Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest and learning and interaction influences student interest together the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This research is descriptive Associative . The population in this study were all students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman , with a sample of 84 respondents . The sampling technique is simple random sampling . The type of data used , namely primary and secondary data . To determine the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest toward learning outcomes students integrated IPS SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman used the t test and F test.That Describe First Results : Variable Interaction Learning significant and positive impact on learning outcomes Integrated Social eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.692 and the value of t ( 8.958 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . That is when the learning interaction is increased by 1 % and keep student interest , then the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman will increase by 0.692 % . Second : Variable student interest and a positive significant effect on the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.674 and the value of t ( 9.301 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . This means that if student interest is increased by 1 % and still learning interaction , the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman will increase by 0.674 % . Third : Variable interaction of learning and student interest has a significant and positive influence on the results of the integrated IPS Learning Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman the value of F ( 329.126 ) > Ftable ( 3,960 ) and Sig ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) . Percentage of interaction variables influence learning and student interest to the integrated IPS Learning Outcomes Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman that is equal to 89 % , while the remaining 11 % is explained by other causes that are outside the study .

Abstract

ABSTRACTthis research based by low result of economy learner. That cause by some factors, the factors such as method which teacher still used teacher center, the studeSns less involve in teaching learning and value which used result of value not process of value. The goal of this research is for looking different result if learner student used strategy group to group echange which strategy ekspositori at SMA N 2 Pancung Soal . Kind of this result is experimental of research and interpretation sample technique that used is purposive sampling. Population of all the student grade X SMA N 2 Pancung Soal, was chosen as the experimental class is the class X3 and X4 Control class. Analysis data of technique which use by t experimental because of data normal distribution and group of data has variation that homogen. The result of experiment showed average result of learning experiment class is 82 which standar deviassi is 7.91 while the average class control is 77.2 which standart deviasi 8.28. Based analysis data which got, thitung (2,330) so that the found is H0 regected an H1 accepted. So that conclude there are different the result student used strategy group to group echange with strategy ekspositori..

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In the application of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (EULC) that occur in the field of perception irregularities in the implementation of the educational unit level curriculum EULC character and obstacles faced by teachers in preparation for the EULC unit level curriculum character education and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles This research was conducted in SMA PGRI 2 Padang . This research is a descriptive study , population and sample in this study were all high school teachers PGRI 2 Padang  as many as 37 teachers . The type of data retrieved form the primary data and skuder . Techniques of data collection by using questionnaires , interviews , documentation . To measure teacher perception variables to curriculum Tertiary education unit used scale measuring tool liqueur . The data analysis technique used is the descriptive statistical analysis techniques .The results showed that the overall perception of teachers regarding curriculum EULC either . It can be seen on the basic concept of  EULC based on knowledge with an average of 88.29 % and 72.16 % based on attitude , scope of  EULC  based on knowledge with an average of 91.44 % and 81.35 % based on the attitude , the learning process is based on knowledge with an average 89.9 % and 74.73 % based on attitude , EULC based knowledge assessment system with an average of 90.54 % and 60.54 % based on attitudes , knowledge barriers to the implementation of  EULC based on average 89.19 % and 75.5 % based on attitude , as for the suggestion that the writer can convey is hendakmya Teacher to prepare and learn first all of the EULC. To the principal as a leader in the school should have to fully support the implementation of EULC  in order to run smoothly and to the school to be able to create and add a quality school facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the EULC.

Abstract

This study aims to look at how the process of determining the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) High School districts namely Lubuk Kilangan 14 SMA N SMA Semen Padang and Padang and What are the obstacles faced in the Determination of minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This study uses kualaitatif. This research informants are teachers, principals, and representatives of the existing curriculum at the high school and high school N 14 Semen Padang Padang using Snawball sampling. Data were collected using observation, interview and documentation. The results of the study found: Minimum completeness criteria setting process (KKM) is: Principal KKM has set a minimum that must be achieved by the subject teachers, Having known the value of the minimum KKM subject teachers at a workshop convened to determine the KKM for Economic Subjects class X which starts from Standard competence, basic competence to later demoted to the indicator. So after KKM determined subject teachers reported the results of the meeting to the representative of the curriculum, the curriculum report to the Vice Principal, principal chief engineer reported the results to the Department of Education and to the Office of Padang province, then disseminated to students and parents in the form of student learning lembarhasil. While the obstacles encountered in the determination of this KKM is: Time penentukan KKM is not planned in accordance with the existing circumstances, When the teacher determines the minimum value of completeness (KKM) is too high then the students do a lot of remedial, When the teacher determines the minimum value of mastery is too low then the student will difficult to get into college. Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of the decline of professionalism of North Padang high school teacher. This study aims to determine the contribution of transactional leadership principals and achievement motivation of teachers on high school teachers professionalism in the district of North Padang. This study classified to quantitative study. The population in this study are all high school teachers in North Padang, amounting to 202 people. Of the entire population sample of 135 people was set in stratified proportional random sampling. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using statistical analysis with SPSS version 17.00. The results showed that: (1) Transactional leadership principals contributed significantly on the professionalism of a high school teacher in North Padang at 46.60%; (2) Achievement motivation contributed significantly on the professionalism of a high school teacher in North Padang at 38.30%, and (3) Transactional leadership and achievement motivation principals together contributed significantly towards high school teacher professionalism in Padang Utara by 58%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: The influence of social ekonorang parents, social environment, self-actualization of student interests SMA Negeri 1 Kayu Tanam. sampling technique that is with Stratified Random Sampling by using Neyman allocation formula. The technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis by doing t test and F test. The results showed: (1) variable socioeconomic status of high income parents obtained coefficient value 0.423, t value counted 3.797> ttable of 1.689 with significant value 0.000 < α = 0.05, meaning Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Socioeconomic status of low income parents obtained coefficient value 0,422 and tcount of 3,921> ttable equal to 1,675 with significant value 0,000 <α = 0,05, meaning Ha accepted and H0 rejected. (2) social environment variable obtained tcount of 3,165> ttable equal to 1,689 with significant value 0,002 <α = 0,05, mean Ha accepted and H0 rejected so can be said that there is positive influence and partially significant between social environment to interest continue education to college in SMA N 1 Kayu Tanam. (3) Variable aktualiasasi high-income parents obtained t count value of 4.144> ttable of 1.689 with significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05, means Ha accepted and H0 rejected so it can be said that there is a positive influence and partially significant between the actualization self towards the interest of continuing education to college in SMA N 1 Kayu Tanam. (4) Social economic variable of parent, social environment and self actualization simultaneously give positive and significant influence to student interest to continue education to university in SMA Negeri 1 Kayu tanam with value Fhitung 24,874> Ftabel 2,64 and significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05. This means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. As for the low income level Fcount of 31.082> Ftable 2.56 and significant value 0,000 <α = 0.05. This means H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of profitability on firm value, 2) the effect of capital structure on firm value, 3) the effect of firm size on firm value, 4) the effect of sales growth on firm value, 5) the effect of the current ratio on firm value, 6) the influence of profitability, capital structure, company size, sales growth and current ratio together affect firm value. The results of this study indicate that: profitability has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has no significant effect on firm value, firm size has a negative effect on firm value, sales growth has no significant effect on firm value, current ratio has a significant effect on firm value in sub-sector companies. food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2013-2017
