Abstract

This research aims to design and validate student worksheets based on Aughmented Reality integrated with Acehnese culture. This research is development research using the Plomp model. This research is limited to two stages, namely preliminary research (preliminary research) and the development phase (prototyping phase). The instrument used is a student worksheet validation sheet consisting of aspects of material, presentation, language, and integration with the Augmented Reality application. Validation was carried out by 3 expert validators. Based on the problems in the initial research, the student worksheet design is integrated with Acehnese culture where Acehnese cultural ornaments become markers that will be visualized into 3D shapes. The results of the research show that the design of student worksheets based on augmented reality integrated with Acehnese culture is in the best condition with a valid category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Proses pemesanan dalam operasional di Warkop Geidar Kopi saat ini menggunakan sistem manual. Penggunaan media alat tulis membuat pelayan melakukan kesalahan pada pendataan pesanan pelanggan. Akibat dari permasalahan ini pelanggan sering mengeluh karena waktu pengerjaannya menjadi tidak efisien. Untuk mengatasinya dikembangkan sistem Self Service Order. Dalam membangun sistem ini menggunakan kerangka Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) dengan model Waterfall dalam penerapan penelitian. Penerapan algoritma Shortest-Job First, penulis memanfaatkan laravel berbasis bahasa pemograman php, tujuan implementasi ini mengoptimalkan waktu sistem antrian dengan cara memprioritaskan pelanggan berdasarkan durasi pesanan mereka. Sesuai dengan prinsip SJF pesanan dengan data order pendek akan dieksekusi duluan. Penguna Implementasi sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan mengoptimalkan waktu tunggu. Pengujian ini menggunakan 8 sample pelanggan dengan durasi yang berbeda. Total dari waktu tunggu 121 menit dengan rata- rata 15,12 menit/ pelanggan. Hasil ini membuktikan algortima SJF tidak hanya mudah diterapkan. Tetapi dapat mengasilkan waktu yang adaktif sesuai dengan waktu tunggu pelanggan.Kata kunci: warkop, SJF Pemesanan,Self ServiceAbstract: The ordering process in operations at Warkop Geidar Kopi currently uses a manual system. The use of stationery media makes waiters make mistakes in recording customer orders. As a result of this problem, customers often complain because the processing time is inefficient. To overcome this, a Self Service Order system was developed. In building this system using the Software development life cycle (SLDC) framework with the Waterfall model in conducting research. The implementation of the shortest-job first algorithm, the author utilizes laravel based on the php programming language, the purpose of this implementation is to optimize the queuing system time by prioritizing customers based on the duration of their orders. In accordance with the SJF principle, orders with short order data will be executed first. Users, Implementation of this system successfully improves service quality by optimizing waiting time. This test uses 8 customer samples with different durations. The total waiting time was 121 minutes with an average of 15.12 minutes/customer. These results prove that the SJF algorithm is not only easy to implement. But it can produce an active time according to customer waiting time.  Keywords: warkop, SJF, ordering, self service

Abstract

Abstrak: Beberapa kegiatan melalui kerja sama telah dilakukan dan mendapat respon yang positif. Namun, JSDI khususnya wilayah Aceh Timur belum mampu merekrut anggota secara luas dan memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada anggota dan calon anggota. Selain itu, website resmi organisasipun statusnya dalam perbaikan (maintenance) hingga sekarang. Sehingga, para guru yang bergabung menjadi anggota JSDI hanya berjumlah 6 orang. Tujuan PkM adalah: (1) memperbaiki fasilitas layanan mitra untuk mewujudkan tujuan mitra membantu guru mengimplikasikan kurikulum merdeka melalui produk aplikasi eduweb app media satu pintu yang mengoptimalkan program kerja mitra; (2) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra mengembangkan eduweb app sebagai media satu pintu mengoptimalkan program kerja JSDI. Bentuk kegiatan PkM ini berupa kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi terhadap ketercapaian indikator keberhasilan diketahui dari pengumpulan data dilakukan, yaitu menggunakan lembar wawancara dan angket. Hasil kegiatan PkM berupa sebuah eduweb app bernama “sahabat guru digital” yang dapat membantu para guru terutama anggota JSDI dalam menerapkan kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, produk ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra terkait perbaikan fasilitas penyampaian informasi kepada anggota dan masyarakat melalui media satu pintu, serta meningkatkan pelayanan dalam hal perluasan keanggotaan dan keterlibatan masyarakat pada setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh mitra. Berdasarkan jawaban peserta pelatihan dan pendampingan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota mitra mengembangkan eduweb app meningkat dari 52% menjadi 72% setelah kegiatan.Abstract: Several collaborative activities have been conducted, receiving positive responses. However, JSDI, especially in the East Aceh region, has not been able to recruit members widely and provide optimal services to its members and potential members. Furthermore, the official organization website is still undergoing maintenance to this day. As a result, the number of teachers who have joined as JSDI members is only six. The objectives of this Community Service Program (PkM) are as follows: (1) to improve partner service facilities to help partners achieve their goal of assisting teachers in implementing the independent curriculum through the Eduweb App, a one-stop media application that optimizes partner work programs; (2) to enhance the knowledge and skills of partners in developing the Eduweb App as a one-stop media to optimize JSDI's work programs. The PkM activities include socialization, training, and mentoring. Evaluation of the achievement of success indicators is known from data collection, namely using interview sheets and questionnaires.. The result of the PkM activities is an Eduweb app called "Sahabat Guru Digital”, which can assist teachers, especially JSDI members, in implementing the independent curriculum. Furthermore, this product can address partner issues related to improving information delivery facilities to members and the public through a one-stop media, as well as improving services in terms of expanding membership and community involvement in every activity organized by the partners. Based on the answers of training and mentoring participants, the knowledge and skills of partner members developing eduweb apps increased from 52% to 72% after the activity.
