Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah belum berkembangnya kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenali berbagai macam lambang huruf vokal dan konsonan. Di sebabkan oleh belum optimalnya kegiatan pembelajaran dalam mengenal huruf di sekolah dan media pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi. Jika dibiarkan maka akan berdampak anak menjadi kesulitan dalam mengenali lambang huruf vokal dan konsonan, dan kesulitan dalam membaca huruf. Di perbaiki dengan menggunakan Kombinasi Model Problem Based Learning, Metode Demonstrasi, dengan Media Papan Flanel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan aktivitas guru, partisipasi anak, serta hasil perkembangan kognitif anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif lewat penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam empat pertemuan. Lokasi penelitian berada di KB Karang Mekar, Kabupaten Barito Kuala, dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Kelompok B yang terdiri dari 11 anak, terdiri atas 6 anak laki-laki dan 5 anak perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan mencakup kegiatan wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aktivitas guru pada pertemuan pertama hingga ketiga berada pada kriteria Baik, sedangkan pada pertemuan keempat meningkat menjadi Sangat Baik. Sementara itu, aktivitas anak menunjukkan peningkatan bertahap, yaitu 36% pada pertemuan pertama, 55% pada pertemuan kedua, 73% pada pertemuan ketiga, dan mencapai 100% pada pertemuan keempat. Perkembangan kognitif anak juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dimulai dari 36% di pertemuan pertama, 45% di pertemuan kedua, 73% di pertemuan ketiga, hingga mencapai 100% pada pertemuan keempat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterlibatan guru, anak, dan pencapaian motorik halus anak dini melalui penerapan model PjBL dengan metode demonstrasi dalam kegiatan kolase menggunakan media loose parts. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 pertemuan pada 12 anak Kelompok B TK Idhata II Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan melaui observasi terstruktur menggunakan lembar dan rubik penilaian, kemudian dianalisi secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek. Aktivitas guru mencapai skor 97% kategori Sangat Baik, aktivitas anak 88% kategori Sangat Aktif, dan perkembangan motorik halus anak 89% kategori Berhasil Berkembang. Peningkatan ini dipengaruhi oleh konsistensi guru dalam melakukan refleksi pembelajaran sehingga berdanpak positif pada keterlibatan guru, anak, serta hasil belajar anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilan motorik halus anak khususnya dalam kegiatan menempel gambar, dapat dioptimalkan melalui kombinasi model PjBL, demonstrasi dengan media loose parts.

Abstract

Pentingnya menanamkan sikap optimisme dan nilai budaya gawi manuntung pada siswa, agar mampu mengikuti pembelajaran dengan disiplin serta suasana yang kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi optimisme dan nilai budaya gawi manuntung terhadap disiplin belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kontribusi. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 130 orang siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kuala Kapuas.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 9,259 dengan probabilitas 0.000. Karena probabilitas < 0.05 Jadi, dapat disimpulkan adanya kontribusi optimisme dan nilai budaya gawi manuntung terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kuala Kapuas. Abstract

Educational planning is a systematic process aimed at achieving educational goals effectively and efficiently. One of the key steps in elaborating an educational plan is the implementation of evaluation and monitoring. This study aims to examine the strategic role of evaluation and monitoring in supporting the success of educational planning, particularly in the context of the dynamic needs of learners and the demands of changing times. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach as the primary technique for data collection. Data sources were obtained from books, scientific journals, research reports, and policy documents relevant to the topic. The analysis technique used is content analysis, by categorizing data based on key themes such as the concept of educational evaluation, the function of monitoring, and their contributions to educational planning. The findings indicate that evaluation and monitoring serve dual functions, namely as tools for quality control and as the basis for decision-making in continuous improvement. Both enable educational institutions to adjust planning strategies based on empirical data and reflections on program implementation. Evaluation helps assess the effectiveness of the plan, while monitoring ensures that implementation aligns with its objectives. The integration of evaluation and monitoring into the planning process also promotes accountability, transparency, and ongoing development. This study recommends that every educational institution establish a structured, participatory, and adaptive evaluation and monitoring system to produce more relevant and high-quality educational plans.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic role of needs assessment in the educational planning process, particularly within the context of the Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) policy. In an education system that is continuously undergoing transformation, needs assessment serves as a crucial foundation for designing planning that is relevant, adaptive, and based on the actual conditions of students and educational institutions. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review of various relevant scientific sources. The findings show that needs assessment is capable of identifying gaps between the ideal and actual conditions in various aspects of education, such as student competencies, teacher readiness, and the availability of learning infrastructure. The Merdeka Belajar policy provides schools and teachers with greater autonomy in designing contextual curricula and learning processes. However, without proper needs assessment, educational planning risks being misaligned with on-the-ground realities. The study also reveals that the implementation of needs assessment in schools still faces several challenges, including limited teacher competence, time constraints, and weak institutional support. Therefore, strengthening strategies are needed, such as teacher training, the development of practical assessment instruments, and the integration of assessment results into school planning documents. Thus, needs assessment not only functions as a tool for identifying problems but also as a foundation for effective decision-making in educational planning that prioritizes quality and equitable learning. This research is expected to contribute to the development of educational policy and practice that is more responsive to actual needs in the era of Merdeka Belajar.

Abstract

This study systematically examines gaps and weaknesses in educational policy implementation in Indonesia during 2015-2024 through a systematic literature review approach. The complexity of Indonesia's educational system, encompassing geographical, socioeconomic, and cultural diversity, creates significant challenges in implementing strategic policies such as Curriculum 2013, PPDB zoning policy, Smart Indonesia Card program, and educational digitalization. The research methodology employs systematic analysis of ten selected empirical studies from various national and international academic databases with inclusion criteria of publications from 2015-2024. Research findings identify five primary dimensions of implementation weaknesses: (1) structural and infrastructure deficiencies with 80% of schools lacking adequate laboratory facilities; (2) inadequate human resource capacity where 65% of teachers do not understand new learning methodologies; (3) weak targeting and monitoring systems with 40% of assistance missing intended targets; (4) ineffective multi-level governance coordination; and (5) minimal policy adaptation to local contexts. Findings indicate that implementation weaknesses are systemic and multidimensional, requiring fundamental transformation in implementation approaches through infrastructure capacity strengthening, continuous professional development, data-based monitoring systems, integrated coordination, and adaptive decentralization to ensure achievement of Sustainable Development Goals in education and enhance national competitiveness.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of inclusive leadership in shaping students' character in elementary schools. Through a literature review and analysis of recent research findings, it was found that inclusive leadership implemented by school principals can create a learning environment that is safe, values diversity, and encourages the development of character values such as tolerance, empathy, responsibility, and cooperation. The application of inclusive leadership has a positive impact on students' character development by creating an inclusive and participatory atmosphere in schools. However, the implementation of inclusive leadership faces challenges such as limited training for teachers and principals, as well as a lack of resources to support students with special needs. This article recommends strengthening the capacity of school principals in managing diversity and emphasizes the importance of synergy between teachers, students, and the school community.
