Abstract

“Prima Freshmart” is a specialty store whose job is to offer several products for kitchen needs, such as chicken meat, eggs, frozen food, and other food and beverages at affordable prices. This research is to find out: (1) The influence of service variable has an effect on the decision to buy beef chicken at "Prima Freshmart". (2) The effect of the product variable on the purchase decision of broiler chicken at "Prima Freshmart". (3) The effect of the price on the decision to buy chicken pieces at "Prima Freshmart". (4) The effect of promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions of chicken pieces at "Prima Freshmart". (5) The influence of location has an effect on the decision to buy chicken pieces at "Prima Freshmart". (6) Service, product, price, promotion, and location on the decision to buy chicken pieces at "Prima Freshmart". This study uses survey methods and the data analysis used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between service, product, promotion, price, and location on purchasing decisions is 0.827, meaning that the value of a positive relationship and the value of the coefficient of determination is 68.4% with the equation value Ŷ = 0,978-0,380X1 + 0,369X2 + 0,773X4. Variables of service, product, price, promotion, and location have a joint effect on the decision to buy chicken at "Prima Freshmart". Product, price, and promotion variables have a partial effect on the decision to purchase chicken pieces at "Prima Freshmart".

Abstract

JS Hidroponik is a Farmer Group which operates in the field of hydroponic vegetable production located in Jakasampurna Urban Village, West Bekasi Sub-District, Bekasi City. This research aims to determine: (1) internal and external environmental factors that influence the development strategy at JS Hydroponics and (2) look for alternatives and determine priorities for development strategies that are in accordance with JS Hydroponics. Data analysis consists of descriptive methods, while quantitative analysis uses tools, namely the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM matrices. The main strength is quality products and production standards. The main weakness is having limited land and limited capital. The main opportunity is increasing public awareness of healthy living and having business partners. The main threats are pests and diseases, weather changes and nearby competitors. An alternative strategy based on the IE matrix is that JS Hydroponics is in cell I, which means the business is still at the growth and build stage, in line with the QSPM results, namely a strategy to expand marketing.

Abstract

The study bakso mas pur warung business is a well-known culinary business in bekasi regency, which is located at jl. Pisangan, kebon cassava, rt.01/rw.001 satriajaya village, tambun utara district, bekasi regency, this study aims to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), and external factors (opportunities and threats) as well as to determine the marketing strategy. The method used in this study is a case study with a descriptive approach and data analysis consisting of an ife matrix, an efe matrix, an ie matrix and a swot matrix. The results of this research on the warung bakso mas pur business are in cell i position. The position of using the strategy that should be applied by the warung bakso mas pur business is grow and build or a strategy of growing and building. This strategy is in line with the so strategy of creating product variations at competitive prices, the wo strategy of optimizing the internet as a promotional medium and online marketing to expand marketing reach, and the wt strategy of maintaining a good name and maintaining prices to face competition well.

Abstract

The production process in baking industry should be carefully managed, by identifying and handling the major of risks that could lead to failures of final products. This study was conducted to identify the major of risks on production process in The Orchard Bakery, located in Purwakarta Regency, West Java. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and pareto diagram were used to examine the major sources of risk that would impact on the quality of bread produced. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a method that systematically done to identify potential problems, or failures and their resulting effects on production process. In this method, Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) were measured and calculated based on past experiences and judgements to rate each potential problems, by rating 3 (three) aspects on the risks: severity, occurrence, and detection. The results of this study find 6 (six) sources of risk with high RPN values, as a pareto chart indicates that their cumulative impacts totalled 80%, namely: packaging (19%), dough making (16%), baking (16%), proofing (13%), handling quality of final products (9%), and selection of main and supporting ingredients (7%).

Abstract

Floriculture is a type of commodity from horticulture such as cut flower ornamental plants, potted plants and garden decoration plants. Linsy Nursery is one of the ornamental plant businesses in Bekasi City which focuses on the ornamental plant business. This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix partially on purchasing decisions for leaf ornamental plants at Linsy Nursery, and (2) determine and analyze the effect of the marketing mix simultaneously on purchasing decisions for leaf ornamental plants at Linsy Nursery. The method used in this research is a survey method and then will be analyzed using descriptive quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis tools. The sampling technique used in this study is using non probability sampling technique with convenience sampling method as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for leaf ornamental plants, the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for leaf ornamental plants, the place has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for leaf ornamental plants.

Abstract

Different farming Ipomoea aquatica system of organic and inorganicin Agro Cilangkap Garden of Jakarta. This research uses experimental methods that the application of inorganic and organic system susing pairedplots. In the applied organic farming plots with technology and control of plant pests.The results showed Ipomoea aquatica farming land with organic systemis more favorableto the 88.89% difference with in organic systems. Break Even Point (BEP) and theamountof productionvalue to the organic and inorganic system sisabove thevalue of BEP.

The result of research show that Rootone-F effect to plant high, amount of leaf, long and widh of leaf sigmificantly at 24 months age especially 100 mg and 200 mg doses treatment. With 400 mg doses show bad effect to plant growing and smaller then control

Abstract

Intan Jaya Mandiri (IJM) The leather jacket is one manufacturer that produces of leather jacket. This study aims to identify the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), identifying external factors (opportunities and threats) and formulate alternative strategy of business development. The analysis tool uses a matrix of IFE, EFE, IE, and SWOT Based on the result of the research, the total IFE score is 2,569, while the total value of EFE is 2.592. This effort is in quadrant V (maintain and maintain). Alternative strategies that can be run to expand marketing by promoting products, offering product designs/models, maintaining prices, diversifying products, improving product quality, benchmarking of successful companies in the leather industry, strengthening banking confidence, strengthening organizations and human resources. The main priority strategy based on the result is to expand marketing and promote products using social media with Summary Total Attractiveness Score (STAS) 4,039.
