Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out more about the work productivity of nurses at Sansani Hospital, Pekanbaru, in relation to occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline. Occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline are independent variables while nurse work productivity is the dependent variable. The sample in this study was determined to be 81 respondents from 102 populations measured using the Slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaires distributed used incidental sampling techniques which were then processed for further study using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that occupational safety and health (K3) had an influence on nurse productivity, where tcount 3,470 > ttable 1,990 and sig 0,000 < 0.05, then work discipline had an influence on nurse work productivity, where tcount 9,123 > ttable 1,990 and sig 0,000 < 0.05, and occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline on nurse work productivity, with fcount 61 558 > ftable 3 114, and sig 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of incentives (X1), organizational climate (X2), on employee productivity (Y) Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. Based on the results of the partial analysis, incentives have no effect on the productivity of Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru employees, this is because the tcount obtained is greater than the ttable value (1.789>2.0345). Organizational climate influences Winstar Hotel Pekanbaru employee productivity, this is because the tcount value obtained is greater than the ttable value (4.933>2.0345). Meanwhile, the F test shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because Fcount is greater than the Ftable value (65,348>3.28) Keywords: incentives, organizational climate, productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OHS) and work incentives on the productivity of production employees at PT. Panca Eka Bina Plywood Industry. This study uses a quantitative method with incidental sampling techniques, involving 82 respondents. Data were processed using SPSS. The results showed that OHS did not have a significant effect on employee productivity (tcount <ttable, sig. 0.739> 0.05). On the other hand, work incentives had a significant effect on productivity (tcount> ttable, sig. 0.002 <0.05). Simultaneously, OHS and work incentives affected employee productivity (fcount 4.980> ftable 3.11, sig. 0.009 <0.05). Therefore, companies need to increase incentives and ensure optimal OHS implementation for workforce stability
