In the present digital era, there has been a transformation in banking practices, moving away from traditional services towards those rooted in technology. Mobile Banking has become the primary means for users to conduct banking transactions. However, despite its prevalence, there are complexities in its usage that can affect user experience. This study proposes an analysis using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), specifically the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), to identify factors influencing the adoption of technology in BCA Mobile Banking. These factors include system complexity, lack of feature understanding, interface design issues in the application, and social barriers encountered during Mobile Banking usage. Through this study, it is anticipated that key factors affecting the adoption of Mobile Banking technology can be identified, enabling stakeholders to utilize this research as an assessment tool to enhance user experience and the efficiency of technology-based banking services.

Kospin Jasa is a savings and loan cooperative founded in the 1970s by several small entrepreneurs. It is established to overcome difficulties in obtaining capital loans because businesses are still managed traditionally. Therefore, on December 13, 1973, Mr. HA Djuanaid (Alm), a national cooperative leader, met and agreed to establish a savings and loan cooperative. With the rapid development of information technology, companies/organizations have the opportunity to increase productivity. The application of information technology supports increased competitiveness with competitors. Management of information technology should then be audited. Typically, the necessary controls are provided by COBIT. This article is here to discuss information technology management which impacts cost overruns. This paper collects data through library research using qualitative methods. The results obtained are in the form of an IT governance design plan and are taken from COBIT 2019

Pembangunan pariwisata yang digadang sebagai alat efektif untuk mengurangi kemiskinan selalu membawa dampak positif dan negatif bagi penghidupan tradisional yang telah ada. Walaupun pariwisata dipandang akan mendukung pencapaian penghidupan berkelanjutan jika diadopsi sebagai sebuah diversifikasi yang melengkapi penghidupan tradisional, tetapi kehadirannya tidak serta merta menjadi jawaban atas tantangan penghidupan. Pendekatan kualitatif dipakai untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Pambota Njara dalam menjaga penghidupan mereka sebelum dan setelah pariwisata berkembang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga di Pambota Njara tetap berada dalam posisi rentan terhadap tantangan penghidupan tradisional yang menghambat keberlanjutan penghidupan mereka. Pariwisata yang diadopsi sebagai sebuah diversifikasi belum mampu meningkatkan kapasitas rumah tangga dalam memelihara keberlanjutan penghidupan mereka.

Shopee and TikTok Shop are companies engaged in online shopping, commonly referred to as e-commerce. With the rapid advancement of technology, both platforms continue to grow and compete by offering features that aim to enhance user convenience. Among the two, Shopee demonstrates certain advantages over TikTok Shop. This raises the question of what factors contribute to Shopee’s superiority whether it is due to its product recommendation algorithm or overall usability. This study aims to examine the accuracy of product recommendation algorithms and evaluate usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the ISO 9241-11 usability framework. The results show that the average SUS score for Shopee is 69.50, placing it in the "marginal" acceptability range with a grade of C, while TikTok Shop scores 67.43, also in the "marginal" range but with a grade of D. Based on usability testing aligned with ISO 9241-11, the effectiveness score for Shopee is 58.89% compared to TikTok Shop's 55.78%; efficiency is 51.33% for Shopee and 48.00% for TikTok Shop; and satisfaction is 16.00% for Shopee versus 14.67% for TikTok Shop. Additionally, the accuracy of Shopee’s product recommendation algorithm is 78.83%, outperforming TikTok Shop’s 73.33%. These findings indicate that Shopee surpasses TikTok Shop in both recommendation algorithm accuracy and usability aspects.

SAMPEAN Cirebon is a service portal for managing the administrative needs of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Cirebon City Government. Since its launch, the application has faced several technical issues, mainly because it has never been evaluated from the perspective of end users. This research aims to assess end-user satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and determine the critical factors influencing user satisfaction with the SAMPEAN Cirebon application. The research applies the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which consists of five independent variables: content, format, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness. Data was collected with a voluntary sampling technique, gathering 692 respondents. The data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS application. The results show an R-square value of 0.828, indicating that four variables content, accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness significantly influence ASN satisfaction with the SAMPEAN Cirebon application. In contrast, the format variable yielded a T-statistic of 1.746 and a P-value of 0.081, failing to meet the significance threshold. The practical implications of this study underscore the necessity for the Cirebon City Regional Government to conduct regular evaluations involving direct end-user feedback and to enhance the format aspects of the SAMPEAN Cirebon application.

AbstrakRestu Anda merupakan toko grosir dengan sistem penjualan yang belum terkomputerisasi atau masih manual. Dimana sistem penjualan yang berjalan adalah dengan menjual barang kepada downline berdasarkan pada berapa banyak barang yang masih tersedia di gudang. Karena proses pencatatan barang masih manual sehingga ketika pemilik toko memeriksa barang-barang di gudang, kadang-kadang jumlah item yang tercatat tidak sesuai dengan yang dilaporkan Akibatnya saat menerima pesanan pembelian barang dari downline, pemilik toko yang melihat pencatatan stok barang dan barang yang diinginkan downline tercatat habis atau kosong maka terpaksa pemilik toko menolak dan menawarkan barang lain yang pastinya tidak semua downline menerima tawarang tersebut. Maka dari itu untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan merancangkan sistem informasi penjualan berbasis client-server. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan teknologi RMI (Remote Method Invocation ) yang memudahkan pengguna dalam mengelola data dari dua atau lebih komputer yang berbeda. Teknologi ini memudahkan pemilik toko untuk memantau jumlah stok barang yang ada digudang tanpa membutuhkan waktu yang lama, sehingga penjualan barang di toko Restu Anda dapat dijalankan dengan benar. Dan dengan aplikasi ini pemilik toko dapat memprediksikan berapa banyak kebutuhan barang yang harus disediakan untuk dijual kepada downline dengan melihat data penjualan yang sudah tersinkronisasi dengan data member.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi penjualan, Client-server, RMI, Toko Grosir Abstract Restu Anda is a grocery store with a sales system that has not been computerized or still manual. Where the sales system that running is to sell goods to downline based on how many goods are still available in the warehouse. Because the recording process of items is still manual so when the store owners checking the items in the warehouse, sometimes the number of items that recorded do not correspond to the reported. As a result, when receiving the purchasing order from downline, the store owner must see the list of goods and when the items that downline wants already out of stock or empty then the store owner will tell the downline that the items is already out of stock, and offer another item that not all downline receive it. Therefore to resolve the problem is design a sales information system based on client-server. This application is built using the RMI technology (Remote Method Invocation) that allows users to manage data from two or more different computers. This technology facilitates the store owner to directly monitoring the number of items in the warehouse without taking much time, so it can make the selling of item on RestuAnda store running properly. And with this application, the store owner can predicted how much item that required for sale to the downline with looking from selling data that already synchronized with the member data.Keywords: sales information system, Client-server, RMI, Grocery Store

AbstrakWi-Fi UKSW merupakan fasilitas jaringan internet yang dibangun untuk memfasilitasi dan mendukung kebutuhan civitas UKSW dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran bagaimana tingkat pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi berdasarkan kinerja karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard sebagai sarana pengukuran yang jelas, memantau dan mengoptimalkan realisasi dari nilai atau manfaat bisnis dan manfaat Teknologi Informasi dimana IT Balanced Scorecard mempunyai 4 perspektif (Perspektif Kontribusi Perusahaan, Perspektif Orientasi Pengguna, Perspektif Penyempurnaan Operasional, dan Perspektif Orientasi Masa Depan). Penelitian ini dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan, tahapan studi kelayakan awal dan studi literature, tahapan wawancara dan observasi, tahapan analisis data, serta tahapan membuat dan menyusun laporan serta rekomendasi menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard. Adapun beberapa hal yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini dan harus ditangani yaitu, dibutuhkannya penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk membantu kinerja Wi-Fi UKSW baik dalam hal penanganan complain maupun penyelesaian proyek mengingat Wi-Fi UKSW selalu dibutuhkan dan digunakan oleh semua civitas UKSW serta perlu adanya evaluasi dan upgrade terhadap sistem aplikasi monitoring Wi-Fi. Karena sebagai sarana penyedia layanan jaringan internet yang mana semua yang dilakukan karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW berhubungan erat dengan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi dan hasilnya, yang kehadirannya memberikan nilai manfaat yang baik khususnya bagi kemajuan kinerja karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW.Kata kunci: Kinerja SI dan TI, IT Balanced Scorecard, Wi-Fi UKSWAbstractWi-Fi SWCU is an internet network facility built to facilitate and support the needs of SWCU civities in teaching and learning. The purpose of this research is take measurements of what is the level the use of Information Systems and Information Technology based on of employee performance Wi-Fi SWCU. This study uses the Balanced Scorecard as a method of measurement as well as monitoring and optimizing business value, and the benefit of Information Technology. IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives such as, Perspective of Corporate Contributions, User Orientation Perspective, Operational Improvement Perspective, and Percent Orientation Performance Front. This research starts from planning stage, initial feasibility study, literature study, interview and observation, data analysis, making reports and recommendations use IT Balanced Scorecard. But some things found in this study and to work on that, needed the addition of Human Resources (HR) to assist the performance of SWCU Wi-Fi both in the handling of complaints and project completion and Wi-Fi SWCU needs an evaluation and upgrade for Wi-Fi monitoring application system. Because as a means of the internet network providers which all done employees Wi-Fi SWCU closely related to Information Systems and Information Technology and as a result, the presence of Information Systems and Information Technology give the value of the benefit a good especially for progress of employee performance Wi-Fi SWCU. Abstrak‘Eeng Baby Shop’ adalah toko yang terletak di kota Cirebon, tepatnya ada di Jalan Perumnas Gunung Guntur 2. Terletak pada tempat yang strategis karena berada dibelakang pasar lokal, namun saat pasar mulai menutup akses pada area belakang membuat akses pada toko tersebut cukup sulit untuk dilewati pelanggan. Karena sulitnya akses toko, pemilik ingin mempromosikan dagangan dan meluaskan jangkauan bisnis miliknya namun tidak tahu cara memulainya. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan sistem informasi dan media yang bisa mengatasi masalah pemilik toko. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian adalah membangun sistem informasi penjualan dengan memanfaatkan website untuk menjadi media promosi dengan menggunakan framework bootstrap untuk menjadikan website menjadi lebih responsif. Perancangan prototype menggunakan Metode Rapid Application Development dan implementasi diuji melalui uji coba blackbox, metode lain yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Melalui perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi, maka pemilik bisa menjalankan strategi baru dalam bisnisnya, dan memanfaatkan website sebagai media promosi. Located in strategic area because stand exactly behind local market, but everything change once market decide to close their back area making access to this store more difficult to pass by. This access problem, make owner want to promote their products and expand their business but didnt know how. Because of that this store need information system and media that can solve the problem. Goal from this research is to build information system sales using a website to become promotion media combined with bootstrap framework to make website more responsive. Designing prototype using Rapid Application Development and implementation tested through blackbox testing, another method that used are interview and observation. With designing and implementing information system, store owner canexecute new strategy with their business, and using website as media promotion. Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) dibutuhkan di suatu organisasi pada saat ini menjadi perhatian utama dalam mengembangkan layanan yang telah berbasis TI. Adanya kebutuhan untuk menghasilkan kualitas layanan TI yang kredibel dan transparan telah mendorong setiap organisasi baik sektor swasta maupun sektor publik. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 75% adopsi suatu teknologi sering berujung kegagalan. Persoalan utama yang menyebabkan kegagalan implementasi Information Technology Governance (ITG) terletak pada operasional TI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kepemimpinan yang menitikberatkan kepada TI berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan maupun kegagalan implementasi tata kelola TI; (2) Sejauh mana mana visi kepemimpinan dapat mendorong implementasi ITG pada Sektor Publik. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, lokasi penelitian ini berada di Kota Salatiga dan Kabupaten Bengkayang. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan faktor-faktor yang berperan seperti: komitmen kepala daerah, kemampuan dalam menjabarkan visi dan misi, ketersediaan regulasi dan aturan, dukungan untuk mengimplementasikan TI, kemampuan dalam konsolidasi dan pengelolaan, penataan kelembagaan, dukungan dan alokasi anggaran, ketersediaan infrastruktur, sumber daya manusia, dan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan strategi implementasi. Oleh karena faktor tersebut, dukungan visi kepemimpinan dalam mengembangkan tata kelola pemerintahan dapat menjadi basis reformasi birokrasi. AbstractInformation Technology (IT) governance is required in an organization is currently a major concern in developing IT-based services. The need to produce quality IT services that are credible and transparent has encouraged every organization, both private and public sectors. Several studies show that 75% of the adoption of technology often leads to failure. The main problem that causes the failure of the implementation of Information Technology Governance (ITG) lies in IT operations. This study aims to: 1) identify leadership factors that focus on IT that influence the success or failure of IT governance implementation; (2) The extent to which the leadership vision can encourage the implementation of ITG in the Public Sector. Qualitative methods are used to solve the problem, the location of this research is in Salatiga City and Bengkayang Regency. This study found factors that play a role such as the commitment of the regional head, the ability to describe the vision and mission, the availability of regulations and rules, support for implementing IT, the ability to consolidate and manage, institutional structuring, support, and budget allocation, availability of infrastructure, resources human resources, and the ability to develop implementation strategies. Because of these factors, the support for the vision of leadership in developing good governance can be the basis for bureaucratic reform.

In the current digital era with information technology is developing rapidly in various fields. Especially in all human work that requires working quickly with maximum results. many innovations have emerged, one that currently popular is Artificial Intelligence (AI). One of the popular AI currently is ChatGPT, with many of ChatGPT's users, including students. This research contains what factors that influence interest in using ChatGPT, especially among students, with a case study focusing on undergraduate students of Information Systems at Satya Wacana University. The aim is to identify the factors influencing students in using ChatGPT for both learning and daily activities, The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is being used in this study. The results of this research show that the acceptance of ChatGPT among Undergraduate Students of Information Systems at Satya Wacana Christian University. Performance expectancy and Facilitating conditions are factors that influence the intention to use ChatGPT. Then there is behavioral intention shows that the intention to use also influences user behavior.
