Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai di era digitalisasi Badan Kepegawaian Aceh (BKA) Di Kota Banda Aceh. Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui daftar pertanyaan/kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Pengolahan data ini dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji simultan dan uji parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dan digitalisasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Aceh (BKA) Kota Banda Aceh. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Aceh (BKA) Kota Banda Aceh. Digitalisasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Badan Kepegawaian Aceh (BKA) Kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Humans as social beings need interaction with other people in meeting their needs. The increasingly complex needs with the development of the times allow someone to do practical things in fulfilling their needs by committing the crime of theft. Based on criminal statistical data in 2020, theft crime became the most cases that occurred during 2019. Theft is one of the crimes against property or wealth regulated in Chapter XXII Articles 362-365 of the Criminal Code which consists of four types of theft crimes including ordinary theft, theft weighting, light theft, and violent theft. one of the factors in the study of criminology and legal psychology states that cognitive factors can make a person commit a crime. Criminal thinking can be used as one of the terms in understanding a criminal in legitimizing the crime committed. According to Knight (2006), criminal thinking includes six aspects consisting of demanding rights, justification, level of aggressiveness, cold- bloodedness, rationalization of crime, and feelings of irresponsibility. This research what aspects play a role in criminal thinking in convicts of theft cases. The purpose of this research is to identify and identify aspects that play a role in the criminal thinking of convicts in the theft case at the Class II B Demak State Detention Center so that it can be used as a guide in providing the right coaching program.. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using the Criminal Thinking Scale (CTS) which was developed by Knight in 2006 as many as 36 items to 42 male inmates in the case of theft of articles 362-365 of the Criminal Code in the Class II B State Detention Center Demak. The results obtained in this study indicate that the highest aspect of criminal thinking in the theft case is found in the rationalization aspect of crime with a mean value of 15.50. The coaching program that can be given to inmates in cases of theft in every aspect of criminal thinking includes demanding rights with self-reliance development programs, justification with CBT therapy, aggressiveness level with religious coaching programs, cold-bloodedness with increased empathy, rationalization of crimes with legal counseling, and feelings of inadequacy. responsible for the attitude and mental development program.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is for effective leadership and organizational justice to have a simultaneous influence on organizational commitment in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector of the Surabaya City Transportation Service. In accordance with the results of this research, it can be concluded that factors consisting of effective leadership and organizational justice have a significant and positive influence simultaneously on organizational commitment in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector of the Surabaya City Transportation Service. Factors consisting of effective leadership and organizational justice have a significant and partially positive influence on organizational commitment in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector of the Surabaya City Transportation Service. Among the factors consisting of effective leadership and organizational justice, it turns out that effective leadership has a dominant influence on organizational commitment in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector of the Surabaya City Transportation Service, with a partial influence of 63%. As input, we can provide a few suggestions that can be proposed for improving management which are implications of the research results, including: Encouraging transformational leadership behavior that inspires and motivates employees to achieve organizational goals, focus on building trust, fostering creativity, and empowering team members to contribute meaningfully, prioritize clear and transparent communication to ensure employees understand organizational goals, expectations and changes.

Abstract

Background: Desa Siron Kecamatan Kuta Cot Glie, Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang teletak di Provinsi Aceh memiliki potensi besar untuk pengembangan wisata alam dikarenakan lahannya yang merupakan kombinasi pengunungan, savana dan sungai. Keberadaan Lokasi tersebut mulai dikenal melalui aktivitas komunitas camping dan telah menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata namun juga menghadapi tantangan terkait perencanaan tata ruang kawasan, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung, serta perlunya penguatan keterlibatan masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata melalui perencanaan desain kawasan, penyediaan fasilitas dan sarana pendukung serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya masyarakat lokal. Metode: Metode yang digunakan Adalah pendeketan partisipatif dengan berkolaborasi melibatkan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dengan jumlah anggota 12 orang dan komunitas Siron Camp. Tahapan kegiatan mencakup empat tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, perancangan, pembangunan fisik dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat melalui seminar dan workshop. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan SDM Pokdarwis dalam hal pengelolaan, manajemen dan promosi kawasan wisata, serta adanya usaha mikro masyarakat seperti kuliner dan craft dalam menunjang kegiatan pariwisata. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, program ini digarapkan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam penguatan potensi pariwisata desa, kontribusi peluang ekonomi serta mendorong praktik wisata berbasis masyarakat dengan sifat gotong royong yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in physics learning outcomes in the kinematics of rectilinear motion material and student responses to the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in the learning process. This research is included in the type of Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this research were students of class XI Science 4 MA Negeri 1 Wonosobo for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 36 students. This research resulted that the overall percentage of individual completeness increased from cycle 1 to cycle II, namely from 55.6% to 78% and the overall percentage of classical completeness also increased, namely from 60% to 80%. Student responses tend to be positive where students state they are happy with the learning process using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve the physics learning outcomes of class XI IPA 4 MA Negeri 1 Wonosobo students on the Kinematics of rectilinear motion material
