Abstract

This research uses a classroom action research model, to determine the increase in student mathematics learning outcomes using the direct learning model at SD Islam Plus Ma'arif NU Al-Firdaus Pasir Sakti East Lampung, the problem faced is the low learning outcomes of students, so by using the learning model This gives students the opportunity to specifically observe, remember and imitate what their teacher models or exemplifies. The results of the research show that learning in the pre-cycle increased by 58% to 62%, so the average increase was 4% in cycle 1, while the increase in learning outcomes in cycle II experienced an average increase of 92% with an average increase of 12%, so This research shows a very significant increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar program, part of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, enables university students to engage in primary education, particularly in areas with limited access. This study analyzes the impact of the seventh cohort of the program on literacy and numeracy skills at SD Negeri 1 Margototo. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through observations, interviews, and documentation from teachers, students, and participating university students. The research findings indicate that there was an increase in the average scores from the pretest and post-test of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), specifically a 42% improvement in literacy skills and a 44% improvement in numeracy skills. These findings suggest that the Kampus Mengajar program plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of primary education and serves as an effective collaborative model between university students and schools in underserved areas.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the important demands in the world of education and life today. The goal is to find out the implementation of ecoprint training in schools, to find out students' creativity in ecoprint training, and to find out students' perceptions after participating in ecoprint training. The methods in this community service are Observation and analysis of problems and needs, Implementation of activities with the school, Core Activities / Ecoprint training, Community Service Results hone students' creativity to make ecoprint batik. The results of this training show that students are able to express their creativity and imagination through area-friendly works. The work has the ability to continue to be enlarged and utilized as an effort to reduce pollution in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students at an Islamic elementary school in East Java, Indonesia. The primary objective of this study was to investigate whether the Field Trip learning method could enhance the social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students during the 2023/2024 academic year. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) methodology, conducted over two cycles. The subjects consisted of 20 students. Data were collected through observation sheets, tests, and documentation, and were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The findings revealed a notable improvement in student learning outcomes. In cycle one, 10 students (50%) achieved the minimum mastery criteria, which increased to 16 students (80%) in cycle 2 demonstrating substantial progress. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the Field Trip method is effective in improving student learning outcomes in social studies for fourth grade students at the studied Islamic elementary school during the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh anak usia sekolah dasar, adalah kemampuan dalam memahami konsep matematika, akan tetapi pada kenyataan di lapangan masih terdapat banyak anak-anak belum dapat memahami konsep matematika. Pemahaman konsep matematika tidak hanya harus dikuasai oleh anak-anak sekolah dasar saja, akan tetapi orang tua pun memiliki peran dalam mendampingi belajar anak-anak dan memiliki pengaruh yang besar untuk pengembangan kompetensi anak-anaknya, terutama dibidang matematika. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan penyuluhan terhadap orang tua yang memiliki anak usia SD, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman konsep matematika terhadap orang tua anak sekolah dasar di Desa Negara Ratu Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Sasaran dalam pengabdian masyarakat ni adalah semua orang tua yang memiliki anak di usia Sekolah dasar di Desa Negara Ratu Kecamatan Bumi Ratu Nuban Lampung Timur. Mengingat kegiatan ini berupa penyuluhan, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan diskusi/tanya jawab. Para Orang tua diharapkan dapat mengikuti penyuluhan dalam pemahaman konsep matematika ini, dengan harapan dapat mendampingi belajar anak-anaknya di rumah agar dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah terutama pada pelajaran matematika yang dianggap sangat sulit selama ini, sehingg menjadi tidak sulit lagi dan menjadi menyenangkan serta menarik, sehingga kedekatan anak secara emosional terbangun dan komunikasi interaktif antar anak dan orang tua. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini memiiki manfaat dan pengaruh yang baik untuk membantu anak-anak mereka dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dibidang matematika

Abstract

Pengabdian ini memfokuskan pada pelatihan pembuatan Instrumen IPS dan Penjaskes sebagai solusi untuk peningkatan kemampuan Kognitif Siswa. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk melatihkan guru-guru pada tingkat SMA agar dapat membuat instrumen kemampuan kognitif sesuai dengan jenjang level pendidikan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahapan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahapan evaluasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan melalui angket diperoleh hasil guru merasa sangat puas memperoleh pemahaman terhadap pembuatan instrumen berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar bagi guru mata pelajaran IPS dan Penjaskes dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pembuatan instrumen kognitif berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom sehingga pada akhirnya dapat menyiapkan dan melatih siswa dalam menerapkan pemahaman kognitif untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dilingkungannya.
