Abstract

Abstrak Ritme dan tempo merupakan unsur musik yang sangat penting untuk dipahami peserta didik. Pendekatanbehavioristik melalui pembelajaran rekorder yang dibarengi dengan pemahaman terhadap unsur musik (ritme dan tempo) merupakan tindakan untuk membantu mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif yang bertujuan untuk merancang, menyempurnakan, dan menguji pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Program pembelajaran yang dirancang merupakan strategi untuk membantu keterampilan peserta didik dalam bermain rekorder serta memahami unsur ritme dan tempo.Seluruh data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Konsep ritme dan tempo diberikan malalui latihan tepuk tangan dan tepuk paha serta mengaplikasikan konsep ritme kedalam bentuk notasi balok. Selanjutnya teknik tiup biasa, legato dan stacato serta pencapaian terhadap nada tinggi (C”-G”) dalam memainkan rekorder juga menjadi tujuan dalam pembelajaran ini. Pemberian penguatan (reinforcement) secara searah dan terkontrol melalui pengulangan dan latihan terhadap bentuk perilaku ternyata dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.Peserta didik dapat mempraktikkan konsep ritme yang diaplikasikan kedalam simbol notasi dan selanjutnya secara keseluruhan peserta didik dapat memainkan variasi melodi yang dibentuk oleh peneliti ke dalam media rekorder dengan tempo yang tepat.Kata kunci: ritme dan tempo, rekorder, behavioristik.Abstract Rhythm and tempo are the most important musical elements that students should understand. Behaviouristic approach through recorder learning accompanied by the understanding of the musical elements (i.e. rhythm and tempo) refers to an action performed to increase a better result of learning. This study, classified as evaluative study, aims at designing, perfecting, and testing the running of learning program.The design program is defined as a strategy functions to help students play recorder as well as understand the elements of rhythm and tempo. The collected data are analysed descriptively. The concepts of rhythm and tempo are given through the practices of hands and thighs claps; the rhythm concept is also implemented in the form of notation. Furthermore, the common inflatable techniques- namelylegato andstacato-and the achievement of high pitch (C”-G”) in playing recorder are considered as the other aims of this study. Directed and controlled reinforcement through repetitions and practices towards behavioural form, in fact, can achieve the learning goals. The students can practice the rhythm concept by implementing it into notation symbols and after that, the students can completely play variety of melodies which have been formed by the researcher into recorder in a high tempo.Keywords: rhythm and tempo, recorder, behaviouristic

Abstract

Abstract This music work is an innovative art taken from Pado-pado rhytm in Saluang Pauah show. This music work was was arranged based on the consept of the rhytm and melody combination of any traditional music tools (Saluang Pauah, talempong, canang, adok, djembe) and modern ones (Bass, electric guitar, piano, percussion set, conga, violin, viola and cello). Technically, the melody of Pado-pado is used as the main melody which was further developed into three compositions. Kata Kunci: Karya Seni, Gurau, Pauah, Saluang Pauah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in knowledge and skills of children forum participants in receiving Basic Life Support (BLS) training as evidenced in simulations outside the hospital. Researchers used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. This study uses pre and post design stages in assessing the effectiveness of training for emergency handling of traffic accidents. From the results of the Basic Life Support (BLS) study showed a significant increase as seen from the increase in the average pre-test (41.82) and post-test (73.45) scores. the difference was significant in the group of participants (p value <0.05). The material in the Basic Life Support (BLS) training that was delivered was the handling of emergency conditions for traffic accident victims, socialization of legal rules and procedures regarding the evacuation and transportation of patients from the crime scene to health facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis teks dan konteks dari lagu Mudiak Arau Dalam Pertujukan Talempong Pacik Ikua Parik Kanagarian Limbanang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode content analysis (analisis konten) yang bersifat desskriptif. Analisis secara tekstual dilakukan dengan membahas penggunaan ritme, melodi, serta sistem penulisan notasi lagu Mudiak Arau yang disajikan dalam pertunjukan Talempong Pacik Ikua Parik. Selanjutnya analisis kontekstual dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan struktur pertunjukan, filosofi alam sebagai landasan musikal, dan juga teknik memainkan teknik yang digunakan dalam memainkan lagu tersebut pada pertunjukan Talempong Pacik Ikua Parik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat dilihat secara khusus mengenai ciri khas dan karakteristik pada lagu Mudiak Arau yang dimainkan pada pertunjukan Talempong Pacik Ikua Parik di Kanagarian Limbanang.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to provide solutions to overcome partner problems as follows: (1) Unavailability of tour packages that offer child-friendly educational programs, (2) not optimal management of literacy rooms as child-friendly learning facilities to get to know the environment and local culture better. (local wisdom), (3) There is no child-friendly learning media that is integrated with the concept of tourism based on local wisdom, and (4) Straw waste has not been utilized to be used as tourism commodities that are innovative and based on local wisdom. The PKM program is carried out in a series of steps; (1) preparation, (2) implementation of activities, (3) monitoring and evaluation, and (4) follow-up. The methods used in this service activity include socialization, mentoring, work practices, and simulations. Activities carried out in PKM include (1) socialization and assistance in making educational tour packages, (2) mentoring in the management of literacy rooms as a means of learning for children, (3) making learning media that are integrated in concepts, and (4) assistance in making woven straw waste. Through the activities carried out, it will produce outputs in the form of an Education Fieldtrip Guidebook, Leafleats and X-Banners for Field Trip Locations, Child Friendly Literacy Rooms and X-Banners for Literacy Rooms, Educational Game Media, and Woven Straw Waste along with a Guidebook for Making Woven Straw Waste . From this activity, it is hoped that a follow-up to the Management of Rice Field Tourism Village Towards a Child-Friendly Educational Area will be realized, especially in Pematang Johar Village, Labuhan Deli District, generally in Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menghasilkan bahan ajar terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Sibelius 7 sebagai upaya optimalisasi pembelajaran seni multi budaya (musik) berbasis learning outcomes. Penggunaan aplikasi tersebut tentunya menjadi salah satu alternatif pemenuhan kompetensi seni siswa sebagai calon guru. Konteks mahasiswa yang berasal dari keragaman budaya menjadi dasar pemikiran bagi peneliti untuk membuat bahan ajar yang dapat mencakup berbagai seni dan budaya yang ada di Indonesia. Produk yang dihasilkan telah melalui tahapan pengujian validitas, implementasi, dan efektivitas. Dengan pengujian yang dilakukan, E-Module yang dihasilkan valid (layak secara isi dan tampilan), implementatif (mudah digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa), dan efektif (dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar mahasiswa). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang menekankan perlunya hasil belajar. Pada tahap define dilakukan analisis kebutuhan, analisis konsep, analisis prestasi belajar mata kuliah, analisis penggunaan, dan analisis keanekaragaman budaya. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan 3 kegiatan utama, yaitu: uji validitas, uji implementasi, dan uji efektivitas. Kemudian, pada tahap akhir, produk disebarluaskan dalam skala yang lebih luas

Abstract

 This study was to determine the differences in learning outcomes of English using Flashcards and Snake and Ladders learning media in elementary schools. This research is a type of comparative research using a quasi-experimental research design. This research was conducted at Tanjung Balai State Elementary School using two classes. Test the instrument by testing the validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing using t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (6.63 > 2.00), with a significant level = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in English learning outcomes between students who are taught using Flashcards as learning media. taught using snake and ladder learning media, fourth grade elementary school students.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, media, Flashcards, Snake and ladders game , English

Abstract

Deodorant spray digunakan untuk menyerap keringat, menutupi bau badan dan mengurangi bau badan. Adapun tanaman yang digunakan yaitu daun mint segar yang dapat berperan aktif sebagai anti bakteri alami dan bermanfaat sebagai penghilang bau tidak sedap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat inovasi deodorant spray dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami seperti tawas dan daun mint. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model 4D yang menekankan perlunya hasil belajar. Pada tahap define dilakukan penyediaan bahan, Tahap pengembangan dilakukan dengan 3 kegiatan, yaitu uji organoleptik, homogenitas, dan iritasi. Kemudian, pada tahap akhir, produk disebarluaskan dalam skala yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian deodorant spray wasiny diperoleh homogen, berwarna hijau kekuningan, tidak menimbulkan iritasi pada kulit.

Abstract

The creation of the Janji Putri Ikan Batak Opera is an effort to design the Art of Batak Opera which is based on the Batak folklore of the legend of Lake Toba. The design effort is the result of the re-interpretation of the legend of Lake Toba folklore through the transfer approach. The results of the transfer of the vehicle were initially manifested in a new drama play entitled Janji Putri Ikan. The drama play of the Janji Putri Ikan was designed by retaining the plot as found in the folklore of the legend of Lake Toba but changing it from a folklore format to a drama play format with a formulation or play style adapted for the purposes of designing the Batak Opera. The designer of the play is done by making changes to the structural aspects of folklore which are interpreted deconstructively in the meaning of the structure. The placement of the opposite meaning of the structure ultimately has an impact on significant changes in the characterization aspect, the dramatic aspect and also the story setting aspect as contained in the structure of the legend of Lake Toba folklore. Thus, the design of the Janji Putri Ikan Batak Opera is more than just an adaptation work but is a complete application of the concept of transfer from the regional literary genre (folklore) to the creation of the Batak Opera. This means that the final embodiment of this creation is the Batak Opera performance with the play Janji Putri Ikan. This work is supported by 15 players consisting of actors, dancers, and musicians, which will be performed at the local or national level. The product of this research is a work of theater art, as an appreciation material for students and the community. This work is made in Brechtian form in a realist concept.
