Abstract

Semakin bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa, maka kebutuhan untuk membawa kendaraan pribadi (mobil) akan semakin meningkat namun lahan parkir yang disediakan tetap sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ketersediaan petak parkir yang ada saat ini kemudian memperkirakan kebutuhan parkir mobil dan mengusulkan penerapan manajemen parkir untuk menyeimbangkan ketersediaan dan kebutuhan parkir di Universitas Kristen Petra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survei di lapangan mengenai petak parkir tersedia, mengolah data yang didapat untuk memperkirakan kebutuhan parkir dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dimana hasil kuesioner tersebut dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk menerapkan kebijakan dalam pengelolaan parkir. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu ketersediaan parkir saat ini 2.685 SRP dan setelah dilakukan penataan ulang menjadi 3.305 SRP dengan kebutuhan saat ini yaitu 1.354 SRP. Untuk mengelola petak parkir yang ada di kampus dibentuk kebijakan dengan prioritas kepada mahasiswa skripsi dan kemudian disusul oleh mahasiswa yang berkendara bersama.

Abstract

Topic about corporate governance effect on earnings management has been researched by many researcher and still exist until now. The existing research provides both consistent and inconsistent results with different levels of significance. This study aims to integrate thesis results of higher Education related to the topic of corporate governance effect on earnings management in Indonesia period 2004-2014. Data collection method use observation method with as the output thesis. The sample of this research is 23 thesis student of higher education. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. Researcher use meta analysis technique to integrate the result of the thesis research and show conclusions related to the effect of corporate governance on earnings management. The result of this research shows that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the size of the board directors and the size of board commissioners effect earnings management. The correlation of the weak independent variable to the dependent variable is shown by the average correlation value below 0.25. In addition, this study also proves that the validity of agency theory in several manufacturing companies, banking, LQ45 in the study period 2004 - 2014.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss making a product that can facilitate people whose agricultural land is limited to grow vegetables. The hydroponic planting method is a method of planting plants without using growing media from the soil. By using the hydroponic method and plastic bottles as planting containers, it will be easier for people to get vegetables. Hydroponic advantages include, more efficient land use, higher quantity, and quality of production and cleaner, easier pest and disease control, Water requirements in hydroponics are less than water requirements in aquaculture with soils.

Abstract

Ice cream is a favorite’s snack for all ages. Societies are willing to spend their money to have premium ice cream. They are willing to buy premium ice cream at quite expensive prices.  Nowadays many brands of premium ice cream are introduced in the market and cause the competition to be tighter. Because of that, effort to keep the new customers is more important then to collect the new customers. Ice cream companies spend extra efforts to develop customer’s satisfaction for getting customer loyalty. In facing the tight competition in this industry, an ice cream company that produces ice cream with the brand of New Zealand Natural formulates a marketing strategy to develop brand awareness. The analysis in this study is based on five competitive forces analysis, marketing mix, and STP. Finally, this study also advances some suggestions to improve the strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyse the appropriateness of the procedures for calculating, depositing, reporting and recording of Value Added Tax carried out by PT.X with Law No. 42 of 2009 in conjunction with Law No. 7 of 2021 (HPP ) and knowing if the jurnal record has been carried out according to accounting standard. The research method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method. In this research, the supporting documents used were obtained directly from PT.X in the form of secondary data consisting of Output Tax Invoice, Input Tax Invoice, Periodical VAT Return Report, Tax Payment Slip and E-Receipt of Tax Reporting, as well as primary data in the form of interviews. The results of this research prove that the procedures for calculating, depositing, reporting and recording Value Added Tax carried by PT.X are in accordance with Law No. 42 of 2009 in conjunction with Law No. 7 of 2021 (HPP) and applicable accounting principles.

Abstract

Deepfake secara pesat menjadi potensi ancaman keamanan siber yang dapat memanipulasi gambar, video, bahkan audio dengan sangat realistis sehingga manusia mengalami kesulitan dalam membedakan apakah sebuah media adalah asli atau merupakan hasil manipulasi kecerdasan buatan. CNN menjadi salah satu metode yang dikembangkan sebagai solusi. Banyaknya varian model CNN membuka potensi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penulis mengumpulkan dari berbagai sumber 1,000 citra wajah asli dan 1,000 citra wajah deepfake yang kemudian diperluas dengan teknik augmentasi data untuk melatih, memvalidasi, dan menguji empat varian model CNN yaitu VGG19, ResNet50, DenseNet121, dan MobileNetV2, dengan tujuan untuk menentukan varian yang paling efektif sebagai basis model yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi detektor deepfake. Evaluasi dan perbandingan performa dengan teknik confusion matrix menunjukkan bahwa di antara keempat model, ResNet50 memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi 91,5%, presisi 90%, dan recall 91,3%.

Abstract

In this day and age, many people use E-Commerce for shopping. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the independent variables, namely E-Service Quality, E-Trust, Perceived Value, Security/Privacy and Website Design on the dependent variable, namely E-Loyalty through mediation of E-Satisfaction on e-commerce in Batam City. I also hope that this research can provide benefits for entrepreneurs who open businesses on the E-Commerce platform so that their business runs smoothly and increases sales. In addition to providing benefits for entrepreneurs who already have a business on this E-Commerce platform, of course, it can also provide benefits for people who want to open a business, both online and offline. The sample of this research includes 5 e-commerce companies, namely Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Bukalapak and Blibli. The population used is people who live in the city of Batam who use or have shopped on E-Commerce sites. The number of samples required is 350 respondents. In the data analysis of this study, researchers used SPSS to test respondent data and Smart PLS to test the results of answers that had been generated from questionnaires to residents in Batam City which were distributed via g-form. Abstract

AbstrakDalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan bisnis industri kedai kopi cukup baik. Hal ini mendorong banyak pengusaha untuk memulai atau membuat bisnis baru atau memperluas yang sudah ada, sementara persaingan antar kedai kopi sangat ketat. Dalam laporan ini kami menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di Rubeka. Penulis menggunakan beberapa variabel dalam pengujian ini, variabel independen yakni Service Quality, Product Quality, Physical Environment dan Trust, variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction. Teknik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan cara membagikan kuesioner dan terkumpul sebanyak 214 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini akan berada diperoleh dalam 1 wilayah. Peneliti akan membagi kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili di kota Batam yang pernah mengunjungi atau yang pernah mencoba produk dari cafe Rubeka yang berada di kota Batam. Penelitian ini menguji menggunakan alat analisis SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product quality, service quality dan physical environment memiliki hubungan positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Sedangkan trust tidak signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.Kata Kunci : Service Quality, Product Quality, Coffee ShopAbstractIn recent years, the business development of the coffee shop industry has been quite good. This encourages many entrepreneurs to start or create new businesses or expand existing ones, while competition between coffee shops is fierce. In this report we investigate the factors that influence customer satisfaction at Rubeka. The author uses several variables in this test, the independent variables are Service Quality, Product Quality, Physical Environment and Trust, the dependent variable used is Customer Satisfaction. The technique used for this research is by distributing questionnaires and collecting as many as 214 respondents. Data collection in this study will be obtained in 1 area. Researchers will distribute questionnaires to people who live in Batam city who have visited or who have tried products from Rubeka cafe in Batam city. This study was tested using the SPSS Statistics 26 analysis tool. The results showed that product quality, service quality and physical environment had a significant positive relationship to customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, trust is not significant to customer satisfaction.Keywords :  Service Quality, Product Quality, Coffee Shop

Abstract

E-commerce refers to buying and selling transactions conducted through electronic media, particularly the internet. Today, e-commerce is increasingly associated with digital technologies and online-based applications. The rapid development in this industry has intensified competition, resulting in some e-commerce platforms achieving top rankings in terms of user adoption, while others have experienced a decline in popularity, such as Blibli.com and Bukalapak. Based on preliminary observations, the decline in consumer decisions to use these e-commerce platforms is suspected to be due to a lack of understanding of service features, issues related to access speed, and the absence of complaint handling services within the applications. This study focuses on the population of all e-commerce users in Medan City, whose exact number is unknown. Therefore, the Lemeshow method was applied to determine the appropriate sample size under conditions of unknown population size, resulting in a total of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, in which respondents were randomly selected to participate in the study. The results of the research show that service features significantly influence users’ decisions to use e-commerce applications. In addition, access speed also plays a role in shaping consumer decisions to adopt these platforms. Furthermore, the presence of complaint handling services has a notable impact on usage decisions. Simultaneously, service features, access speed, and complaint handling services collectively affect consumers' decisions in utilizing e-commerce applications.
