Abstract

Masa pandemi yang terjadi saat ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk bidang pendidikan. Sebagai salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menanggulangi pandemi dan usaha untuk tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran maka sistem pembelajaran normal dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran daring. Adanya pandemi menyebabkan kinerja guru menurin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan kinerja guru di masa pandemi dengan sistem daring. Jenis penelitaian ini menggunakan metode penelitian literatur atau studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja guru memiliki beberapa faktor penunjang dalam meningkatkannya yaitu motivasi pendidik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya, pemahaman dan penguasaan materi pendidik, pembuatan metode dan strategi yang kreatif dan tepat, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pasti ada hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi apalagi pada masa pandemi dan dengan sistem daring. Hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi berada diseputar penyedian sarana dan prasarana, penerapan metode dan strategi, dan monitoring peserta didik. Dalam mengatasi hambatan- hambatan yang terjadi diperlukan strategi penyelesaiannya. Beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah mengembangkan profesionalisme guru, mengadakan pelatiahan-pelatihan atau webinar untuk guru, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang tersedia dengan semaksimal mungkin, dan memotivasi guru agar semangat dalam meningkatkan kinerja nya. Implikasi penelitian ini guru dapat meningkatkan kinerja selama pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

In people's lives a difference in religion, socializing, customs, and habits in carrying out daily activities will always exist. These differences are called diversity. However, not all diversity can be accepted by the whole community, there are also conflicts that arise as a result of these differences. The role of multiculturalism is needed to deal with the problems of differences that exist at this time. The purpose of this journal is to find out what are the challenges of multiculturalism that occur in society on religious and public issues by using library studies or library research as a research method. Many of the multicultural challenges that occur, especially in Indonesia, are related to religious relations and public space. In the challenges in the field of religion, there are many people who are not able to accept the existing differences so that conflicts regarding their respective religions continue to occur. Many people who are religious fanatics take advantage of this situation to divide the unity of Indonesian society for personal or group interests who do not agree with the existence of religious diversity. In addition, the existence of social media, which should be an ease in spreading news or information, is widely misused to spread information that is not yet clear, so that it becomes a big influence for people who read or hear the information.

Abstract

The existence of an accelerated education program is a forum for developing students' potential intelligence and special talents. However, of course, in its implementation there are several weaknesses found, one of which can cause students to experience stress due to unbalanced brain work or pressure that causes emotional or mood disturbances. Stress can be better managed with stress management with the relevance of a neuroscientific perspective. The aim of this research is to find out the acceleration program from a neuroscience perspective and stress management solutions for children who are members of the program. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, which is then analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of this research are that stress resulting from the acceleration program is closely related to the functioning of the brain, namely the limbic brain and neocortex, as well as a decrease in the hormone dopamine. Stress management that can be done is Problem Focused Coping, Emotional Focus Coping, Behavioral approach, and Guilded Imagery. Apart from that, stress management from an Islamic perspective is also effective in reducing stress, such as performing prayers, dhikr, prayers, reading the Koran, taking part in Islamic studies, and also instilling sincere and patient intentions.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh memberikan dampak terhadap perkembangan kecerdasan dan kemampuan berpikir seseorang. Salah satunya kecerdasan emosional yang mana memiliki konstribusi dalam bertukar pendapat dan juga mengkritis sesuatu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendeketan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 165 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 117 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan cluster sampling. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berkaitan dengan kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kemudian data yang ada di analisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi linier sederhana Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa PAI UAD angkatan 2021 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari a 0,05. Besaran pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa PAI UAD angkatan 2021 yaitu memiliki nilai R Square 47,2% dan memiliki tingkat hubungan dalam kategori kuat dengan nilai R 0,687.

Abstract

The decline in teacher performance has an impact on the quality of education in an organization or institution including Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions as an organization require a systematic and dynamic change or improvement so that teacher performance becomes a form of sustainable development in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the management of change in Islamic educational institutions, and its implementation on teacher performance. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data is processed with the steps of research, reading, screening, data management, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 variables that influence an organization in making changes, namely organizational structure, values, culture, organizational systems, technology, and organizational strategy. In addition, there are two ways that can be done to implement changes in Islamic educational institutions so that the organization can develop optimally. The first method includes formulating an Islamic education system, designing quality education in Islamic educational institutions, and reconstructing values ​​in Islamic educational institutions. Then the second includes getting support and involvement from people who are key to formal and informal leaders, developing strong plans, supporting consistent plans and behaviors, developing activities and programs that support successful implementation and become a critical part of the overall plan, celebrating short-term and long-term successes, and communicating non-stop. In addition, it is also known that changes or improvements in teacher performance can be made based on Lewin's change model which consists of the unfreezing stage, the move met stage, and the refreezing stage.
