Abstract

[Id] Kamus merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan untuk menterjemahakan suatu bahasa, adapun terdapat berbagai jenis kamus seperti kamus istilah kesehatan. Kesehatan pada dasarnya penting dimiliki oleh setiap orang, namun masih banyak orang yang kurang memahami arti sebuah kesehatan, terutama istilah kesehatan yang memilik banyak kosa kata. Penelitian dilakukan untuk dapat merancang suatu aplikasi kamus istilah kesehatan dengan menggunakan algoritma brute force dalam proses pencariannya. Algoritma brute force merupakan algoritma yang digunakan untuk mencocokan pattern dengan semua teks yang ada pada database aplikasi kamus istilah kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model prototype dan perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, dan Microsoft SQL Server. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa aplikasi kamus istilah kesehatan dengan menggunakan algoritma brute force dalam proses pencariannya dan dapat membantu pengguna untuk mencari istilah kata menjadi lebih efisen dibandingkan kamus berbentuk buku pada umumnya. Kata kunci : Kamus, Algoritma, Brute Force, Kesehatan [En] Dictionary is a tool that used for translate a language. There are many types of dictionary such as dictionary of health terms. Healthy basically is important for everyone, but there are still many people do not understand the meaning of a health. Especially the health terms that has many unfamiliar vocabularies. The research is conducted to design an application of health terms dictionary which use brute force algorithm for it searching process. Brute force algorithm is an algorithm that used to match pattern with all the text in application of health terms database. The research was conducted at Kebaktian medical store Samarinda. Data collection method used was like the interview that asked some questions relating to the design application process. In this research for system development methods used prototype mode. And than for software used Microsoft Visual Studio 2012, and Microsoft SQL Server. The result of this research is an application of health term dictionary with brute force algorithm for searching system process and can help users to searching the terms with more efficient than the common dictionary. Abstract

The provision of KIP scholarships, which are aid scholarships given when a person is still in high school/vocational school, or assistance for high school/vocational high school graduates to continue their education. This assistance is given to students who have good academic potential and have economic limitations. When searching for and determining recipients of scholarship assistance for KIP scholarship recipients by implementing a decision support system using the Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method approach where the selection criteria have been determined previously, the criteria are given or weighted using the ROC method ( Rank Order Centroid), so that the election data process will get more optimal results using the TOPSIS method, the results obtained are 0.66061 which is the highest value of all alternative data and in this study shows the data is more shaped to the selection of potential alternatives. get a KIP scholarship with a more accurate weight and ranking process.

Abstract

Lecturer performance is a quality of self that is given entirely to fulfill the responsibilities of a teacher in a tertiary institution, towards students or students in fulfilling student rights, the importance of knowing that the quality of lecturer performance will affect the level of student learning desire, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, lecturer performance considered capable of improving the learning process that must be done online, online learning often results in a lack of communication between lecturers and students. Accumulation was carried out on a decision support system to see each of the lecturers 'performance qualities at STMIK Widya Cipta Dharma during online lectures using the Promethee II method, the results displayed were the highest score of "4.208625" indicating a high percentage of achievement of lecturers' performance previously had calculations are carried out based on predetermined criteria, namely lecturer discipline, teaching time, material presentation, academic position, suitability of teaching using the syllabus

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a Decision Support System for Selection of Outstanding Employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda by using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method with the hope that the selection will be carried out objectively. By using the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. In this study, the data collection techniques used were literature study, observation and interviews. The decision support system for selecting outstanding employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Samarinda, is a system designed to assist in making decisions in selecting the right outstanding employees using the help of the SMART method, using the feasibility study system development stage, designing, selecting and making a support system. Abstract

Android-based Heart Rate Detector Using an Android-Based Fingerprint Using Arduino Nano at Midwife Dwi Inggrini's Maternity Clinic with the hope of helping and simplifying the medical team in checking the heart rate of pregnant women without having to carry devices that are not portable, improving services and errors due to blackouts PLN electricity. The software development method used is the prototype method which includes data collection, design, prototyping, the testing phase by conducting Black Box and White Box testing. To access this tool the user must first connect the bluetooth android device with bluetooth HC-05 on the Arduino device, after the two Bluetooth devices are connected.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengajuan pembiayaan kredit motor dan mobil bekas, kelengkapan surat-surat dalam hal ini STNK menjadi salah satu syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Jika STNK sudah tidak berlaku maka PT Indeks Media Finance melakukan pengurusan melalui biro jasa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada membangun sebuah aplikasi pendataan keluar masuk STNK. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan penelitian yaitu metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) atau yang lebih dikenal siklus hidup pengembangan sistem mulai dari tahapan analisis, desain sampai implementasi dan pengujian. Harapan sistem yang dibangun tidak hanya dapat mendata keluar-masuk STNK tetapi juga dalam hal pembuatan laporan untuk pimpinan.

Abstract

This public service aims to build a Community Complaints Receipt and Response Application “Smart Report” in the Office of Department of Education and Culture of East Kalimantan. This application was developed using Sublime Text 3, XAMPP software which is a combination of Apache Web Server, PHP, and MySQL. The method of data collection uses the observation method and system development methods using the waterfall. Because this method has stages that are clearly real and practical. Then testing the system is Black Box and Beta Testing, so that the system is obtained in accordance with the wishes of prospective users. Application for receiving and responding to community complaints “Smart Report”. The purpose of this public service is to be able to simplify or produce a response that is relatively fast, precise and can be done without time constraints. It is expected that this information system can overcome the problems that have occurred so far in the process of complaints and community responses

Abstract

One of the diseases of the peripheral nervous system is Guillain-Barre Syndrome, this disease usually affects adults aged 30 years and over but does not rule out the possibility of attacking at various ages. This disease usually occurs in someone who has a deficiency of vitamins including B1, B6, B12 and among those who are addicted to alcohol, exposed to poisons and do too many repetitive movements. There are various kinds of symptoms that mark a patient with Guillain-Barre Syndrome including muscle pain, tingling, difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, loss of response to motor movements, increased pulse, indigestion, excessive sweating, unstable blood pressure. Then a study was carried out that utilized an expert system with the Bayes theorem algorithm. This system can make it easier for an expert to diagnose the patient's disease easily and more efficiently with the advantage of not having to meet directly between the patient and the doctor. Based on these problems, the researcher applied the algorithm above to produce a diagnosis with a percentage of the possibility that the patient suffered from this disease based on existing symptom data of 77.2%.
