Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a causal approach, involving respondents who are at least 17 years old and are regular customers of the station. The sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 96 people, calculated using the Lemeshow formula. The research results show that service quality, particularly the empathy indicator, significantly affects customer satisfaction. However, the physical evidence indicator (employee appearance) needs to be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. Brand image also significantly affects customer satisfaction, with appropriate pricing being the dominant factor. Nevertheless, the brand's image and popularity need to be further improved. Customer satisfaction was found to be in good condition, but improvements are still needed in the willingness-to-recommend indicator. One of the recommendations is to activate a special program offering discounts for each fuel purchase above a certain amount, which can only be obtained by customers who refer their colleagues to refuel at SPBU Pertamina 34.167.12. Simultaneously, service quality and brand image were found to significantly influence customer satisfaction. These findings provide guidance for other companies in the energy supply sector, particularly in the petroleum industry, in formulating strategies to improve customer satisfaction based on the results of this research.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Al-Qur'an Hadith learning is two different lesson content, but in terms of nomenclature this learning becomes one name of learning, namely Al-Qur'an Hadith. In the Integrated Islamic School education unit, there is no specific nomenclature of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects, only Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. But that doesn't mean the Integrated Islamic School doesn't study the Al-Qur'an Hadith. They still study it, it's just that the scope is narrower than students who are in Madrasas, and their learning is more emphasized on the habituation of Islamic manners and morals in accordance with the Al-Quran and Hadith. This study aims to determine the need for the implementation of Al-Qur'an Hadith in Integrated Islamic-based schools, namely to create schools that effectively develop educational processes that can develop the natural potential of students towards the vision of forming a generation that is pious and has the character of a leader based on a philosophy that refers to the messages of Islamic education as stated in the Qur'anul Karim. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative approach, that is, a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. From research conducted at the Alfityah Integrated Islamic School, it can be concluded that even though the Al-Quran Hadith subject is not part of the school curriculum, it does not mean that the school does not apply the main points of the lessons contained in it. But by way of direct application it is more needed for the provision of students in their daily lives.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di UPT SMK Negeri 5 Wajo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan jumlah pernyataan sebanyak 30 nomor telah divalidasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi tenaga pendidik  UPT SMK Negeri 5 Wajo. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pada variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di UPT SMK Negeri 5 Wajo.

Abstract

Floods are the most frequent natural disasters and damage the environment. The intensity and frequency of flooding is increasing due to climate change and rainfall as well as rising sea levels. Floods can cause health problems, one of the diseases caused after a flood is diarrhea. This research aims to determine the relationship between community behavior and the incidence of diarrhea in flood-prone areas in Lembasada Village, Donggala Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 90 mothers who had toddlers registered in the Lembasada Community Health Center Work Area. The sampling technique uses positive sampling. The analysis used in this research is the Chi Square analysis test. The results of the study showed that the behavior of using toilets was related to the incidence of diarrhea (p=0.036), the behavior of using clean water (p=1.000), the behavior of washing hands with soap (p=0.929) and the behavior of cooking water (p=0.498) was related to the incidence of diarrhea. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the behavior of using toilets and the incidence of diarrhea and there is no relationship between the behavior of using clean water, the behavior of washing hands with soap and the behavior of boiling water and the incidence of diarrhea in the Flood Prone Area of ??Lembasada Village, Donggala Regency.

Abstract

Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) hadir untuk memberikan akses pendidikan alternatif yang setara bagi masyarakat yang tidak terjangkau oleh sistem pendidikan formal. PKBM yang diselenggarakan di lingkungan pondok pesantren menjadi solusi strategis untuk memberdayakan lulusan SMA, aparat desa, dan santri yang belum dapat melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk optimalisasi PKBM di Pondok Pesantren Anwar Syarif sebagai alternatif pendidikan tinggi nonformal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKBM di pesantren ini berperan penting dalam menyediakan layanan pendidikan kesetaraan (Paket A, B, dan C) yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai keislaman, pelatihan vokasional, serta fleksibilitas jadwal yang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan santri dan masyarakat. Dukungan dari aparatur desa serta pemanfaatan sumber daya pesantren menjadi kunci keberhasilan program. Optimalisasi ini tidak hanya menghasilkan peserta didik yang memperoleh ijazah kesetaraan, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi sosial dan spiritual dalam komunitas. Dengan adanya PKBM, pondok pesantren tidak hanya menjadi pusat pendidikan agama, tetapi juga menjadi lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat yang membangun individu-individu mandiri, religius, dan produktif.
