Abstract

This study aims to explore digital accounting strategies in improving the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The researchers used library research and qualitative descriptive methods to analyze various relevant previous research results in the last five years. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of digital accounting strategies, such as basic financial recording and separation of personal and business finances, has a significant impact on operational efficiency, decision-making, and financing channels for MSMEs. Several research findings indicate that mentoring, training, and the use of digital technology increase the effectiveness of this strategy, especially when adjusted to the capabilities and characteristics of business actors. Although this strategy is relatively easy to implement, its success is highly dependent on the level of financial literacy, the capacity of MSME participants, and the support of a supportive environment. Therefore, joint efforts are needed from academics, practitioners, and the government to build an accounting system that is not only simple but also contextual, sustainable, and able to encourage the development of MSMEs as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how students' interest in learning Islamic religious education and the efforts of religious teachers in increasing students' interest in learning Islamic religious education as well as obstacles and support in increasing this interest. This research was conducted at SMA Ma'arif 01 Seputih Banyak. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. And the results obtained are the results of descriptive data, namely in the form of words, images not numbers. Sources and information are from religion teachers and students as well as parties involved in this research when needed. The results of this study are 1). Students' interest in learning Islamic religious education at SMA Ma'arif 01 Seputih Banyak is very good and also has high enthusiasm. 2). The efforts made by teachers in increasing student interest in Ma'arif 01 High School are: a) motivation, b). habituation of congregational prayer, c) explaining the purpose of the lesson, d. Practice, e. The class is not empty, f. Giving students freedom, g. Giving students freedom. Giving students freedom, g. Teacher's ability. The contribution of this research is to provide insights for teachers and schools in designing more effective strategies to increase student interest in learning Islamic religious education, as well as identifying factors that can support or hinder the learning process. Thus, it is hoped that this research can be a reference in developing better curriculum and teaching methods in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of gerund and reported speech in academic and nonformal texts, as well as to identify common errors in their usage. Using a literature review approach, data were analyzed from various sources such as academic journals, grammar books, and related research articles. The findings indicate that gerunds are widely used as subjects, objects, or complements in both formal and informal contexts, while reported speech plays a key role in conveying indirect information in a formal and structured manner. However, several common errors were found, including incorrect tense shifts, pronoun usage, and sentence structure transformations. These findings imply the need for contextual and practice-oriented grammar instruction to help learners understand and apply these grammatical forms accurately across diverse communication settings.

Abstract

Bullying di sekolah merupakan masalah serius yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan sosial siswa. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah terjadinya bullying adalah melalui pendidikan akidah akhlak. Guru akidah akhlak memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa agar memiliki perilaku yang baik dan saling menghormati. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas peran guru akidah akhlak dalam mencegah bullying di MTs Ma'arif 3 Taman Cari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru akidah akhlak sangat besar dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama, sopan santun, dan saling menghargai, yang secara langsung berdampak pada pengurangan perilaku bullying di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

This service article describes the socialization of the use of YouTube videos as a learning medium for class XII students at the private Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah 30 Binjai. The aim of this community service is to provide education and advocacy to the public that digital technology has a strategic role as a learning medium. This type of article writing is qualitative service which seeks to explain and describe the sincere and sincere service of madrasa teachers to society, especially to students in transferring knowledge to the nation's children, which has been carried out and then described in a structured manner by following the applicable rules of writing scientific papers. The results of writing this article show Firstly, YouTube videos are the right media to be used as a source of teaching material so that students can learn at school and at home thereby stimulating students' intelligence. secondly, YouTube shows are easily accessible to students andoften watched together using a projector device. third, YouTube shows are packaged in interesting language that is easy for students to understand and are held for 30 minutes.

Abstract

The integration of Indonesian with other languages causes Indonesian to easily absorb various elements of foreign languages, Arabic has a strong influence and integration with Indonesian. This has caused a lot of Arabic to be absorbed in Indonesian, which is commonly found in some Indonesian vocabulary listed in KBBI, officially recorded to be used in full form by the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the form and see the phonetic changes that occur in the absorption elements of Arabic Indonesian vocabulary listed in the officially recorded KBBI. The method used in research is library research, using a qualitative approach, namely research that attaches importance to collecting qualitative data. The result of the study is that the acquisition of sounds in this language can be studied scientifically, so how to produce these sounds can be explained in more detail phonetically or phonetically. The absorption element of Arabic has a positive effect on Arabic language learning. This effect occurs when the vocabulary inherited from Arabic is not changed entirely, changing the sound and use of the language's words.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an important investment for the future. By providing inclusive education and respecting differences, we can create a generation that is more tolerant, open and ready to face global challenges. This article attempts to explain the meaning of multicultural education by Abdurrahman Wahid, Nurcholis Madjid and Ahmad Syafi'i Ma'arif by comparing and analyzing the relevance of the concept of the three ideas in education in Indonesia. Analysis This research is included in the descriptive analytic category where researchers compose descriptions and analyzes using discourse analysis to avoid overlapping data. Thus, the data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis method. The aim of this research is firstly, Islamic education must be able to produce a young generation who is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has strong character and noble morals. Second, these three figures have provided a very valuable legacy of thought for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. The concept of multicultural Islamic education that they promote is very relevant to the challenges of the modern era, where society lives in diversity. The three ideas presented have very high relevance in the context of education in Indonesia. The multicultural Islamic education they promote can be a solution to overcome various social problems faced by the Indonesian people, such as radicalism, intolerance and division. Examples include elementary schools studying various types of traditional food from various regions in Indonesia, making handicrafts typical of various tribes, and holding exhibitions of students' work. Middle School holds debates on social issues relevant to diversity, such as discrimination, tolerance, and human rights. Universities hold international seminars by inviting speakers from various countries to share experiences and knowledge.
