Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan berbagai dampak pada perekonomian masyarakat terutama pada pengusaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Beragam dampak yang dirasakan oleh pengusaha UMKM telah mempengaruhi kesehatan psikologis seperti timbulnya stres, cemas, rasa takut, dan gejala depresi. Kegiatan Pengabdian yang dilakukan sangat diperlukan untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM tetap dapat menjaga kesehatan psikologis dalam situasi stres di masa pandemi. Pengabdian dilakukan disalah satu UMKM yang ada di Desa Kalisari yaitu UMKM keripik bayam. Pendirian UMKM keripik Bayam ini sudah berdiri pada tahun 2019 usaha tersebut terdapat permasalahan yaitu pemilik UMKM mengeluhkan stress dalam menghadapi turunnya target penjualan produk dimasa pandemi COVID-19 yang membuat produktivitas karyawan dan kualitas pekerjaan menjadi menurun, pemilik usaha pun ragu dalam menginovasi produknya, lalu para pekerja juga mengeluhkan turunnya penjualan membuat motivasi mereka dalam bekerja menjadi menurun karena turunnya penjualan membuat sebagian karyawan harus kehilangan pekerjaannya. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian ini untuk membantu pengusaha UMKM agar dapat tetap menjaga kesehatan psikologis di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan menghindari munculnya gejala depresi atau gangguan psikologis lainnya dikemudian hari. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan cara memotivasi langsung para karyawan dan pemilik UMKM dengan mengajak pemilik dan karyawan menonton vidio tentang motivasi dan meyakinkan karyawan dan pemilik UMKM untuk tidak mudah putus asa dalam menghadapi masa pandemi COVID-19. Dengan terus berusaha dalam mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja agar tercapainya target penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Affective Commitment, Person-Organization Fit to Affective Commitment, and the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Person-Organization Fit on Affective Commitment. The research design was a field study using survey methodology. The study conducted in a PT. Adira Dinamika Multifinance Bandar Lampung. In this study, the research design included a causal relationship between two or more variables (Fadila, 2020). Judging from the type of data, this study was quantitative research. The study emphasized the analysis of numerical data which were processed by using statistical methods. The research variables consisted of variables: Emotional Intelligence, Person-Organization Fit, and Affective Commitment. All scales used a 5-point agreement – disagreement Likert format. The questionnaires developed for the purpose of isolating factors affecting employee retention. Participants in this study consisted of 66 employees recruited as part of the investigation. A validity test had been done by using the correlation Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation. Furthermore, the reliability of the questionnaire research used the alpha Cronbach's method. The results of this study were supported by the result of the previous study conducted by (Angga, 2019) and (Solomon, 2019). It stated that Emotional Intelligence did not affect Affective Commitment, Person-Organization Fit affected Affective Commitment. Furthermore, Emotional Intelligence and Person-Organization Fit affected Affective Commitment. This study carried to light original and valuable findings related to the effect of emotional intelligence and person-organization fit after showing expected results in terms of affective commitment.Keywords      :  Emotional Intelligence,Person-Organization Fit, Affective Commitment.

Abstract

The research is aimed at knowing the influence ofmotivation and compensation on lecturers jobperformance at Informatics and Business Institute (IBI)Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. The problems of theresearch are 1) Do motivation and compensation receivedby the lecturers of IBI Darmajaya have an effect on theirjob performance? 2) How far is the relationship betweenmotivation and compensation and job performance? 3)Which factor is more dominant between motivation andcompensation that affects the job performance?This research uses double linear regression analysismethod. The variables of the research are motivation andcompensation as independent variables and jobperformance as dependent variable. To know theinfluence of independent variable on dependent variable ispartially used ttest and to know the influence ofindependent variable on dependent variable used Ftest.This research is a population research or a census studywhere 51 respondents taken out of the whole number ofactive fulltimelecturers at IBI Darmajaya.The result of the research indicates that motivation andcompensation variable affects lecturers job performance,both simultaneously and partially. In addition, in theresult of the research it is found that motivation variable ismore dominant that compensation variable in affectinglecturers job performance.KEY WORDS :Motivation, Compensation, and JobPerformance

Abstract

In academics, lecturers who have good emotional intelligence and good service to students can do something good in their work situations. In dealing with dailywork routines, a lecturer must be able to perform well in harmony with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the emotional intelligence of lecturers in Management study program, Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya. The method in this study used descriptive quantitative with a sample of 42 lecturers of the management study program. The results of this studyindicate that the emotional intelligence in Management study program, Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya had an average score range of 151.9. It was in the vulnerable range of values 145.8 - 179.4 in the high category. It showed that thecomponent of emotional intelligence, namely self-awareness: being able to introspect oneself well into the high category. in Management study program, Institute of Informatics and Business Darmajaya who were committed to their work in intelligent emotions, for those who were emotionally intelligent was able to motivate themselves, motivate others and control their emotions, for those who have insight when making decisions, for those who empathize with understanding thepsychology of others and build and maintain good social relations.Keywords—Emotional Intelligence, Lecturer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Workloadterhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, PengaruhWorkstress terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Pengaruh Workload dan Workstress terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya. Jenis penelitan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah metode pengumpulan lapangan berupa penyebaran kuesioner..Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Sensus.Uji persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.Uji persyaratan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Workload berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Workstress berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Workload dan Workstress berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya.

Abstract

In the era of the development of science and technology as well as the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In Wonodadi village, the majority are Javanese and are Muslim who have SMEs in opaque businesses made from cassava. These MSME actors have only used their financial records manually so that there are often significant errors in terms of finances. Based on these problems, we do service with the aim of providing an understanding of recording transactions using applications and how to use them, as well as providing information , explains how to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises using the Strawberry Cashier Application. and Helping and teaching people who have MSMEs to create accounts in the strawberry cashier application and how to input financial income and expenses. The method that we do is starting with socialization by introducing and explaining the use of digital-based transaction recording, namely the Strawberry Cashier Application to MSME actors and assisting MSME actors in creating accounts in the strawberry cashier application and helping input MSME Financial transactions in the application. directly to SMEs). The partners of the MSMEs are the owners of MSMEs processed by opaque Mak Friska and the Karang Taruna Wonodadi Village.

Abstract

Banyaknya masyarakat yang masih berminat untuk mengkonsumsi Tahu tersebut, tetapi hanya di pasarkan ke pasar Gintung yang berada di Bandar Lampung. Kurangnya pemasaran untuk UKM Tahu mempunyai beberapa kendala belum adanya tugas pemasaran dari daerah pendistribusian yang masih terbatas. Tempat yang dijadikan target pemasaran adalah warung, pasar, dan pedagang kaki lima, didaerah Bandar Lampung dan juga sekitar usaha tersebut. Hal ini mengakibatkan belum maksimalnya jarak jangkuan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Adanya pelatihan perhitungan perhitungan laba rugi membuat UKM tersebut mempunyai sistem pencatatan dan perhitungan yang baik. Pemberian label, merk, PapanInformasi, dan kemasan yang kreatif dapat membantu masyarakat mengenal produk dan meningkatkan nilai jual, Pelatihan cara mempromosikan dengan melalui media sosial guna meningkatkan nilai jual dan dapat membantu masyarakat mengenal produk secara luas, Pelatihan komputer bagi siswa sekolah dasar guna membantu dalam mengetahui pentingnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama dalam membantu menyelesaikan serta menambah keterampilan dalam mengoperasikan komputer.

Abstract

Jahe (Zingiber officinale) merupakan tanaman rempah yang berasal dari Asia Selatan, dan sekarang telah tersebar ke seluruh dunia. Masyarakat China telah memanfaatkan jahe sebagai penyedap makanan sejak abad ke 6 S.M, ,dan para pedagang Arab telah mengenalkan jahe dan rempah - rempah lainnya sebagai bumbu masakan ke Kawasan Mediterania sebelum abad pertama sesudah Masehi, dan dikenalkan ke Eropa berupa buku - buku resep masakan yang menggunakan berbagai rempah-rempah Berkembangnya usaha kecil dan menengah mendorong masyarakat untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam menciptakan usaha barudengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam yang ada di sekitar sebagai peluang membentuk bisnis. Dalam mendirikan suatu usaha perlu memperhitungkan segala kemungkinan yang terjadi mengenai modal, tempat usaha, cara memperoleh bahan baku dan peluang bisnis di lingkungan tempat tinggal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari sosialisasi program, penyampaian materi dan praktik lapangan. Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) is targeted at teenagers with the aim of providing insight and creativity to youth. The object of service is located in Wayhalim Bandar Lampung, namely teenagers in the RT 1 Wayhalim Bandar Lampung environment. In Community Service activities carried out by the service team, the solution offered to youth is to make snack buckets as a business opportunity. The method used in Community Service activities is starting from a location survey, direct discussions with the head of the RT, outreach and training. The training is carried out face to face. The PKM team provided outreach about the importance of entrepreneurship in order to generate income that has economic value. In the second stage, the PKM team provided practical training on making bucket snacks. The results of Community Service activities that have been carried out are having a positive impact on youth. They become inspired and can be enthusiastic about doing business and entrepreneurship, because from this business they will get income and also opportunities for entrepreneurship. The results of the snack buckets were distributed to the participants as an appreciation of the results of the practice and in the future they could continue as independent businesses for teenagers. Based on a survey conducted with several participants who were attended by 20 participants, many participants were interested in starting a bucket snack business or entrepreneurship because they had very good opportunities.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the law enforcement paradigm for criminal acts of corruption in the business sector. The problem focuses on law enforcement against criminal acts of corruption in the business sector in Indonesia today, as well as the ideal construction of overcoming criminal acts of corruption in the business sector. In order to answer these problems, this research uses a normative approach with qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the investigation and discussion, this study concludes that law enforcement against criminal acts of corruption in the business sector in Indonesia currently tends to be formally legalistic. Such law enforcement results in less than optimal recovery of state losses and makes the state "overdrawn" because the costs of handling cases are more significant than the state losses recovered. The ideal construction of overcoming criminal acts of corruption in the business sector requires a multidisciplinary approach by integrating non-penal penal processes that are not counterproductive to the development of business transactions. The non-penal process emphasizes prevention efforts, while the penal process emphasizes efforts to recover state losses using criminal, civil, and administrative legal instruments.
