Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi M-Pajak yang tersedia di Google Play Store menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik web scraping, menghasilkan 1000 ulasan pengguna. Dari 1.000 ulasan tersebut, 900 bersentimen negatif, 55 positif, dan 45 netral. Data ini dianalisis melalui tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD), mencakup preprocessing data seperti tokenize, transform case, filter stopword dan token by length. Algoritma Naïve Bayes diterapkan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen ke dalam kategori positif dan negatif. Pengujian evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan cross validation, 10 k-fold stratified sampling dengan total 669 data, yang terdiri atas 630 data berlabel negatif dan 30 data berlabel positif. Model yang dihasilkan menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 89,84%. Hasil analisis mengungkap dominasi ulasan negatif, yang disebabkan oleh masalah teknis seperti error aplikasi, waktu respons yang lambat, dan antarmuka pengguna yang kurang intuitif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembang aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja teknis dan desain antarmuka pengguna guna meningkatkan pengalaman dan kepuasan pengguna, sehingga mendukung penerimaan aplikasi yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk menganalisis sentimen ulasan pelanggan terhadap toko Baju Mawar Collection di platform Lazada.Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mencapai akurasi 94%, presisi 96%, recall 98%, dan F1-score 97%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Naive Bayes mampu secara efektif mengenali pola sentimen dalam ulasan data, meskipun terdapat kombinasi antara ulasan positif dan negatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola pembelian produk di Kedai "Ngenyod'S", dengan menggunakan algoritma FP-Growth untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaranPola pembelian pelanggan sangat penting untuk membuat strategi promosi yang lebih baik dan mengelola stok.  Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi adalah tidak memanfaatkan data transaksi secara efektif saat menentukan strategi pemasaran.  Akibatnya, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan algoritma FP-Growth untuk menemukan itemsets sering dan pola asosiasi yang dapat digunakan dalam strategi bisnis berbasis data.  Proses penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah: pengumpulan data transaksi, preprocessing data, penerapan algoritma FP-Growth, dan analisis hasil dengan mempertimbangkan nilai dukungan dan kepercayaan tertentu. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup 508 penjualan dengan atribut seperti tanggal penjualan, nama produk, jumlah penjualan, harga satuan, dan pendapatan total.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa produk, seperti Milo Milk dan Milo Ori, memiliki pola pembelian yang kuat dengan keyakinan sebesar 70%. Pola ini memberikan wawasan untuk strategi pemasaran, seperti menerapkan promosi bundling atau diskon untuk produk terkait.  Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa algoritma FP-Growth lebih efisien dalam analisis data transaksi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa penggunaan algoritma FP-Growth dapat membantu bisnis menemukan pola pembelian pelanggan, meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, dan mengoptimalkan manajemen stok. Studi ini membantu mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi berbasis pola pembelian yang dapat digunakan dalam bisnis ritel, terutama usaha kecil dan menengah.  Memperluas atribut dataset dan menggabungkan teknik lain seperti algoritma Apriori untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih lengkap adalah saran untuk penelitian lanjutan. Model serupa juga dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran berbasis data di berbagai industri bisnis lain.

Abstract

The availability of competent human resources in network administration is a crucial need in the digital era. This Community Partnership Program focuses on providing junior network administrator training for Vocational High School (SMK) students in Kuningan Regency. The aim of this training is to enhance students' competence in managing and maintaining computer network infrastructure. The training material covers understanding network concepts, configuring network devices, basic network security, and simple troubleshooting abilities. Through this program, it is expected that SMK students in Kuningan Regency will have adequate preparation to develop careers in the field of information technology after graduation.

Abstract

English language skills are a key factor in improving the competitiveness of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in an increasingly competitive and globalized world of work. This article discusses various strategies that can be applied to improve the English language competence of SMK students to be better prepared to face industry challenges. The approaches used include communication-based learning, utilization of technology in the learning process, and integration of English materials with the needs of the industrial world. In addition, intensive training programs and English language certification are strategic steps to improve students' abilities. This research shows that interactive and contextual learning methods are able to increase student motivation and understanding. project-based, workplace simulation, and the use of digital platforms have proven effective in improving students' communication skills. In addition, industry involvement in the learning process through internship programs and cooperation with educational institutions also has a positive impact on the job readiness of graduates. With an increase in English competency, SMK graduates are not only more confident in facing the world of work, but also have a greater chance of getting a job in a multinational company or working abroad. Therefore, improving the quality of English learning in SMK should be a major concern in order to create competitive human resources who are ready to compete in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Optimizing the use of MATLAB in engineering and science research is an important aspect for lecturers in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis and numerical modeling. MATLAB is a numerical computing-based software that has various functions in data processing, numerical analysis, and simulation of complex systems. This study aims to evaluate the level of utilization of MATLAB by Kopertip Indonesia lecturers and identify the challenges faced in its implementation. The methods used in this study include surveys and interviews with lecturers who have used MATLAB in their research. The results show that most lecturers understand the potential of MATLAB in improving the accuracy of their research, but there are obstacles such as lack of training, license limitations, and complexity in advanced programming. Therefore, continuous training and the provision of adequate resources are needed to optimize the utilization of MATLAB. With the increased use of MATLAB in engineering and science research, it is expected to improve the quality of academic research and scientific publications produced by Kopertip Indonesia lecturers.

Abstract

The use of educational games today continues to be a teaching material that is in demand by teachers, with this learning method it can foster the creativity of students to improve the quality of education better. Educational games have the aim of stimulating the intelligence of the child's brain, as a counterweight to the right brain and the left brain. In addition, by using educational games, it has an interesting and useful concept, so that students feel happy and can find new things in it. The problem in this study for Indonesian lessons is that students prefer the material visually or with animated images, because as teachers, they must also be able to adjust the mood of students. Basically, this educational game is like playing but there are still lessons to be learned. The purpose of this study is to make an interesting educational game so that students in this elementary school can be more enthusiastic about learning. The method used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this model can be used for a variety of learning activity products and with this educational game can be the material for evaluating the final value. The results of this study are based on the results in making animated games using Smart Apps Creator software, resulting in games that are easy to use for grade 2 elementary school students. From the test calculated using the CALCULATION OF SUS (system usability scale) from 24 respondents the assessment given for the feasibility of educational games Indonesian obtained a score of 82, With Acceptability Ranges obtained Acceptable, the Adjectives Rating version includes the Best imaginable grade and Interpretation with a Grade Scale, then a score of 82 is included in the rating (A).

Abstract

This study aims to explore consumer purchasing patterns on e-commerce platforms using the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern Growth) algorithm. With the rise of e-commerce, it is crucial for platform managers to understand existing purchasing patterns in order to design more effective marketing strategies. The FP-Growth algorithm is chosen due to its efficiency in extracting association patterns, especially in large datasets. The data used in this research was obtained from purchase transactions on an e-commerce platform, including the items purchased by consumers over a specific time period. The results of this study reveal frequent purchasing patterns and product associations that can help platform managers design better product recommendations. The FP-Growth algorithm provides valuable insights to enhance consumer shopping experiences and the effectiveness of marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, video editing skills have become essential competencies to support creativity and open up economic opportunities, especially for grassroots communities. This community service program aims to empower the public through video editing training as a means of creative development and enhancing participation in the digital economy. The training focuses on the introduction of popular editing software, basic cutting techniques, transitions, adding visual and audio effects, and creating content for social media and small business promotion. Through hands-on practice, participants are trained to independently produce creative videos and are encouraged to understand monetization opportunities through platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, or freelance services like Fiverr and Upwork. The training resulted in significant improvements in participants' technical skills and increased confidence in creating digital content. Some participants have even started new economic activities based on their newly acquired editing skills. The program also encouraged the formation of a digital creative community as a platform for sharing experiences, job opportunities, and collaborative content projects. Additionally, program sustainability is supported through post-training mentoring and self-learning materials. Overall, this training presents a practical solution for communities to enhance their competitiveness in the ever-growing creative and digital economy sector.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, especially in online learning methods. Digital literacy is an essential skill for educators in navigating technology-based learning. This research aims to improve digital literacy for elementary school teachers in facing online learning challenges. The training program developed includes a basic understanding of digital technology, the use of learning software, and effective teaching strategies in an online environment. The research method used was a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and case studies in several primary schools in Cirebon district. The results showed that digital literacy training significantly improved teachers' competence in using technology and improved the effectiveness of online teaching. Teachers who participated in this training program were able to optimize the use of various digital platforms, improve interaction with students, and adapt the curriculum to better fit the online learning model. In addition, the main challenges faced include limited access to technology infrastructure and lack of adequate technical support. Therefore, more supportive policies in the provision of technology resources and continuous training programs for teachers are needed. The findings of this study confirm that improving digital literacy is a key factor in the successful implementation of online learning at primary school level. By improving teachers' competence in technology utilization, it is expected that the learning process can be more interactive, effective and adaptive to the times. This study also recommends the need to integrate digital-based curriculum so that teachers are better prepared to teach online materials.
