Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic conditions on earnings performance and financial distress in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Variables of macroeconomic conditions are measured by inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates. Profit performance variables are measured by Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). Financial distress variables are measured using the Altman Z-Score method. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, and the sampling method uses the purposive sampling method. Data sources in this study are secondary data collected by documentation techniques. This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and uses path analysis techniques assisted with Eviews version 9. The results of the study show that (1) inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on ROA, while interest rates have a negative and not significant effect on ROA; (2) inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a negative and significant effect on ROE; (3) ROA and ROE have a negative and significant effect on financial distress; (4) inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on financial distress; (5) inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on financial distress through ROA, while interest rates have a positive and not significant effect on financial distress through ROA; (6) inflation, exchange rates and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on financial distress through ROE.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on customer loyalty through postpaid customer satisfaction of PT Telkomsel Indonesia. The method used in this research is the descriptive method and the quantitative method. The descriptive method is used to find out how consumers respond to the service quality of PT Telkomsel in applying the CRM method to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. While quantitative methods are used to examine certain populations or samples, collect data, and use research instruments. The research data were processed and analyzed using the path analysis method (path analysis). The results of the path I analysis test show a coefficient correlation (R2) of 0.990 and the results of the second path analysis test show a coefficient correlation (R2) of 0.993 which indicates that the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is very strong because it has a positive R-value and is close to one. The indirect effect of the CRM variable on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction using the Sobel test. The results of this test show the value of the t count > t table, which is 2.870 > 2.776. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of CRM on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Asset dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening (pada perusahaan sektor LQ45). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengujian hipotesis dengan metode kuantitatif. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 30 emiten. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Return on Asset berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen dan harga saham, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen dan harga saham, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Return on Asset dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening. Kata Kunci: return on asset; debt to equity ratio; harga saham; kebijakan dividen Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on asset and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices with dividend policy as intervening variable (in LQ45 sector companies). This research is a type of hypothesis testing research with quantitative methods. Obtained a sample of 30 public companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Return on asset has a positive effect on dividend policy and stock prices, while the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative effect on dividend policy and stock prices, while dividend policy has a positive effect on stock prices. Abstract

The study aims to describe the sugar-marketing strategy used by the company to increase its income; to analyze the marketing mix factors (product, price, promotion and distribution network) which may have an influence on the sale of sugar of the company and to determine the most influential factors of marketing mix that affect the sale of sugar of the company. The study was carried out in PT. Nusantara Plantation XIV (Persero). The population are 40 direct buyer customers of the company consisting of 27 wholesalers and 13 retailers. thesamples are selected by saturated sampling method (census). The data are analyzed using SWOT and multiple linear regression analyses. The study indicates that the new strategy usable by the company to increase its revenue is an aggressive strategy by which the companyutilizes its internal strength to make use of the great opportunity. The marketing mix variables, product, price, promotion and distribution network, simultaneously have a significant influence on the sugar sale to increase the revenue of the company and the most dominant influence of the marketing mix variables on the sale of sugar are price, product, distribution network and respective promotions Keywords: marketing mix, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan bagaimana pertumbuhan peserta program JKN, pemanfaatan layanan kesehatan serta tingkat pemahaman peserta terkait program JKN. Jenis data pada penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan kinerja BPJS Kesehatan pada tahun 2014-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pertumbuhan peserta program JKN sejak tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2022 meningkat sangat signifikan, (2) Pertumbuhan peserta JKN dibarengi dengan peningkatan pemanfaatan fasilitas Kesehatan mitra BPJS Kesehatan oleh peserta JKN, (3) Hasil survey tingkat pemahaman peserta JKN terkait hak dan kewajiban serta alur layanan program JKN mengalami fluktuatif di mana pada tahun 2021 terjadi penurunan yang cukup signifikan namun perlahan kembali meningkat pada tahun 2022. Kata Kunci: Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN), Pemanfaatan Layanan Kesehatan, Pemahaman.

Abstract

Along with the development of the field of services and technology as well as changes in life patterns that are getting faster, so many activities must be carried out and demanded to be able to meet their increasingly complex needs. One of the factors that determine the level of success and quality of companies engaged in the service sector is the ability to provide services to customers. Services that are in accordance with expectations can provide services that are in accordance with expectations and can provide satisfaction for service users, because quality has a close relationship with customer satisfaction. What is the relationship between reliability, assurance, physical evidence, empathy, and responsiveness on passenger satisfaction? There are still few researchers who explore this question. Service quality is often used as a measure that the services offered by the company are able to meet the desires and expectations of customers. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the variable’s reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on passenger satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. The research method used is a descriptive survey method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The sample who is also the respondent used in this study is as many as 100 people. Sampling from the study population uses a stepwise sampling method, where the first step is to determine the predicted sample size of the population; second, determining the target sample randomly. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the factor analysis show that reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of regulation, budget politics, budget planning, human resources and the procurement of goods/services on budget absorption. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study are 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of Buton Selatan. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 4 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 156 questionnaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 25.00 program. The result of the study showed regulation, budget planning and the procurement of good/services has a significant positive effect on budget absorption. However, budget politics and human resources have no effect on budget absorption.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of the working culture values ​​of Bank Bukopin involving professionalism, integrity, customer orientation, continuous improvement at PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk. of Main Branch Office of Makassar, and find out the more dominant value affecting officials' performance at PT. Bank Bukopin Tbk. of Main Branch Office of Makassar. The population in this research consists of 103 officials. The sample consisted of 84 officials selected using Isaac and Michel formula with a deviation level of 5%. The data consists of primary and secondary data obtained through a questionnaire and documentation technique. They were then analyzed using validity and reliability analyzes to test the hypothesis. They were processed using the SPSS program version 14.00 The results of multiple regression analysis show that the culture values ​​of Bank Bukopin involve professionalism, integrity, focus for customer orientation, continual improvement have influence on officials' performance. The results of the analysis indicate that the dominant value affecting official performance is continuous improvement. This is shown by regression analysis in which t-count is 2.652 and the amount of contribution of working culture value to officials' performance is 58.2%, while the rest 41.8% is influenced by other variables which are not under research.
