Abstract

Financial Performance Analysis of Village Fund Allocation (Study in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency). This study aims to determine how well the financial performance of village fund allocations is based on the effectiveness ratio and growth ratio in Lahunggumbi Village, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the Village Fund Allocation Financial Report in the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget from 2018 to 2020. The data collection techniques used are documentation techniques and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative with the formula: Effectiveness Ratio and Growth Ratio. The results showed that in general the financial performance of the Lahunggumbi Village Government, Pondidaha District, Konawe Regency was good in managing the Village Fund Allocation finance. This can be seen from the calculation results of the Effectiveness Ratio categorized as Effective or Good, because the average effectiveness is 100%. While the Growth Ratio grew positively or well, because the average Village Fund Allocation Income Growth Ratio was 18,4% and the Village Fund Allocation Expenditure Growth Ratio was 18,4%.

Abstract

Knowing the profit level of the futsal field tenant business (BumDes) in the village of Kalibu, Kulisusu sub-district, North Buton Regency.Knowing the business feasibility of a futsal field tenant (BumDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton RegencyThis study aims to find out what the profit level of a futsal field tenant business is and how the feasibility of a futsal field tenant business is in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This study uses descriptive data analysis, which presents data according to the information obtained in the field. The data in this research are primary and secondary data. As for the results of this study, the calculation of the R/C ratio of the Futsa Field Tenant Business (BUMDes) in Kalibu Village, Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency, that the Futsa Field Business (BUMDes) is feasible to run. The head or manager of the BUMDes business unit has the task of assisting the director in managing, developing and managing BUMDes businesses that are in accordance with the potential of the village and the needs of the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in 5 kg LPG at PT. Two Princesses of Latjinta Kendari. The sample in this study were 40 respondents who used and purchased 5 kg LPG gas cylinders at PT. Two Princesses of Latjinta Kendari. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results of the study found that partially price, promotion and service quality had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Simultaneously price, promotion and service quality have a positive and significant effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on employee performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari. To achieve this goal, qualitative and quantitative data are used, data collection techniques by observation, interviewes and literature study are used.The population in this study were all employees of the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari, totaling 25 people. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique or census method. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a likert scale, each of which had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using simple linear regression and using hypothesis testing, namely partial t test and determination R test.Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect between work stress on employee performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari with a tcount 6,205 > ttable 2,069 with a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05. So that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Based on this, it shows that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Hotel Plaza Kubra Kendari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store tbk Brilyan Plaza Kendari. To achieve these objectivies, qualitative, and quantitative data are used, data collection techniques by observation, interviewes and literature study are used.Population in this study amounted to 65 people who are employees of PT. Matahari Department Store tbk Brilyan Plaza Kendari. Sampling using the Slovin formula. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a likert scale, each of wich had been tested and had met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using simple linear regression and using hypothesis testing namely partial t test and determination R test. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive influence between the work environment on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store tbk Brilyan Plaza Kendari with a tcount 12,001 > ttable 1,998 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. So that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Based on this, it shows that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Matahari Department Store tbk Brilyan Plaza Kendari.

Abstract

Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan UMKM Di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM Di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana dan menggunakan uji hipotesis, yaitu uji R2 determinasi dan dan uji t parsial serta menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari, yang berjumlah 150 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert di mana masing-masing sudah diuji dan telah memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan UMKM di Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari dengan nilai thitung 8,979 ˃ ttabel 1,976 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 ˂ 0,05. sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya Kecamatan Laeya Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya Kecamatan Laeya Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Yang berjumlah 33 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunanakan sampel jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dimana masing-masing telah di uji dan telah memenuhi syarat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya Kecamatan Laeya Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Dengan nilai thitung > ttabeldengan demikian nilai signifikan < 0,05. Sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya Kecamatan Laeya Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir tehadap kinerja karyawan Toko Beauty Kendari (Studi Kasus Cabang Mandonga). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel ada 20 karyawan, pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik data sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Toko Beauty Kendari Cabang Mandonga karena nilai thitung 3,204 > ttabel 2,101 dan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05 maka hipotesis diterima

Abstract

This study aims to analyze farmers’ perceptions, attitudes, and readiness to adopt the Black Soldier Fly (BSF) technology as an environmentally friendly innovation in coconut waste management in the Konawe Islands, Indonesia. A descriptive quantitative approach was used by surveying 45 coconut farmers in Pewalea village. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics with a Likert scale. The results indicate that 71.1% of farmers had never heard about BSF technology, while 77.8% expressed positive attitudes toward its implementation. A total of 55.6% were willing to adopt the technology if training and assistance were provided, and 64.4% identified access to capital as the main determinant of adoption. This study highlights the potential of BSF as a green innovation supporting circular economy practices and sustainable entrepreneurship in rural areas. The implication of this research is that the successful adoption of BSF technology requires integrated policies that strengthen farmers’ access to training, financial support, and market networks, which in turn can enhance rural economic resilience and environmental sustainability
