Abstract

Tourism supply chains are essential in delivering services to consumers and supporting destination competitiveness. This study examines the effect of service quality of tourism supply chain on tourist satisfaction and loyalty. Using a quantitative design with purposive sampling, data were collected from 150 respondents aged 17 years and above who had traveled through a travel agency. The data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that service quality of tourism supply chain has a significant positive effect on both satisfaction and loyalty. However, satisfaction does not influence loyalty and does not mediate the relationship between service quality of tourism supply chain and loyalty. These findings indicate that service quality plays a more direct role in shaping tourist loyalty, while satisfaction alone may not ensure repeat visits. The study contributes to tourism supply chain research and suggests that destination managers should prioritize improving service quality integration to strengthen tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu penggerak ekonomi nasional dan semakin berorientasi pada experiential value sebagai determinan utama kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Pantai Lombang di Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan destinasi berpotensi tinggi namun menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya kunjungan ulang akibat keterbatasan fasilitas, aksesibilitas, dan pengelolaan pengalaman wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh experiential value terhadap kepuasan wisatawan serta implikasinya pada niat kunjungan ulang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 4.1. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dan diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner berskala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, dan kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat kunjungan ulang. Selain itu, experiential value juga berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, serta secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Kesimpulan penelitian menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman wisata melalui perbaikan fasilitas, inovasi atraksi, pelayanan yang responsif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk memperkuat kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan destinasi berbasis pengalaman, dengan rekomendasi bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan seperti citra destinasi, aksesibilitas, dan promosi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity in improving the quality of governance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Strategic Planning and Digital Leadership on Organizational Performance at the Sumenep Regency Communication and Information Service. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all 60 employees of the Sumenep Communication and Information Service, who were also used as samples. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and Data analysis tests consist of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and T Test (partial test), F Test (simultaneous test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The analysis technique in this research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of the study indicate that (1) Strategic Planning has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance; (2) Digital Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance; and (3) Strategic Planning and Digital Leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Performance. The coefficient of determination shows that both independent variables contribute 67.9% to Organizational Performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings confirm that the success of local government digital transformation is highly dependent on careful planning and effective digital leadership.
