Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether discipline, HR competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, HR competence and job characteristics on the work productivity employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency. The sample in this study were all employees at Education Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, amounting to 56 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate; Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Human resource competence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Job characteristics partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity; Discipline, HR competence and job characteristics simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity

Abstract

In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the main tasks and functions on employee morale at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Revenue and Assets of Sibolga City. The method used is descriptive correlational method. The description method is an explanation or explanation of research results obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The results of the study include gender, education level, age and the average interpretation of respondents' answers for each item. While correlational to find out how much influence the independent variables have on the variables used by the simple linear regression analysis method and the calculation of the coefficient of determination, to test the ability of independent variations to explain the variation of variables in the model. The author uses 55 respondents as a sample taken from all employees. The results of the determination coefficient research show that the job duties of employees are 60% of the morale of employees at the Regional Finance, Revenue and Assets Agency of Sibolga City and the remaining 40% is determined by other variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the main duties of the employee and the morale of the employees at the Regional Finance, Revenue and Assets Agency of Sibolga City of 0.755, so that if interpreted on a scale it could be categorized as high correlation. The regression equation obtained is Y= 24,566 + 0.485X. The t test shows that t count is greater than t table or (8.942 > 2.00575). Because the t-count value is greater than the t-table value, the significant relationship and the hypothesis proposed in Chapter - I can be accepted. Keywords: Job Duties and Morale

Abstract

Based on the rules and unhealthy relationships due to legislation written in the labor law in force in Indonesia, it underlies the government to create a new law which eventually creates the omnibus law with the aim of reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia. Indonesia has the concept of a state based on law (rechtsstaat) which includes issues from human rights to clear law and of course based on law. Building the economy is a very important thing to build to achieve people's welfare. The results of this study are: the new law that was created, namely the omnibus law, in the process of implementing it, many conflicts occurred. This problem is seen from the problems that arise simultaneously. The omnibus law has also been implemented in several regions and legal regulations in Indonesia. all laws that have been made, must have an impact with legal certainty with the subject and object of the rule. With the creation of this new law, many positive changes have been seen in the economy where it is easy for business actors to obtain business licenses, mapping the risk level of business licenses, how to arrange business licenses, NIB as a requirement in the halal certificate process, establishment of PT Individuals, access to banking, assistance and legal protection, as well as financial training which was not found in the previous law

Abstract

Analysis of Effective Communication on Employee Performance Improvement at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. Performance improvement can be achieved through the implementation of effective communication. This study aims to analyze the impact of effective communication on employee performance improvement at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga, totaling 31 individuals, who were also used as the research sample. Based on the research findings, there is a positive relationship between effective communication and employee performance improvement at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga. This is evidenced by the increase in the number of consumers over the past five years, totaling 310 individuals. The study results indicate a positive correlation between effective communication and employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga, with a correlation coefficient of 0.757, which, when interpreted on a scale, falls into the moderate category. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 12.491 + 0.637X, which demonstrates the influence of effective communication on employee performance. The t-test results show that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, as t-calculated (6.241) > t-table (2.0452). This means that employee performance increases by the regression coefficient/slope (0.573) for every unit increase in the effective communication variable. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination reveals that effective communication contributes only 57.3% to employee performance at PT. Kencana Mulia Abadi Sibolga, while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan Pengabdian Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan sosialisasi pentingnya memahami persyaratan admistrasi dan ketentuan lainnya sebagai syarat permohonan pinjaman dana KUR kepada bank sehingga program KUR yang di jalankan pemerintah pusat dapat dimanfaatkan pelaku usaha UMKM di Desa Tapian Nauli III Kecamatan Tapian Nauli Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan kewirausahaan dan sosialisasi dan KUR bagi pelaku UMKM diawali dengan tahap persiapan dan kordinasi dengan Kepala Desa Tapian Nauli III, dilanjutkan tahap pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan Tanya jawab dan diskusi. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini akan memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku UMKM untuk pengembangan usaha dan memahami proses pengurusan administrasi serta syarat pengajuan pinjaman dana KUR yang berlaku di bank Pemerintah seperti bank BRI, Bank Mandiri dan Bank BNI

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun serentak pengaruh Digital Marketing dan Konten Video terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif instrumen kuesioner. Populasi penelitian tidak diketahui secara pasti, dengan teknik penarikan sampel Lemeshow yaitu penarikan sampel bila jumlah populasi tidak diketahui angka pastinyaa karena sangat banyak dan dihitung dengan rumus Lemeshow maka dipereoleh besarnya sampel sebanyak 68 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu nilai thitung Digital Marketing 4,163, nilai ttabel 1,997; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (4,163 > 1,997) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai thitung Konten Video 3,956 , nilai ttabel 1,997; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (3,956 > 1,997) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Fhitung fasilitas dan Konten Video 93,207 , nilai Ftabel 2,745; nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (93,207 > 2,745) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Rsquare yaitu 0.662 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 66.220 %, artinya variabel bebas memberi sumbangsih besar guna menguraikan tentang Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 66.20 % sisa 33.80% di pengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan antara Literasi Digital dan Inovasi terhadap keberhasilan UMKM di Kota Sibolga. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif instrumen kuesioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 36 Rumah Sakit dengan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel 36 orang. Teknik analisis data berupa uji kualitas instrument, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji sendiri dan serentak serta koefisien determinan. Hasil penelitian yaitu, Literasi Digital -3,337, nilai ttabel 2,036; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (-3,337 > 2,036) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai thitung kualitas pelayanan 3,145, nilai ttabel 2,036; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (3,145 > 2,036) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Rsquare yaitu 0,475 atau R2 x 100% yaitu 47,50%, artinya variabel bebas memberi sumbangsih besar guna menguraikan tentang keberhasilan UMKM di Kota Sibolga konsumen sebesar 47,50% sisa 52,50% di pengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Pembangunan keluarga sejahtera tidak dapat dipisahkan dari tiga pilar utama, yaitu ekonomi, kesehatan, dan pendidikan. Ketiga aspek ini saling berkaitan dan menjadi fondasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada keluarga di wilayah Desa Aek Horsik Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, terkait pentingnya penguasaan ekonomi rumah tangga, akses terhadap layanan kesehatan, serta peningkatan mutu pendidikan anak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi kelompok, dan pelatihan sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat meningkat, terutama dalam perencanaan keuangan keluarga, pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan dasar, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pendidikan. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan masyarakat lebih sadar akan pentingnya ketiga aspek tersebut sebagai modal dasar dalam membangun keluarga yang sejahtera
