Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses bernalar yang dilakukan siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 22 Palu dalam menyelesaikan operasi aritmatika pecahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 22 Palu yang berjumlah 28 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada soal nomor 1 siswa berpikir dalam menentukan pecahan senilai dari  yaitu dengan menjumlahkan dua bilangan pecahan sehingga menghasilkan pecahan  . Untuk soal nomor 2a, siswa menjumlahkan semua elemen bilangan bulat pada 2 pecahan yang ingin dijumlahkan. Untuk soal nomor 2b, siswa mengalikan semua elemen bilangan bulat pada 2 pecahan yang ingin dikalikan. Untuk soal nomor 2c, siswa membagi pembilang dengan pembilang dan membagi penyebut dengan penyebut.

Abstract

 AbstractThis research was conducted based on the question of how authentic assessment implemented in thematic learning for public primary schools. It was aimed at describing the knowledge of teachers and principals about the implementation of authentic assessment in thematic learning at public primary schools. This research was a qualitative descriptive one with its subject of: teachers, students, and principals.  The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed by reduction, presentation, and conclusion, preceded by the technique of triangulation data validity checking. The results of the research: 1) the teachers and principals comprehended authentic assessment in thematic learning; 2) the teachers performed authentic assessment in thematic learning by focusing on attitude competency, knowledge, and skill through integrated assessment. Assessment on the students? attitude was done through observation techniques, self-assessment, and peer assessment. The knowledge assessment was done through written test and assignments, while the skill assessment was performed through performance assessment techniques and portfolio assessment.Key words : authentical assessment, thematics learning

Abstract

Berpikir kreatif menjadi langkah awal inovasi dan perubahan-perubahan sehingga meningkatkan kualitas dan taraf hidup manusia. Kepercayaan diri akan menyatukan motivasi dan sumber dayanya yang mendorong kemampuan berpikir kreatifnya. Sedangkan pola asuh orangtua berperan dalam pembentukan sikap terbuka dan saling menghargai yang mendukung terbentuknya pola pikir kreatif anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal  9 – 11 September 2021 di SMA Negeri 6 Jeneponto. Populasi adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII MIA SMA Negeri 6 Jeneponto sebanyak 163 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 116 orang dan teknik penarikan sampel berupa teknik simple random sampling.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-Post Facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan desain korelasi berganda. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument non tes berupa kuisioner untuk mengukur kepercayaan diri dan pola asuh orangtua sedangkan instrument tes berjenis essay test digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel digunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan teknik analisis korelasi ganda. Sedangkan uji asumsi digunakan analisis uji anova. Pengujian prasyarat dilakukan berupa uji normalitas dan multikoloneritas. Sehigga diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan pola asuh orangtua dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik baik secara sederhana maupun bersama.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of competence and job satisfaction on work productivity among employees of the Factory Operations Department 2 of PT Pupuk Kaltim Bontang, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees in the Factory Operations Department 2 of PT Pupuk Kaltim totaling 134 employees and the sample for this study was 44 employees obtained using the Nonprobability Sampling technique using systematic sampling. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive methods, data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. The research results show that competency and job satisfaction partially influence work productivity. Simultaneously, competency and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work productivity for employees of Factory Operations Department 2 PT Pupuk Kaltim. The coefficient of determination or R square value is 0.737, from these results all independent variables have a contribution of 73.7% to the dependent variable with a high level of accuracy, and the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other variables that were not included in the research. Abstract

This study aims to find out the self-presentation of social media influencer (SMI) Vonny Felicia through Instagram social media in the context of rituals. An Erving Goffman lema that refers to a term that captures the patterned aspects of interactional life that talk about the moral value of people. This research uses a qualitative approach. The object of research in this study is Vonny Felicia's Instagram account. The subject of the study was Vonny Felicia as SMI. Case study research methods with interview methods, observation, documentation, and literature review. The results showed that Vonny's presence as an SMI on Instagram is a ritual in the sense of realizing the importance of interactional life patterns by prioritizing oneself as a figure as a place for presenting herself. Vonny's front stage and back stage are not the same. In front of thousands of his followers Vonny is an extroverted teenager with a natural and fashionable style. Meanwhile, he is an introvert who is patient with scathing and blocking comments as an end choice. This action he took so that posts on Instagram inspired many people and were considered positive people. The study found that people tend to share Instagram stories to meet their impression management goals, garner social support by connecting with their social networks. In other words Vonny practices rituals on social media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presentasi diri social media influencer (SMI) Vonny Felicia melalui media sosial Instagram dalam konteks ritual. Sebuah lema Erving Goffman yang menunjuk pada istilah yang menangkap aspek-aspek berpola dari kehidupan interaksional yang berbicara tentang nilai moral orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah akun Instagram Vonny Felicia. Subyek penelitian adalah  Vonny Felicia sebagai SMI. Metode penelitian studi kasus dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Vonny sebagai SMI di Instagram merupakan ritual dalam arti menyadari pentingnya pola kehidupan interaksional dengan mengedepankan diri sebagai sosok sebagai tempat untuk presentasi dirinya. Panggung depan dan panggung belakang Vonny tidaklah sama. Di hadapan ribuan pengikutnya Vonny adalah remaja ekstrovert dengan gaya natural sekaligus modis.Sedangkan keseharian ia adalah seorang introvert yang bersabar dengan komentar-komentar pedas dan memblokir sebagai pilihan akhir. Tindakan ini ia lakukan agar postingan di Instagram menginspirasi banyak orang dan dianggap sebagai orang yang positif. Studi ini menemukan bahwa orang cenderung berbagi cerita Instagram untuk memenuhi tujuan manajemen tayangan mereka, mengumpulkan dukungan sosial dengan terhubung dengan jejaring sosial mereka dan mendapatkan umpan balik. Dengan kata lain Vonny mempraktikkan ritual di media sosial.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan kegiatan lomba dalam rangka memperingati Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-79 di Dusun 5 Desa Bandar Negeri . Kegiatan lomba ini merupakan salah satu cara untuk merayakan dan memperingati momen penting dalam sejarah Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan proses pelaksanaan kegiatan lomba dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada warga Dusun 5 Desa Bandar Negeri dan anak-anak. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan lomba di Dusun 5 Desa Bandar Negeri merupakan suatu wadah untuk melihat pentingnya sebuah kesadaran dalam menciptakan kekompakan agar rasa semangat patriotisme dan cinta tanah air tercipta dalam diri masing-masing.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to observe and analyze the preparedness of Labschool Middle School students in Palu City for Disaster Risk Reduction. The population in this study consisted of all students at Palu City Labschool Middle School, using a total sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 100 students. Data was collected using structured questionnaires that were directly filled out by the students. The questionnaires were designed to cover all aspects of the research variables and provide a comprehensive assessment of the student's preparedness. Data processing in this study utilized a computerized system via MS Excel. Knowledge: 95% of respondents rated their knowledge on the subject as not good. This indicates that the majority of respondents have a poor understanding of the topic. Early Warning System: 57% of respondents rated the early warning system as not good. Resource Mobilization: 73% of respondents rated resource mobilization as not good. This indicates significant issues in resource mobilization, with the majority of respondents feeling that improvements are needed in this area. The findings indicate a significant gap in disaster preparedness among Labschool Middle School students. The majority lack basic knowledge about natural disasters and have minimal exposure to disaster-related training or education. Despite the availability of disaster warning tools in schools, awareness and understanding of their use remain limited. An effective early warning system is crucial for community safety, yet many students exhibit low awareness and preparedness levels

Abstract

Disaster is known as a natural, unnatural, or man-made event that threatens and causes losses to people's lives and livelihoods, including loss of life, environmental damage, property loss, and psychological effects. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of earthquake prevention training in elementary school teacher training in Palu City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of earthquake prevention training in elementary school teacher training in Palu City. This study uses a quantitative research type with a pseudo-experimental approach. This study will be conducted in 9 elementary schools in the Palu City area. All participants in this study are teachers from the Palu City area. The population in this study amounted to 170 people using the Purposive Non Random Sampling Technique with sample determination based on high-risk areas for earthquakes. Data analysis used consisted of descriptive and hypothetical with the paired sample t-test. The results of the study found that from the four sub-districts, elementary school teachers in East Palu sub-district showed that knowledge (sig. (2-taileid) = 0.000), attitude (sig. (2-taileid) = 0.000), emergency response planning (sig. (2-taileid) = 0.000) and resource mobilization (sig. (2-taileid) = 0.000), had a significant influence on the preparedness of elementary school teachers in East Palu sub-district compared to teachers in other sub-districts. Elementary school teachers in East Palu sub-district are required to create a program to improve their ability to deal with disasters and instill disaster knowledge in students as early as possible and to continue to balance the program for elementary school teachers to improve their skills and abilities in preventing disasters.

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang terjadi pada punggung bagian bawah dan sering dialami oleh pekerja dengan aktivitas fisik berulang. Data Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi LBP di Indonesia mencapai 31,6% pada perempuan. Pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk memiliki risiko tinggi mengalami LBP akibat faktor usia, durasi kerja, dan postur tubuh saat bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan LBP pada pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk di Desa Dalaka, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 orang, yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik Slovin sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (ρ<0.05). Hasil: Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia (p=0.001) dan masa kerja (p=0.001) dengan keluhan LBP. Faktor lain seperti postur tubuh saat bekerja dan beban kerja perlu diteliti lebih lanjut. Kesimpulan: Usia dan masa kerja berhubungan secara signifikan dengan keluhan LBP pada pekerja perempuan pembuat kasur kapuk.

Abstract

This study aims to identify whether the mysterious physics learning model based on fun learning has an effect on the physics learning outcomes of the students. This study was a pre-experimental study with one group joining the pretest-posttest research design. This study was carried out at SMPN 2 Barombong in November 2021. The population was all the students of class IX, while the sample was class IX.B which was determined by a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used Wilcoxon signed-rank test statistic. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of the mysterious physics learning model based on fun learning on the physics learning outcomes of students at SMPN 2 Barombong. The results of the student questionnaire also showed interest in learning physics. They considered it as a more challenging physics learning project which made them more enthusiastic about it. The conclusion obtained is that the implementation of mysterious physics learning based on fun learning is effective in increasing students' learning outcomes in physics learning.
