetahui kendala mitra  dalam penggunaan aplikasi seperti kesulitan dalam pemindahan data manual dan tim membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra. Mitra sangat respon terhadap kegiatan ini, dimana mitra mau melakukan perubahan dari pencatatan manual menjadi pencatatan digitalTujuan Kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan ekspedisi dalam pengelolaan dokumen secara digital.
