Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The study population was all 55 Samsat Sudiang employees who were also sampled through census techniques. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used Crosstab and Kendall's Rank. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, with a Kendall's Tau correlation coefficient of 0.671 and a significance of 0.000. The Z test produced a value of 7.234 > 1.96, which strengthens the evidence of the significance of the relationship. The coefficient of determination of 45% indicates that job satisfaction contributes 45% to the variation in employee performance, while the other 55% is influenced by other external factors. This finding implies that efforts to improve employee performance need to be preceded by increasing job satisfaction through improvements in the compensation system, work environment, and relationships between superiors and subordinates. This study provides recommendations for strengthening internal policies based on welfare and developing employee capacity on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Learning is a way to improve the quality of human resources for the better. In this increase in human energy resources, learning plays a very significant role in the quality improvement process because the increase in human energy resources cannot be separated from the process of increasing the quality of learning. The principles of learning management are the main guidelines or guidelines for implementing a series of managerial activities that ensure the success or failure of learning institutions, namely schools. The four significant aspects that become the concern in implementing the principles of learning management are the objectives to be achieved, the subject (people who participate in it), the tasks carried out, and the values ​​that apply in the organization/institution. Implementation of management in the field of learning includes input , process, output and outcome. Learning input is declared qualified when it is ready to process. The learning process is quality if it is able to produce an educational atmosphere that is active, innovative, creative and fun. And the output is declared quality if the academic and non-academic learning outcomes of major students are declared quality. Abstrak Pembelajaran merupakan sesuatu metode dalam meningkatkan mutu sumber energi manusia menjadi lebih baik. Dalam peningkatan sumber energi manusia ini, pembelajaran memegang peranan yang sangat berarti dalam proses peningkatan kualitas sebab peningkatan sumber energi manusia tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan proses peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran manajemen merupakan pedoman ataupun pegangan utama penerapan serangkaian kegiatan manajerial yang memastikan keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan lembaga pembelajaran adalah sekolah. Empat aspek berarti yang jadi perhatian dalam mengimplementasikan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pembelajaran merupakan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, subjek (orang-orang yang ikut serta di dalamnya), tugas yang diemban, serta nilai-nilai yang berlaku dalam organisasi/lembaga tersebutimplementasi manajemen di bidang pembelajaran meliputi input, proses, output dan outcome. Input pembelajaran dinyatakan bermutu bila siap berproses. Proses pembelajaran bermutu apabila mampu menghasilkan atmosfer pendidikan yang aktif, inovatif serta kreatif dan menyenangkan Serta keluaran dinyatakan bermutu bila hasil belajar akademik dan non akademik siswa besar Hasil dinyatakan bermutu apabila lulusan kilat terserap di dunia kerja serta seluruh pihak mengakui kehebatan lulusan serta merasa puas.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the debate on the aspects of divinity in Islamic theology and its relation to the sentence of monotheism based on the madhhab Mu'tazilah, Asyariyah and Al-Maturidiyah. This study is a literature study with a qualitative approach that uses descriptive analysis. The data is taken from articles published on Google Scholar. Furthermore, a strict selection is carried out for these articles by evaluating the abstract, methodology, results, and relevance of each article. Conclusions were drawn from the findings, and the practical and theoretical implications of the study were identified. The results of the analysis show that Islamic theological schools such as Mu'tazilah, Ash'ariyah, and Maturidiyah debate various aspects of divinity in the context of monotheistic sentences. Mu'tazilah emphasizes the intellect and justice of Allah, while Ash'ariyah balances reason and revelation, rejects anthropomorphism in understanding God's attributes, and affirms God's decree and destiny. Maturidiyah, on the other hand, has a more moderate approach and emphasizes the importance of faith, and views the attributes of Allah as something that can be understood in a limited way by human reason. Despite their different approaches, these schools seek to understand and explain aspects of divinity within the framework of monotheism which is a fundamental principle in Islamic teachings

Abstract

Education is a system consisting of various interconnected components, such as educational goals, educators, students, the educational environment, and educational tools. The success or failure of education depends not only on schooling but also on the synergy between these factors. This research is a qualitative study using literature review methods to identify the determinants influencing Islamic education, particularly in curriculum development and the formation of students' moral foundations. Each educational system is influenced by a philosophy underlying its educational vision and mission, encompassing views on humans, knowledge, and the ultimate goal of education. This philosophy influences curriculum development oriented toward achieving national educational goals, as well as the development of intellectual, moral, social, and work skills competencies. Furthermore, external factors such as family, environment, media, religion, and educational policy also play a significant role in the formation of students' moral foundations. This research provides insight into the importance of integrating various factors in achieving holistic educational goals. ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan sistem yang terdiri dari berbagai komponen yang saling berhubungan, seperti tujuan pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, lingkungan pendidikan, dan alat pendidikan. Keberhasilan dan kegagalan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada persekolahan, melainkan pada sinergi antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan pembentukan landasan moral peserta didik. Setiap sistem pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh filosofi yang mendasari visi dan misi pendidikannya, yang mencakup pandangan tentang manusia, pengetahuan, dan tujuan akhir pendidikan. Filosofi ini memengaruhi pengembangan kurikulum yang berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional, serta pembentukan kompetensi intelektual, moral, sosial, dan keterampilan kerja. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti keluarga, lingkungan, media, agama, dan kebijakan pendidikan juga memainkan peran penting dalam pembentukan landasan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi berbagai faktor dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang holistik.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of Islamic educational institution that plays an active role in the formation of human noble morals. Specifically in the development and fostering of student morals in order to form virtuous souls and understand Islamic values well. The Islamic Boarding School of Darul Abrar also plays a role in fostering the morals and mentality of the students, like boarding schools in general and also has a vision and mission to be achieved, one of which is become a person who a morality, this is in line with the ultimate goal of life. This study aims to determine the variety of morals efforts to foster student at the Islamic Boarding School of Darul Abrar, Bone. The research methodology in this study is qualitative, and the data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that efforts to develop moral character of female students can be done by increasing the reading of the Qur’an, applying disciplinary methods of discipline, applying the valuesof the five souls that are a reference to the boarding school, conducting through learning and moral guidance through extracurricular activities.
