Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk untuk mengimplementasikan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembangan dan penerapan keilmuan dalam masyarakat. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah tim pelaksana mengunjungi Panti Asuhan Mizan Amanah Ciputat dan pelaksanaan pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2021. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi mengenai matematika bangun ruang serta membuat bangun ruang kubus dari bahan dasar karton. Dengan program belajar mengajar ini, maka anak-anak Panti Asuhan Mizan Amanah memperoleh berbagai materi terkait bangun ruang serta paham dan mengerti apa saja bangun ruang dan bagaimana bentuknya.

Managing the buildings and equipment that schools employ to provide high-quality education is known as educational facility and infrastructure management. Planning, acquiring, inventorying, distributing, using, maintaining, eliminating, and accounting for educational infrastructure and facilities are all part of this process. Managing educational facilities and infrastructure should aim to do the following: satisfy demands, boost performance, increase service life, decrease repair costs, and calculate the effective cost of maintenance. The essay delves into the definition, purpose, scope, and management method of educational facilities and infrastructure by drawing from a number of pertinent literary sources. Planning, purchasing, regulating, using, and eliminating are the five recognised primary aspects of educational infrastructure and facility management. Because of their interdependence, these five scopes are essential for efficient infrastructure management.

Pulmonary diseases can be associated with the gastrointestinal (GI) system, particularly if an infection causes them. This relationship between organs is known as the gut-lung axis (GLA). Skin and mucosal surfaces are associated with microbiota (bacteria, fungi, viruses, macrophages, archaea, protists, helminths), which can trigger an immune response in GLA and serve a role in respiratory diseases. For instance, asthma can be inhibited by a specific antigen that is triggered by probiotics, the microorganisms found in the GI tract. Asthma incidence can be reduced by consuming fiber due to its ability to protect airways from infection. Pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) are the first immune component to identify microbial compounds in GI and lung epithelial cells. The PRRs then induce regulatory T-cell (T-reg) and Th-17 differentiation. Diet, antibiotics, and stress can all influence the structure and function of bacteria. This is known as dysbiosis. Lung microbiota can influence immune cell maturation and homeostasis. If the diversity of lung microbiota decreases, it will affect intestinal microbiota and may result in chronic respiratory disorders such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and cystic fibrosis. This literature review explained how the interactions between the intestines and lungs can affect humans’ health and well-being.

This research aims to examine the influence of financial distress, sales growth, environmental uncertainty and independent commissioners on tax avoidance. The population in this research are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. This research uses the purposive sampling method. Based on the specified sample criteria, a total of 110 samples were obtained that could be processed. This research is quantitative research and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that financial distress and sales growth had a positive effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, environmental uncertainty did not affect tax avoidance and independent commissioners had a negative effect on tax avoidance. This research has a contribution for the government in formulating tax policies.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the co-curricular aspects of Scouting in shaping students' disciplinary character at SMA Negeri 3 Palembang. It employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The study involves 13 informants selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis is conducted through data collection, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of co-curricular Scouting activities in fostering student discipline has been well-executed through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning requires clear objectives to develop students' discipline, including structured material selection, scheduling, and activities that instill responsibility. Activities should be adapted to the school's needs and student characteristics for effectiveness. Programs such as camping and drill exercises promote discipline through time management and self-control. Evaluation assesses behavioral changes in compliance, punctuality, and responsibility. Additionally, social and leadership aspects are considered essential in shaping discipline, serving as the basis for improving Scouting activities.

Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah menjadi kekuatan utama dalam mendorong inovasi dan efisiensi di berbagai sektor industri, termasuk dalam bidang technopreneurship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh AI terhadap inovasi dan efisiensi dalam technopreneurship dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan studi pustaka, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha berbasis teknologi, serta observasi terhadap implementasi AI di beberapa startup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan inovasi produk dan layanan melalui analisis data, prediksi tren pasar, dan otomatisasi proses bisnis. AI juga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada prosedur manual. Namun, penerapan AI dalam technopreneurship menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan keterampilan teknis, biaya investasi yang tinggi, serta isu etika dan keamanan data. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya perencanaan strategis dalam implementasi AI untuk memastikan keberhasilan dan manfaat maksimal bagi technopreneur. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis teknologi dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan AI guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis mereka.

Pengenalan konsep menabung dan pembuatan celengan merupakan bagian penting dalam membentuk karakter dan keterampilan dasar siswa sejak usia dini. Dalam era digital saat ini, penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi seperti aplikasi Canva menjadi alternatif inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas proses belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan serta menguji kelayakan Aplikasi Pembelajaran berbasis Canva dalam membantu siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 060826 Medan Area memahami materi “Menabung pada Celengan Indah Buatan Sendiri.” Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, validasi oleh ahli desain memperoleh persentase 92,63% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan validasi oleh ahli materi mencapai 88,24% dan validasi kepraktisan oleh guru mencapai 95%, keduanya juga masuk dalam kategori sangat layak dan sangat praktis. Pengujian efektivitas melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dari rata-rata skor 46,1 menjadi 85,5. Perhitungan N-gain sebesar 0,73 mengindikasikan peningkatan yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, hasil uji menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa yang signifikan berdasarkan skor N-gain. Penelitian pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam inovasi media pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan guru.

Globally, Pulmonary Tuberculosis (PTB) remains a health concern, with an annual increase in cases. Indonesia is the second-highest contributor to PTB cases globally, below India, which also saw an increase in cases, particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic. Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM) infections contribute to the increase in PTB cases through misdiagnosis and overlapping conditions. The occurrence of changes in the composition of NTM species in the Mycobacterium genus is the premise for updating the diagnosis of NTM with several supporting examination modalities. Clinical, radiological, and microbiological criteria have been established by the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) for the diagnosis of NTM. The relationship between these three criteria is essential as a guideline for distinguishing infections caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) from those caused by NTM.

Phenomenon/Issue : Students in education programs at FEB UNESA face various factors influencing their decision to pursue teaching careers. Despite many external and internal influences, socialization and self-perception play key roles in shaping these choices. Purpose: To analyze the influence of socialization on teaching career choices through self-perception among students of the Education Study Program at FEB UNESA. Research Methods : Quantitative explanatory research using a survey of 172 students (cohort 2021). Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the GSCA approach. Results : Socialization significantly affects teaching career choices both directly and indirectly through self-perception. Socialization also significantly impacts self-perception, and self-perception significantly influences teaching career choices. The model shows a strong explanatory power (R² = 0.838 for career choice; R² = 0.819 for self-perception). Research Contributions : This study extends the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) by highlighting the role of socialization and self-perception in career decision-making. The findings provide theoretical and practical insights for educational institutions to support students’ motivation and readiness for teaching careers
