Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel makro yang mempengaruhimasuknya modal asing atau foreign direct investment ke negara ASEAN. Penelitian ini diukurdengan variabel ukuran pasar (GDP), nilai tukar, nilai impor dan suku bunga. Jenis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang di akses melalui website kantorSekretariat ASEAN. Data tersebut menggunakan data time series tahunan dari tahun 2013-2017.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews.Hasil penelitian ini yang sesuai dengan hipotesis terdapat 2, dimana variabel nilai impordan suku bunga berpengaruh positif terhadap Foreign Direct Investment. Sementara variabelukuran pasar (GDP) mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap FDI, begitu pulavariabel nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Variabel suku bunga merupakanvariabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi masuknya investasi modal asing ke negaraASEAN.Kata Kunci: Foreign Direct Investment, Nilai Tukar, Nilai Impor, Suku Bunga

Abstract

The smart city is an exciting concept for improving the quality of the city. However, a smart city needs participation from citizens and all related stakeholders to use the technologies effectively in order to achieve the goal and solve the problems. Even though the city already has high-tech infrastructures, participation still required to provide ideas, inputs, and roles within the development of smart city concepts. This research aims to describe and analyze the current state of the e-Participation frameworks and propose a novel framework for smart cities. The analysis will go through a systematic literature review. Hopefully, this study makes contributions by providing a novel framework of e-Participation for smart cities. This research has implications for theory and practice. For theory, the novel framework can be added to the body of knowledge of e-participation, e-government, and smart cities fields. For practice, the framework will be useful for practitioners, policymakers, people and other stakeholders related to the smart city governance to increase citizen participation through technology-based services.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat mengangkat tema “Penanggulangan Stunting Berbasis Pemanfaatan Pangan Lokal Di Desa Mata Wolasi Kecamatan Wolasi Kabupaten Konawe Selatan” dengan tujuan 1. meningkatkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang apa itu stunting, apa penyebab serta cara penanggulangannya. 2. Meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pangan lokal yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk konsumsi sehari-hari yang bergizi dan memiliki nutrisi yang cukup dan sehat. Serta (3) menumbuhkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan penanggulangan stunting dan pemanfaatan pangan lokal dengan metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Pelaksanaan PKM menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang stunting, penyebab cara cara penanggulangannya, peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pangan lokal yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk konsumsi sehari-hari yang bergizi dan memiliki nutrisi yang cukup dan sehat; serta tumbuhnya pemahaman masyarakat Desa Mata Wolasi Kecamatan Wolasi tentang tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs). Agar upaya penanggulangan stunting dapat berkelanjutan dengan pemanfaatan pangan lokal dapat optimal perlu dilakukan kolaborasi dan sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (PKM) Kecamatan Wolasi serta Pemerintah Desa Mata Wolasi dalam memberikan edukasi yang berkelanjutan mengenai stunting maupun pemanfaatan pangan lokal di Desa Mata Wolasi. Selain itu perlu upaya yang akseleratif dalam mendorong pencapaian target SDGs yang dimulai dari tingkat pemerintahan terkecil yakni dari pemerintah desa sampai ke pemerintah tingkat nasional. Kata kunci: Stunting, pangan lokal Abstract Community Service raised the theme "Stunting Prevention Based on Local Food Utilization in Mata Wolasi Village, Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency" with the aim of 1. increasing the community's understanding of what stunting is, what its causes are and how to overcome it. 2. Increase public knowledge about local food which can be used for daily consumption which is nutritious and has adequate and healthy nutrition. And (3) fostering public understanding of sustainable development goals (SDGs). This activity was carried out in the form of counseling on stunting prevention and the use of local food with the methods used being lectures and discussions. The implementation of PKM results in increased community understanding about stunting, the causes of how to overcome it, increased community knowledge about local food which can be used for daily consumption which is nutritious and has adequate and healthy nutrition; as well as the growing understanding of the people of Mata Wolasi Village, Wolasi District, about sustainable development goals (SDGs). In order for stunting prevention efforts to be sustainable with optimal use of local food, collaboration and synergy between universities, the Wolasi District Community Health Center (PKM) and the Mata Wolasi Village Government are needed to provide ongoing education regarding stunting and the use of local food in Mata Wolasi Village. Apart from that, accelerated efforts are needed to encourage the achievement of SDGs targets starting from the smallest level of government, namely from the village government to the national level government. Abstract

This study aims to determine how competence, motivation, and job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires, with the number of samples determined as many as 132 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the competency variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area. Work motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Makassar Area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine marketing strategies in increasing product sales volume at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Sub DC Pamekasan. The approach used in this research is qualitative, through interviews and direct observation. using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by PT. Indomarco Adi Prima has carried out the strategy appropriately and correctly and the SWOT analysis calculations listed in the carteseus diagram show that PT. Indomarco Adi Prima is in quadrant 1 position, namely growth where the company can develop, maintain and improve the quality of existing products so that people continue to trust PT. Indomarco Adi Prima products. The recommended strategy that can be implemented by PT. Indomarco is a growth oriented strategy, meaning that PT. Indomarco's sales strategy is in good condition so that it is possible to continue to expand, enlarge or widen the target market and achieve progress by taking advantage of the strengths and opportunities possessed by PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Sub DC Pamekasan.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) represents a form of corporate social commitment that not only benefits the surrounding community but also provides significant advantages for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This article explores the strategic value and practical implications of CSR activities targeted at MSMEs in Bangkalan Regency. By employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the study aims to identify how CSR programs contribute to improving product quality, expanding market access, and strengthening the overall competitiveness of local MSMEs. In addition, the research highlights the role of CSR in fostering innovation, enhancing managerial capabilities, and creating sustainable business practices among small business owners. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of CSR initiatives largely depends on active collaboration and mutual trust between corporations, MSMEs, and local government bodies. A well-coordinated CSR program has the potential to drive inclusive economic development and reduce regional disparities. However, several challenges still hinder its implementation, including limited resources, inconsistent program monitoring, and lack of long-term commitment from stakeholders. This article concludes by offering recommendations to enhance the impact of CSR initiatives, such as fostering public-private partnerships, increasing transparency, and aligning CSR objectives with local development goals. These efforts are essential to ensure that CSR becomes a sustainable tool for empowering MSMEs and boosting regional economic resilience.

Abstract

The tourism sector has grown significantly and plays an important role in today's international competition. In recent years, many Muslim travelers from various countries have enjoyed traveling, which has led to the emergence of the concept of halal tourism destinations to attract Muslim visitors to this tourism sector. Of course, Indonesia must be able to develop competitive advantages, especially in the halal tourism sector. One of the famous halal tourist destinations is the Sumenep Palace Museum. In order for this tourism to be more widely known, it is necessary to develop tourism which can be done by strengthening the competitive advantage of tourism through Branding, Storytelling, and Engagement. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining whether Branding, Storytelling, and Engagement affect the competitive advantage of the Sumenep Palace Museum halal tourist destination. This study uses a quantitative method and obtains the results that Branding, Storytelling, and Engagement affect the competitive advantage of the Sumenep Palace Museum both partially and simultaneously..

Abstract

The way students learn during the COVID-19 pandemic has undergone a very significant change. Online learning has become a new method of teaching students. Therefore, lecturers must quickly adapt to face this condition. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the product developed, namely video tutorials and basic physics practicum e-modules by validators and perceptions of students. This type of research is research and development, R & D (Research and Development) using the 4-D model. The respondents of this study were 150 odd semester students for the 2021/2022 academic year who programmed basic physics courses. The research instrument is a media expert validation sheet and materials for e-modules and video tutorials as well as student perception instruments. Prior to the CoA test, the developed e-modules and video tutorials were tested for validity and reliability. The results of the validity show that both are in the very valid category and the reliability is 0.8. The results of students' perceptions of video tutorials for the three assessment indicators, namely efficient, effective, and attractive are 83.1%. This shows that the developed e-modules and practicum tutorial videos are very good and suitable for use in basic physics practicum activities conducted online.

Abstract

The market share of Islamic banking is still very small, so there needs to be a proper marketing strategy to overcome it, one of which is Sharia relationship marketing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of sharia relationship marketing at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The research method used is a descriptive method of quantitative approach. The results showed that BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep has assimilated sharia relationship marketing quite well, it is shown from the results of respondents' assessment of the dimensions used in the study.
