Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara business risk, profitabilitas, dan firm size terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia atau BEI periode 2018 sampai 2021 dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis atau uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial business risk berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia atau BEI periode 2018 sampai 2021. Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia atau BEI periode 2018 sampai 2021. Firm Size berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018 sampai 2021.

Abstract

Because human resources are a very important and indispensable organizational asset to achieve goals, such as the vision and mission of the organization, the role and function of human resources cannot be replaced by other resources. Kelurahan has duties and functions to carry out government tasks delegated by the sub-district head, as well as other government tasks stipulated by law.Kecamatan and kelurahan have a hierarchical working relationship. This study aims to determine how work ethic affects the performance of Beringin Raya employees, totaling 25 people. The results show that work ethic affects employee performance positively and significantly. Work ethic is defined as an attitude that has meaning as an evaluation component owned by individuals or groups in providing an assessment of work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan secara ilmiah bagaimana kecerdasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Tanjung Karang, bagaimana efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Tanjung Karang, dan bagaimana kecerdasan dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Tanjung Karang Pusat. Metode sampel jenuh, atau sensus, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jumlah sample yang digunakan adalah 88. Uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, regresi linier berganda, T, F, dan koefisien determinasi adalah alat anaisis yang digunakan.Variabel kecerdasan lawan (X1) memengaruhi kinerja karyawan; ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Tanjung Karang Pusat lebih baik dengan kecerdasan lawan yang lebih tinggi. Variabel efikasi diri (X2) juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi tingkat efikasi diri yang diterapkan, semakin baik kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Tanjung Karang Pusat.

Abstract

Tempeh is an original traditional food from Indonesia which is a cultural heritage of the noble culture of the Indonesian nation. Tempeh is a super food or food that is rich in nutrients. Tempeh innovation can be used as a variety of food that can increase the economic value of the community. Partners' problems include the lack of community skills on how to process tempeh into various kinds of foods that are attractive and have high nutritional value. The solution offered is to provide education and training on the skills of making various processed tempeh products, one of which is making tempeh chips. Community service activities are carried out with four stages of activities, namely identification, preparation, implementation and evaluation. Identification of the problems faced, preparatory activities include taking care of permits, the implementation of activities includes training in making tempeh chips as an effort to innovate products and demonstrations of making tempeh chips. Participants were enthusiastic in participating in the training until it was finished. The training on making tempeh chips as an effort to innovate products runs smoothly, can improve the community's economy and participants follow.
