Abstract

Pada beberapa tahun terakhir, manajemen dan kepemimpinan dalam lingkungan pendidikan telah menjadi fokus utama bagi peneliti dan praktisi. Studi telah menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan efektif dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, kepuasan guru, dan kinerja sekolah secara keseluruhan. Dalam era globalisasi dan perubahan teknologi yang cepat, lembaga pendidikan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk memenuhi standar yang lebih tinggi, menjadikan peran pemimpin sekolah sangat penting sebagai pengawas dan visioner yang mempengaruhi segala aspek kehidupan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrik untuk mengukur sejauh mana fokus penelitian tentang manajemen dan kepemimpinan sekolah serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini meninjau literatur manajemen dan kepemimpinan sekolah menggunakan database Scopus, menganalisis volume publikasi, kutipan, jaringan kepengarangan, dan frekuensi kata kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan publikasi tahunan sebesar 3,19% pada topik manajemen dan kepemimpinan di sekolah, dengan total 116 dokumen yang diterbitkan antara tahun 1989 dan 2024. Analisis lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan terdistribusi semakin mendapat perhatian karena korelasinya yang kuat dengan peningkatan keterlibatan guru dan prestasi siswa. Faktor-faktor ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan kepemimpinan memainkan peran krusial dalam keberhasilan operasional sekolah. Selain itu, teknologi informasi juga telah menjadi komponen kritikal dalam manajemen sekolah, memungkinkan pengelolaan data yang lebih efisien dan komunikasi yang lebih efektif. Ini mendukung pemimpin pendidikan untuk lebih fokus pada strategi dan pengembangan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini tidak hanya mengungkap kontribusi yang paling berpengaruh dalam bidang ini tetapi juga menyediakan wawasan tentang bagaimana institusi pendidikan dapat beradaptasi dengan tantangan dan peluang di masa depan.

Abstract

Children with special needs have a particular way of learning which requires media to learn Alquran. This article discussed how a media developed for Alquran learning for children with special needs was created. This study discussed the design of Alquran Learning Media for children with special needs in memorizing Al-Qur'an. Hence, the prototype method was utilized in this study implemented by identifying problems, analyzing user needs, designing products according to user needs, making products that have been planned, validating experts, and product testing. To get an acceptable result, the author collected sources for the literature from the primary ones such as reports, results of previous research, to expert opinions to conduct this learning media. After testing the media, the overall analysis results showed that Mauro's popup book can be used as a medium to help memorize the Alquran for children with special needs, especially children with autistic disorders. In other words, this product can be adopted as a solution for children with special needs to help them in memorizing Alquran

Abstract

Umumnya di zaman modern saat ini sudah menggunakan alat transportasi mesin, seperti motor, mobil, pesawat, kereta api, dan sebagainya. Untuk mengurangi dampak dari terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas terutama pada kendaraan mobil, perlu adanya kesadaran dalam menggunakan sabuk pengaman. Penggunaan sabuk pengaman berfungsi mencegah terjadinya cedera tulang belakang pada pemobil. Selain penggunaan seat belt itu untuk mengurangi jumlah resiko kecelakaan dijalanan dan meningkatkan keselamatan di jalan raya, kendaraan harus monitoring apa yang terjadi disekitar. Komunikasi antar kendaraan dengan pengendara ini dapat dilakukan dengan untuk pertukaran informasi keadaan berupa lokasi, kecepatan dan akselerasi. Adanya informasi ini, mampu mempermudah pengemudi agar dapat monitoring kecepatan ketika berkendara di jalanan dan peringatan dari penggunaan seat belt agar pengendara dapat mengemudi dalam keadaan aman serta sistem pemantauan digunakan agar pengguna dapat melacak kendaraan dan dapat melihat jarak tempuh dari suatu kendaraan dengan menggunakan GPS. Metode dari pembuatan alat ini terdiri dari pembuatan mekanik alat berupa bentuk fisik alat. Membuat rangkaian kelistrikan alat agar kelistrikan pada setiap komponen bekerja dengan baik, pembuatan software sebagai antarmuka dengan mobil dan pembuatan coding program untuk menjalankan alat sesuai fungsinya. Setelah dilakukan beberapa percobaan semua komponen dalam sistem ini bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan dapat disimpulkan penggunaan seat belt untuk berkendara bekerja dengan baik dan sistem monitoring dalam pelacakan lokasi dan kecepatan kendaraan bekerja dengan baik sehingga dapat dikatakan alat ini dapat mempermudah pengendara dalam monitoring kendaraannya dan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dijalan.

Abstract

The increasing population growth in Indonesia also affects the need for a comfortable and safe shopping place. The increasing number of consumers at the same time causes lines, especially in the payment section. The purpose of this research is to try to develop a cashier with a self-service method to help speed up the payment process and reduce lines. This research uses a GM66 scanner to scan barcodes on product items to be purchased. While the 3200-DB TCS Sensor is used to detect the nominal money paid. Information on the price of goods that have been scanned is displayed on the LCD screen. After payment is complete, the shopping receipt will be printed. In the results of this study, a tool was obtained that can be used to automatically sum up the price of groceries. Additionally, this tool can also facilitate transactions for payment of groceries. However, in this study, the new payment transaction process can only use $50 bills, and there is no system for returning change.

Abstract

Information technology has experienced significant developments in science and technology, including programming languages. One of the most popular programming languages today is Python. However, many students still have difficulty learning the Python programming language. These difficulties are caused by the lack of learning media that focus on the Python language, module explanations that are difficult to understand, and a lack of understanding of the library in the Python language. This research aims to create a Python programming language learning module focusing on the project-based Learning (PjBL) approach. The methodology used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The data needed in this study were collected through questionnaires and learning outcomes exams with a subject of 28 students. The data in the effectiveness aspect is using the T-Test Test. This research results in a valid, practical, and effective PjBL-based Python programming language learning module. This module is considered valid by experts in media aspects with a value of 0.85 and material aspects with a value of 0.89. The practicality of this module is proven through positive responses from lecturers of 88.75%, student responses in the limited test of 88.5%, and the usage trial of 86.96%. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of this module can be seen from the classical completion rate of 82% and the gain score of 57%, and the t-test shows that this module significantly increases student learning outcomes in the Python programming language.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, the transformation of learning media has revolutionized the education system by providing innovative ways of material delivery and learner interaction with learning content. In particular, Augmented Reality (AR) technology has shown its potential to enrich the learning experience in an interactive and engaging way. The main objective of this research is to analyze the current learning conditions and evaluate the effectiveness of using AR as a learning medium. The methods used include interviews with lecturers and student needs surveys using questionnaires. Results from interviews and surveys indicated that many students have difficulty in understanding the material, and conventional learning media such as whiteboards and PowerPoint have not been effective enough in presenting complex concepts intuitively. The discussion of this research reveals that AR can be an important solution in clarifying the visualization of Electrical Circuit concepts, allowing students to virtually see and interact with complex circuit components. With AR, students can modify variables and immediately see the effect on the circuit, which deepens their understanding of the material being taught. It also supports independent learning outside the classroom, as AR can be accessed through personal devices such as smartphones. The conclusion of this study shows that the integration of AR in learning Electrical Circuits can improve students' understanding and interest in learning. Recommendations given based on this research are the development of more interactive and integrative AR-based learning content, accompanied by lecturer training to maximize the potential of this technology in education. The implementation of AR will not only improve the quality of learning but also prepare students with relevant skills for the future.

Abstract

Interactive learning media play an essential role in the learning process. In today's digital era, interactive learning media is one of the best choices for improving the quality of learning by making it more effective and efficient. This study aims to develop augmented reality (AR)--based interactive learning media for electric motor installation subjects. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) method with the 4-D development model. This research consists of several stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that this augmented reality learning media development research has produced a valid and practical augmented reality learning medium for electric motor installation subjects. The media and material validation results consist of two media validators and two material validators. Obtained a media validation value of 0.58 and a material validation value of 0.62 using the validity interval category ≥ 0.4. Thus, the media and materials developed were declared valid. The augmented reality learning media practicality test results obtained 86.63% by using the practicality interval category > 75%–100%. Thus, AR-based learning media in electric motor installation have been considered practical. Implications for further research could include developing AR media for other subjects or applying AR technology in various learning contexts, including integrating more complex interactive features or adapting the media for broader educational needs. In addition, this research could encourage exploring AR in distance learning scenarios and increase student engagement through gamification or further simulation in skills-based learning.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) technology has emerged as a transformative tool in education, integrating digital information into the user's real-world environment. This study aims to explore global research trends in AR for education through bibliometric analysis. The primary objective is to identify the evolution of publications, influential sources, leading authors, and productive countries in AR research. Using data from Scopus (2020–2024), 1,232 documents were analyzed. The study reveals that the United States leads in research productivity, followed by China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Germany. The research highlights the rising trend in AR publications, with annual growth rates of 23.15%. Key journals like "Education and Information Technologies" and "Education Sciences" are at the forefront, showcasing the interdisciplinary nature of AR in education. Prominent authors such as Archana Mantri and Liru Chen contribute significantly to the field. This research also identifies emerging trends in mobile applications, STEM education, and the integration of AR with virtual reality. Overall, bibliometric analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of AR’s impact, emerging research directions, and the global collaborative network, helping to guide future research and enhance AR’s integration in educational practices.

Abstract

Siluang Tanjuang Gadang Village faces economic challenges due to limited utilization of agricultural and fisheries resources, including abandoned fish ponds. Internet of Things (IoT) technology with Smart Aquaponics systems offers innovative solutions to increase efficiency and inconvenience. The system combines fish and plant cultivation with real-time monitoring, enabling resource optimization and increased productivity. This service activity aims to increase the efficiency and productivity of IoT-based fish and plant cultivation, as well as increasing community income through modern technology. The program is carried out through four stages: planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Activities include installation of the Smart Aquaponics system, community training, and monitoring the use of IoT technology. The results obtained were that the installation of devices on IoT-based Smart Aquaponics tools, such as temperature and humidity sensors, was successful. Training increases the technical capacity of communities, while real-time monitoring helps optimize cultivation conditions. This system increases productivity and operational efficiency, with the potential to increase people's income. The implementation of the IoT-based Smart Aquaponics system in Siluang Tanjuang Gadang Village shows success in optimizing local resources. This technology can increase agricultural and fisheries productivity, as well as encourage economic benefits for village communities.

Abstract

Vocational education in Indonesia, particularly in the Culinary Expertise Program at SMK Negeri 1 Luak District, struggles to deliver English instruction that aligns with industry demands. Given English's role as a global language in the culinary sector, there is an urgent need for a contextualized, industry-relevant English curriculum. This study employed a Research and Development (RD) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Four expert validators, one English teacher, and 50 tenth-grade culinary students participated. Instruments included questionnaires, interviews, validation sheets, observation tools, and pre- and post-tests. Expert validation results indicated high content validity, with Aiken’s V values ranging from 0.83 to 0.95. The practicality test demonstrated that the module was highly usable in classroom settings. Moreover, students’ English proficiency in culinary contexts improved significantly, as reflected by N-Gain scores in the medium to high range. These findings suggest that the developed module effectively supports contextual English learning relevant to vocational culinary needs. Its high validity and practicality support its potential integration into the Merdeka Curriculum. The applied English module tailored to the culinary industry’s needs offers a practical and effective solution to enhance students' English skills, equipping SMK graduates with competencies essential for global workforce readiness.
