Sales are the main source of income for every company. Every company in marketing a product, should control the potential market for profit. Predicting the number of sales is important in analyzing sales progress. This study aims to assist companies in predicting car sales and car commission cost budgets based on sales data from the previous year.The data used in the study are car sales data for 2017 and 2018 in the Arengka Automall Pekanbaru Showroom (SAA Pekanbaru).Data processing in research uses the Monte Carlo method.The results of tests that have been carried out state that car sales by Marketing within 1 year resulted in an average accuracy rate of 94% and sales commission fee of Rp 411.000.000.From these results in accordance with calculations performed manually so that with a large accuracy value, the application of the simulation using this Monte Carlo Method feasible to be applied by companies in future decision making to plan the estimated budget for the cost of a car sales commission and as a means to assess Marketing performance at SAA Pekanbaru.

Chili is one of the spices needed by the majority of Indonesian people. These high needs have an impact on the price of this agricultural commodity which has become very fluctuated. This study, uses the backpropagation method to predict chilli prices in Payakumbuh City, with data sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Payakumbuh. The data format are weekly chilli price data for the period 2014 to 2019. Data variables are arranged into time series forms with 4 input values from each week per year, and 1 target value. From the test results obtained the MSE value (Mean Squared Error) of 0.00118 with prediction accuracy of 98.56%. The results of this study can prove that Artificial Neural Networks using the backpropagation method can predict commodity prices for chilli in Payakumbuh City with a good level of accuracy, so that it can be used for the following year.

Hidup manusia sangat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan lmu pengetahuan dan teknologi inforrmasi dalam penunjang kehidupan, salah satu nya dalam sektor pertanian. Teknologi informasi dalam sektor pertanian yang tepat waktu dan relevan memberikan informasi yang tepat guna kepada rumah tangga usaha pertanian untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam berusaha tani, sehingga efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas,dan pendapatan. Di Kabupaten Sijunjung petani yang merapkan sistem integrasi kelapa sawit dengan sapi hanya beberapa petani yang menerapkan hal itu, di karenakan keterbatasan informasi dan menyebabkan pendapatan dari petani yang menerapkan metode ini tidak menentu. Maka dari itu teknologi di harapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Monte Carlo dengan mengunakan data pendapatan petani kelapa sawit yang mengunakan metode integrasi kelapa sawit dengan sapi yang berada di kabupaten sijunjung tepatnya di kecamatan Kamang Baru, data di peroleh dengan cara wawancara secara langsung kepada petani di mana mempunyai lahan 1,5 hektar kebun kelapa sawit dengan 8 ekor sapi, dan di peroleh lah data pendapatan petani dari tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020 dimulai dari bulan januari sampai bulan desember. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah pendapatan petani perbulannya. Data jumlah pendapatan petani tersebut akan di olah menggunakan metode Monte Carlo dibantu dengan Microsoft Excel untuk pencarian manualnya. Data jumlah pendapatan petani tahun 2018 digunakan sebagai data uji coba untuk memprediksi jumlah pendapatan petani pada tahun 2019, data tahun 2019 di gunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah pendapatan petani tahun 2020, dan data tahun 2020 untuk memprediksi pendapatan tahun 2021

The choice of computer-based national exams is a choice of a student that must be adjusted to his interests and talents, so in this case the selection of majors is very important for the future of a student who will continue his studies to college. But in reality the decisions taken in choosing majors often cause problems, because the majors taken only follow the choice of friends or on the basis of coercion from parents. Causing the large number of students who feel out of line with expectations or abilities and want to change majors. For this reason, an expert system has been made that can make it easy for students to consult early to determine elective subjects for computer-based national examinations. The method used in making this expert system is the Forward Chaining method to determine conclusions. The process of this application is to receive input in the form of types of problems experienced by students. The result of the application is that it can provide early instructions for subjects that match the talents and interests of students. With the application of the forward chaining method that is applied to the system that is governed by the rule type problem. From the accuracy of 89.29%, the system can be said to be good enough to be implemented.

The Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in Padang always conducts an annual assessment of outstanding lecturers. In terms of assessment, it must be based on the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes performance as well as personality and social achievements. The process of selecting outstanding lecturers at the Padang Ministry of Health Poltekkes is still manual, therefore it is necessary to design an application of a decision support system to determine outstanding lecturers using computerization using the profile matching method. The application is expected to help the campus in making decisions regarding the determination of outstanding lecturers with predetermined criteria and values. The results of this study get the final value of 4.84 obtained by the lecturer Dosen 2. Then from this analysis will be able to help the campus in determining the outstanding lecturers.

Children with special needs are children who have different characteristics and limitations in ability. This child with special needs is called Tunagrahita. Developmental impairment is classified into three categories namely mild, moderate and severe. This study aims to help the process of identifying the characteristics of mental retardation experienced by children. This study uses the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to identify children with special needs using the data of the mentally disabled children in SLBN 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. Similarity results were 51.92% for moderate developmental impairment, 17.5% for mild developmental impairment and 8% for severe developmental impairment. Calculations are performed using Visual Basic Net 2010.

Non-Civil Servant Lecturers of Batusangkar State Islamic Institute (IAIN) are still manual in recording the presence of non-civil servant lecturers. This study aims to use an application to record the number of meetings conducted during the teaching and learning process by non civil servant lecturers who are able to study courses. The meeting data will be an assessment of the performance of non civil servant lecturers. Higher education quality assurance institutions can classify non-civil servant lecturer meeting data using Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The next stage is to do data mining with the K-Means Clustering Algorithm. The results of this study grouping lecturers into 3 groups: 72 subjects taught by non-civil servant lecturers in the group rarely meet (4,7650%), 69 courses that are taught by non-civil servant lecturers in the group are in meetings (4,5665%), and 1370 subjects taught by lecturers non civil servants in the diligent group meeting (90.6684%). Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the academic year 2017/2018 odd semester and even non-civil servant lecturers supporting certain subjects diligently entered at each meeting with attendance rates of 12-16 times meetings per semester

Crimes in minors are a series of negligence by parents who endanger or pose a dangerous threat to the child. The purpose of this study is to implement Data Mining, Association rule, and the FP-Growth Algorithm in cases of juvenile crime so that it can extract knowledge and important and interesting information from the database. The data source used is raw data that has not been processed and is a crime data on minors which are summarized in the form of reports from the West Sumatra Regional Police. The results of this study are in the form of software by analyzing data collected using the FP-Growth Algorithm and using the concept of FP-Tree development in searching for Frequent Itemset, for testing the results carried out with applications that have been designed namely the Php programming language. The results of testing are obtained from associations of crime cases that often occur in minors. So it can be seen that data mining using the FP-Growth Algorithm can be used to analyze cases of crime in minors as a material consideration for the police in order to know the ins and outs of crime in children so that it can assist the investigation process.

Expert system is one of the use of technology in supporting every human activity. One of the uses of the expert system is for education. The expert system will help teachers to analyze the attitudes displayed by students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the attitudes and learning styles of students, apply good moral methods to students and determine the type of good approach to students using the Forward chaining method. The data needed for this research is student attitude data, data on learning style types, and moral data of morality and data on solutions to the application of morality and character. This research resulted in a solution in the form of the method of moral lighting according to the learning style with data accuracy of 86.2%. The conclusion of this study is that the design of an expert system for diagnosing student attitudes makes it easier for teachers to approach students.

Tooth decay in children is one of the most common problems found. This damage has a long-term effect on children's dental health. The limitation of expert doctor's service hours and the disproportionate number of doctors and patients makes the service to patients not optimal. Then we need an expert system to help the role of expert doctors in diagnosing tooth decay. One of them carried out treatment or prevention measures from the start. In this study forward chaining and certainty factor methods are used, in which this expert system can assist an expert in diagnosing tooth decay based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The forward chaining method will be collaborated with the certainty factor method to calculate the accuracy of the type of tooth decay experienced. The use of these two methods aims to provide better results in overcoming or preventing tooth decay in children. From the test results obtained knowledge for patients in dealing with or preventing tooth decay with an accuracy rate of 91.20%. The application of an expert system can be used for early action in overcoming or preventing tooth decay in children.
