Abstract

Tanjung Atap Village is one of the central areas of the craftsman industry in Tanjung Batu sub-district, with superior products being aluminum products. The lack of marketing and branding strategy development carried out by aluminum craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Village is a major challenge faced in the increasingly tight local and international market competition. Many craftsmen still use conventional marketing methods which have limited reach, making aluminum products in Tanjung Atap Village less well-known even though the product quality can compete in the market. The Thematic Community Service Lecture activity is aimed at strengthening the capacity of craftsmen in understanding the concept of branding, creating an attractive product identity and utilizing promotional media both online and offline, and increasing product visibility. Branding and promotion activities for aluminum products by craftsmen in Tanjung Atap Village have a significant impact on increasing the competitiveness of local products. Where the training activities for creating Instagram accounts, taking product photos, and making banners were carried out, they succeeded in providing craftsmen with effective promotional tools, both for offline and online marketing and craftsmen now have the tools needed to increase the appeal and reach of their product marketing. Craftsmen who initially did not understand the importance of branding now have a clear brand identity, supported by a logo, brand name, and a targeted promotional strategy, and craftsmen also learn to produce products that are of higher quality and have higher appeal, such as ergonomic and aesthetic designs.

Abstract

Quality human resources and effective managerial skills are crucial elements in driving employee performance, which ultimately determines the success of a business in achieving its goals. The main problems identified in this study are the presence of unwise leaders, bad habits in the organization, and lack of punctuality at work. Management must recognize and embrace human resources as the most important strategic component. This will ensure that goals are achieved on time and accordingly. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of employee performance, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. Quantitative method is a research method used to determine the relationship between variables through data collection that can be counted or measured numerically. Quantitative research focuses on measuring and analyzing numerical data, with the aim of describing phenomena, testing hypotheses, and making generalizations or conclusions that apply broadly. This study uses saturated sampling technique with a population of 21 people. The comparison of the significance value with the error rate determined at 0.05 is 0.017 <0.05. Based on this, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (H4) in this study is accepted, while the null hypothesis (Ho4) is rejected.

Abstract

This study is titled "The Utilization of Instagram by the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region II as an Information Medium about Higher Education." The aim of this research is to identify how LLDIKTI Region II utilizes Instagram as a medium for disseminating information about higher education. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected using three main techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. These three techniques were applied simultaneously to obtain comprehensive and relevant data in line with the research focus. The theories used in this study are the New Media Theory, Uses and Gratification Theory, and Media Richness Theory. The findings indicate that Instagram has become an effective medium for LLDIKTI Region II to deliver higher education information quickly, widely, and visually. The utilization of various features such as feed, stories, reels, and highlights enables the institution to reach audiences with diverse preferences, aligning with the theories applied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media youtube dalam kemampuan moral dan bercerita pada anak usia dini.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif atau naturalistic inquiry merupakan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu dengan kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Situs youtube menyediakan berbagai informasi berupa video, termasuk di dalamnya audio. Youtube ditujukan bagi mereka yang ingin mencari informasi dalam bentuk video. Penggunaan media sosial youtube dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan spiritualitas (SQ) dan sosial pada anak usia dini. Usia dini biasa dikenal dengan golden age, karena fisik dan motorik anak berkembang dan bertumbuh dengan cepat, baik perkembangan emosional, intelektual, bahasa, maupun moral (budi pekerti).

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the content strategy of Selontok Fish Official in achieving engagement on social media, particularly on their YouTube channel. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates the object naturally, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument. The analysis techniques involve SWOT Analysis and IPPAR Model, and the data analysis is inductive. The research focuses on content strategy, especially the use of the Palembang language, and overcoming production constraints with innovative solutions. The conclusion highlights the success of the creative team Selontok Fish Official, originating from individual efforts, their vision in the Palembang language, and efforts to promote local cultural richness. With hopes for continuous growth, achieving higher milestones, and providing economic benefits to the team and community, this research demonstrates that success in the creative content realm can generate a broad positive impact.
