Abstract

West Lombok Regency, especially Gunungsari District, namely the Penimbung Health Center, had an outbreak (Extraordinary Events / KLB) in 2018. The distribution of positive malaria based on data from the Penimbung Health Center, namely in 2018, there were 753 positive confirmed cases. This incident was the first time an outbreak had occurred and was a tough homework for the Penimbung Health Center. The increase in malaria cases is closely related to environmental factors as an ecological disease. Not only environmental factors, the factor of access to health services is very influential on the threat of the final outcome in the implementation of development in the health sector, especially malaria elimination. This type of research is analytic observational, the research design uses cross sectional. The number of samples is 84 (cases and controls). Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression analysis (α = 5%). The results of the study showed that there was a relationship altitude, distance and travel time to health services with the incidence of malaria (p value <5%).

Abstract

Pelatihan upskilling merupakan bagian penting dari strategi pengembangan SDM untuk meningkatkan daya saing karyawan di era digital. Penguatan kapasitas tenaga layanan khusus menjadi kunci dalam mendukung efektivitas program pendidikan dan intervensi bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan tenaga layanan khusus melalui pelatihan upskilling yang terstruktur dan aplikatif, guna mengoptimalkan pelayanan terhadap ABK di lingkungan Sekolah Luar biasa Negeri 2 Mataram. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi kompetensi sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terkait strategi intervensi, komunikasi, serta penggunaan media pembelajaran yang adaptif untuk ABK. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan upskilling merupakan strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga layanan khusus, sekaligus mendorong terciptanya lingkungan yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan anak-anak dengan kondisi khusus

Abstract

A secret marriage is considered invalid by the state, therefore, children born from this marriage are considered as children born out of wedlock. This is different from the religious perspective. This opinion is based on article 43 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law which states that "Children born out of wedlock may only have a civil relationship with their mother and their mother's family. Therefore, a secret marriage will annul the rights of the wife and children. However, there are quite a few implementations of marriage in regions where the implementation of marriage is only based on religious law and customary law, without involving the Marriage Registrar so that this marriage is considered a secret marriage which often causes losses to the wife and children born. The lack of guarantees of civil rights as a result of a secret marriage results in the child not getting citizenship status, and the child only has a civil relationship with the mother and her mother's family, which in turn bears the burden of child maintenance costs.Married couples must comply with religious and state laws. In Islamic law, marriage must fulfill the pillars of marriage which include prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses, ijab and kabul, while state law requires that the validity of the marriage must be registered in accordance with applicable laws. However, there are many implementations of marriage in regions where the implementation of marriage is only based on religious and customary laws, without involving Marriage Registrars so that this marriage is considered a secret marriage which often causes losses to the wife and the children born. Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values in learning activities at MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data was analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation techniques. The research results show that the implementation of Pancasila values in the learning process is quite good. Teachers implement Pancasila values by including them in teaching methods, attitudes towards students, and routine school activities. Teachers always remind students who violate Pancasila values. Supporting factors for implementing Pancasila values are awareness and support from school principals, teachers and a supportive school environment. The obstacles faced by schools are that there are several children who are difficult to advise and the habits of children outside of school are not good. Schools overcome these obstacles by continuing to familiarize, guide and coach children. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di MTs Darunnajah Al-Falah. Jenis Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam proses pembelajaran sudah cukup baik. Guru mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan memasukkannya dalam metode mengajar, sikap terhadap siswa, dan kegiatan rutin sekolah. Guru selalu mengingatkan siswa yang melanggar nilai-nilai Pancasila. Faktor pendukung dari implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila yaitu adanya kesadaran, dan dukungan dari kepala sekolah, guru, serta lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung. Hambatan yang dihadapi sekolah yaitu adanya beberapa anak yang sulit dinasehati dan kebiasaan anak di luar sekolah yang kurang baik. Sekolah mengatasi hambatan tersebut dengan terus melakukan pembiasaan, bimbingan, dan pembinaan kepada anak.
