Abstract

Pembelajaran biologi adalah pembelajaran yang mempelajari tentang makhluk hidup salah satunya adalah materi Fungi. Fungi memiliki berbagai jenis yang tersebar di lingkungan sehingga memerlukan sumber belajar yang prakti,s mampu dibawa kemana-mana yang dapat membantu siswa untuk belajar mengidentifikasi Fungi tersebut. Sumber belajar sebagai pendukung kegiatan pengamatan lapangan atau belajar di kelas salah satunya adalah buku saku. Buku saku merupakan buku yang berukuran kecil, mudah dibawa kemana saja karena dapat diletakkan di dalam saku kemudian buku saku juga berukuran kecil serta memuat informasi-informasi yang ringkas. Penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan validitas buku saku materi Fungi sebagai media pembelajaran biologi kelas X SMA ditinjau dari kelayakan isi, bahasa, dan tampilan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Validitas buku saku yang dikembangkan dinilai berdasarkan kelayakan isi, bahasa, dan tampilan. Telaah buku saku oleh pakar, pakar yang dimaksud adalah dua orang dosen yang meliputi dosen ahli materi dan dosen ahli media. Teknik analsis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil validasi buku saku materi Fungi yang dikembangkan mendapat skor 90% dengan kategori sangat baik dan layak. Berdasarkan seluruh analisis dari hasil validasi, dapat dinyatakan bahwa buku saku materi fungi memenuhi syarat nilai kelayakan dan sangat valid apabila digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran terutama dalam identifikasi Fungi Basidiomycota. Abstract

Batu boulder (batu gajah) menjadi salah satu bahan yang telah banyak digunakan dalam segala bahan pengecoran dan pembangunan. batu boulder sendiri terbagi menjadi tiga tekstur yaitu batu kasar, batu halus dan batu burik. Dalam penentuan kualitas batu boulder (batu gajah) apabila dilakukan dengan mengunakan pengamatan manual akan menghasilkan kualitas produk yang tidak merata karena keterbatasan visual, kelelahan, dan perbedaan pendapat dari masing-masing pengamat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan batu boulder bedasarkan tekstur dengan mengunakan pemerosesan citra digital. Ekstraksi fitur yang digunakan awalnya adalah Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV) adalah Hue dapat merepresentasikan warna yang sebenarnya, Saturation dapat menyatakan tingkat keaslian warna dan Value dinyatakan sebagai perubahan warna putih menuju abu-abu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Grayscale untuk menetukan titik gelap terangnya suatu objek, dilanjutkan ke Contrast Stretching untuk memperjelas atau mempertajam citra. Sedangkan untuk mendapatkan citra tekstur adalah menggunakan Gray Level co-occurrence Matrik (GLCM) yaitu Contrast, Correlation, Energy dan Homogenity, pada tahap terakhir menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes untuk pengklasifikasian jenis tekstur. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah output klasifikasi batu boulder (batu gajah) berdasarkan tekstur sample citra batu. Sehingga memudahkan pegawai dalam menentukan kualitas batu yang dihasilkan dari lokasi tambang.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 virus infection has the potential to become severe in individuals who are susceptible or who have comorbid diseases. Natural immunity status in infected sufferers can cause an increase in the number of neutrophil cells and a decrease in the number of lymphocyte cells (increased neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio), serum inter-leukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP) levels which are associated with severity. covid-19. Hypercoagulability that occurs in COVID-19 infection causes an increase in D-dimer levels, reflecting a response to prothrombotic phenomena and is associated with an increased risk of mortality in COVID-19 patients. Objective: To determine the relationship between Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), C-reactive protein (CRP), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), and D-dimer levels on the severity of Covid-19 patients at Muhammadiyah Malang University (UMM) Hospital Method: Using a retrospective design by taking a total sampling of medical record data for COVID-19 patients treated at UMM Hospital in 2021-2022. Results and Discussion: Spearman correlation on NLR 0.426 (p=0.000), OR=3.67, 95% CI=1.622-8.226, CRP 0.343 (p=0.000) with OR 5.143, 95%CI=1.128-23.448, D- Dimer 0.326 (p=0.000), OR 2.497, 95% CI=1.142-5.458. Meanwhile, the correlation and IL-6 estimation values could not be calculated because the sample size was insufficient. CRP levels in COVID-19 patients are the best predictor of worsening compared to other parameters. Conclusion: NLR values, CRP levels, and D-Dimer levels are related to the degree of severity in COVID-19 patients.

Abstract

Student learning motivation varies between individuals. Students with high learning motivation tend to have a more in-depth learning experience compared to students with low motivation. When the majority of students have low motivation, the learning process often feels monotonous, boring, and can even cause students to lose enthusiasm and become sleepy. On the other hand, if most students have high learning motivation, the learning process becomes more lively, dynamic, and effective. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Powtoon as a learning media to improve the learning motivation of fourth-grade students. The method used in this journal is quantitative, and to strengthen the research, it is also supported by literature studies where the research results are taken from several references, such as articles, journals, and other research findings. The results of the study show that the use of Powtoon as a learning media significantly improves the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SDN Gunggung I

Abstract

Articulate Storyline learning media is a soft application that can be used for presentations. Articulate Storyline has the same advantages as Microsoft PowerPoint, also has various advantages can also create a very comprehensive and interesting presentation. This research aims to evaluate the use of Articulate Storyline Learning media, to identify the quality of Articulate Storyline media in fiqh learning. Research using a formative evaluation model, evaluation is carried out through 2 stages, namely: 1) review by media experts, and 2) review by material experts. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, as well as data analysis techniques, are carried out through descriptive statistics with Likert scale measurement scales. The consequences of the review showed that the evaluation of Articulate Storyline learning media in fiqh learning is fitting to be utilized as a learning medium. Media excellence is evident from the results of its media experts = 80,43%, including the level of “ very good”. The overall research results of Articulate Storyline learning media are appropriate for use as a learning mechanism of fiqh learning.

Abstract

Gunung Rajak Village, East Lombok has an area of ​​624 hectares and a population of 6,875 people. The main problem faced by the village is the low level of community awareness and independence in handling waste. In the previous year, this village produced 3,322.5 kg of waste per day, more than 60% of which had not been managed optimally. PMD Unram KKN is very relevant to be implemented in this village with the general aim of increasing community awareness and independence in dealing with waste problems in Gunung Rajak Village with the specific aim of increasing community knowledge and skills in implementing the waste bank program, processing inorganic waste into art products and ecobricks and processing kitchen waste into ecoenzymes, maintaining environmental health and increasing community participation in planting trees in the Nenuju Green and Independent Village program. This activity was carried out by Mataram University students who were accompanied by supervisors, the Head of Gunung Rajak Village and his staff and partners from the local Health Service and the Mandalika Modern Nursery of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia. Activities were carried out using lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice methods with POSYANDU cadres and representatives of the Gunung Rajak Village community as the target audience. The results show that 85% of participants understand the waste bank program, processing waste into art products, eco-bricks and eco-enzymes and are committed to implementing this technique in their homes. The results also show that the community has participated in planting 1000 jackfruit tree seedlings at the main point covering an area of ​​0.5 ha and other strategic points covering an area of ​​4 ha in Gunung Rajak Village

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis efektivitas e-book tipe flip book dalam melatih motivasi belajar peserta didik pada materi identifikasi jamur Basidiomycota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research & Development (R&D) yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Hasyim Asy'ari Tebuireng pada Oktober 2024 - Januari 2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode tes yang dilakukan kepada 20 peserta didik kelas X SMA. Tes digunakan untuk mengetahui mengenai skor peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan memberikan lembar soal sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan e-book. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengetahui keefektifan e-book berdasarkan aspek peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book yang dikembangkan memiliki efektivitas sedang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,59 (kategori sedang) dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 90%. Respon peserta didik terhadap e-book menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 95,7%, yang menunjukkan bahwa e-book sangat layak dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan e-book yang dikembangkan cukup efektif dan praktis dalam meningkatkan motivasi pembelajaran peserta didik.

This is because most teachers direct students to understand theory only.One solution to this problem is the existence of learning media. This study aims to describe the resultsof the development of modified flashcard media based on its practicality and effectiveness. Thisresearch is a development research that uses the ADDIE model which stands for analysis, design,development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were junior high schoolstudents in grade VII. Practical data was obtained from student observations when using the media andthe distribution of student response questionnaires after using the media. Then effectiveness data wasobtained from student postests after studying the interaction material among living things usingmodified flashcard media. From the results of this study, it was found that modified flashcard media isvery practical with an average score of 93.2% and very effective with an average score of 87.1%. Thusthis learning media is very well used in the material of interaction among living things.
