Abstract

In the era of technological development in today's era, almost all fields use technology to support performance so that it gets faster and increases. This also applies to cooperatives. The Artha Nugraha Savings and Loan Cooperative is a private cooperative that is developing in Klaten Regency. This cooperative, located in Klaten Regency, requires the use of information technology in developing technology for better operational governance, of course, by maintaining the goals of the cooperative. The main activities of the cooperative are registering new members, savings and loan business functions, managing savings and loan reports and member resignations, supported by supporting activities, namely administrative management and HR management. Therefore, to speed up work in cooperatives, careful planning is needed, using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method to help strategically design a process in the development of information technology in the form of enterprise architecture. The results of the design that has been made will produce a data architecture, an application architecture, and a technology architecture that will make it easier for officers or cooperative management to obtain accurate, relevant, and fast information.

Abstract

Gablind is an Android-based application which used as assisting tool for enhancing mobility of visually impaired person. But, in it’s actual use, Gablind have not get positive feedback from user. Acceptance factor become one of big factor for succession of an application. One of method that can be use to measure user acceptance is Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT. This research proved performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence effect to behavior intention variable and facilitating condition effect to use behavior with help of gender, age, experience, voluntariness of use moderators. Data retrieved from thirty sample that consist from visually impaired person from YAKETUNIS Institution Yogyakarta. Data processing analysed using SPSS. Research result showed there are positive and negative effects between variable context. Performance expectancy proved does not have no effect toward behavior intention. While effort expectancy and social influence have positive effect and significantly affect behavior intention. Facilitating condition and behavior intention also have positive effect and significantly affect use behavior.   Keywords: gablind, acceptance, UTAUT.

Abstract

Telkom Purwokerto Vocational High School is a school managed by the Telkom Education Foundation. They use Digital Teacher Assessment (DITA) apps. Students provide comments to the teacher using the DITA application. The collected comment data will be grouped into three categories, namely positive, negative, and neutral. Based on the category of comments requires sentiment analysis in grouping these comments. Sentiment analysis uses lexicon-based. After getting sentiment analysis using lexicon-based, then the words are weighted using TF-IDF and then classified and evaluated. This study uses an algorithm naïve Bayes and a decision tree. So the results of the comparative research on the accuracy of the naïve Bayes algorithm and the decision tree with the decision tree algorithm have the highest level of accuracy, namely 99%. So it can be concluded that using the decision tree algorithm is better at classifying student comment sentiment analysis data.Keywords: Digital Teacher Assessment; Naïve Bayes; Decision Tree; Lexicon Based; Sentiment Analysis AbstrakSekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Telkom Purwokerto adalah sekolah yang dikelola oleh Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom. Mereka menggunakan aplikasi Digital Teacher Assessment (DITA). Siswa memberikan komentar ke Guru menggunakan aplikasi DITA. Data komentar yang terkumpul akan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga kategori yaitu komentar positif, negatif, dan netral. Berdasarkan kategori komentar membutuhkan analisis sentimen dalam mengelompokkan komentar tersebut. Analisis sentimen menggunaka lexicon based. Setelah mendapatkan analisis sentimen menggunakan lexicon based, selanjutnya kata-kata tersebut diberi bobot menggunakan TF-IDF lalu di klasifikasi dan di evaluasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan algoritme Naïve bayes dan Decision tree. Maka hasil penelitian perbandingan akurasi dari algoritme Naïve bayes dan decision tree dengan algoritme Decision tree memiliki tingkat akurasi yang paling tinggi yaitu 99%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan algoritme Decision tree lebih baik dalam mengklasifikasi data analisis sentimen komentar siswa.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Bitmovin Video Developer Report 2021, pengguna video streaming di Indonesia sebanyak 98,5% dari total populasi 181,9 juta masyarakat Indonesia pada rentang usia 16-64 tahun. Hal ini semakin meningkat karena adanya pandemi Covid-19. Kebutuhan penikmat video akan kualitas video yang baik tanpa adanya degradasi gambar namun dengan ukuran file yang ringan membutuhkan adanya teknologi encoding decoding yang tepat. Dalam video, dikenal teknik pengkodean AVC dan generasi terbarunya adalah HEVC. Walaupun berbagai penelitian membuktikan bahwa teknologi HEVC lebih baik daripada AVC, namun tingkat adopsinya masih cukup rendah. Hal inilah yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan penilaian subjektif (standar ITU-T P.910 dan ITU-T P.913). Penelitian ini melibatkan 19 responden yang memberikan penilaian dari 9 sampel video yang disediakan dengan format bitrate dan framerate yang berbeda. Hasilnya, kualitas vdeo HEVC sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding AVC kualitas video AVC karena terdapat perbedaan skor yang tipis antara keduanya. Namun demikian, waktu kompresi yang dibutuhkan HEVC lebih lama 21 menit 53 detik dibanding codec video AVC, sehingga hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu faktor tingkat adopsi HEVC masih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan AVC.

Abstract

Information technology (IT) governance plays a crucial role in an organisation's success in leveraging Information Technology as a strategic asset. The COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework has been widely recognised as an effective guide for Information Technology governance. One of the main domains in the COBIT framework is APO02 on Manage Strategy, which focuses on managing IT strategy in the context of holistic IT governance. The method used in writing the journal is a literature study of both books and journals related to the COBIT Framework. The purpose of writing this journal is to provide an overview and benefits of implementing the APO02 domain. These benefits include increased alignment between business and IT strategies, a better understanding of the value generated by IT, and improved data-based decision making and technological innovation. In addition, challenges that may arise in the implementation of APO02 domains, such as limited resources, rapidly changing business needs, and the complexity of developing a sustainable IT strategy.

Abstract

Abstract: PTI Study Program (Information Technology Education) STKIP Taman Siswa Bima which really needs supporting facilities in terms of learning and improving students' abilities in the learning process. The availability of IT asset services can support and progress the STKIP Taman Siswa Bima Institute in the process of increasing accreditation in terms of institutional facilities. Investment in the procurement of IT Assets Requires a lot of money to support the continuity of pre-learning, therefore the process of purchasing, maintaining and maintaining IT assets will make it easier for parties to procure IT Assets. This will have an impact on reporting on organizational goals. This study uses the COBIT 2019 framework. The results of this study determine the current capability level conditions in the PTI STKIP Taman Siswa Bima Study Program, namely the average activity in the BAI09 subdomain is at the level that is carried out by the process. The target capability level which I hope to be at level 3 for the next year. Recommendations for improvements are made in stages according to the 2019 COBIT reference.

Abstract

The implementation of the website as a service medium has become very popular in the developments of universities, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which implements health protocols. With the existence of a website-based service information system, it is possible to continue running business processes in service to users without having to come and avoid direct or face-to-face interactions. FBE UII implements a Website Service Information System to serve students online, which replaces the manual system that is served directly and face-to-face. Firstly, it is implemented until now, there has never been a measurement of the quality of service that comes from its users. The measurement used the WebQual 4.0 method which measures the user's assessment of 3 areas, namely usability, information quality, service interaction quality which affects user satisfaction with the parameter of the users using the service website. This research was conducted at the FBE UII. Research data collection used a questionnaire. The population was FBE UII students who had used the service website. The results of this study were the conclusions of successful website implementation to replace the previously used system, the quality of website-based services on information systems was good, the perception of user ratings was easy to interact with, and recommendations for strategic steps, namely migrating other services by utilizing integrated service websites.

Abstract

Peruri is a trusted agency that collaborates with the Directorate General of Civil Registration and Population Administration (Ditjen Dukcapil) of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. It issues electronic certificates and electronic signatures using facial recognition authentication and compares live videos with Indonesian population data. This task demonstrates that Peruri is a trusted company in the field of digital security. In order to be recognized and maintain the credibility of the Certificate Policy (CP) and Certification Practice Statement (CPS) from Certification Authorities (CA) in the international community, Peruri needs to comply with various applicable standards. One of the international standards used is Webtrust for Certification Authorities. This study aims to analyze the capability level of Perum Peruri as an electronic certification provider in implementing Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. The data used in this study consists of Perum Peruri's Certificate Policy (CP) and Certification Practice Statement (CPS). The analysis is conducted on the implementation of Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities based on the data of Perum Peruri's CP and CPS. Gap analysis is conducted to assess the alignment between Perum Peruri's CP and CPS with the principles of Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. The results of the gap analysis indicate that no gaps are identified based on the checklist conducted by the author. This indicates that Perum Peruri's CP and CPS already comply with the principles set by Business Practices Management Webtrust Certification Authorities. This research significantly contributes to ensuring that Perum Peruri maintains compliance with international principles in the provision of electronic certification services. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for other electronic certification providers to improve and enhance the quality and security of their electronic certification management systems, particularly in the management of CP and CPS.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di era industri 4.0 semakin pesat, sehingga resiko keamanan informasi semakin besar. Aset informasi yang lemah, membuat pihak yang tidak berkepentingan untuk mengganggu aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan asset instansi pendidikan. Keamanan informasi merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting saat ini, terutama bagi organisasi maupun instansi pendidikan yang menggunakan teknologi informasi sebagai pendukung proses bisnisnya. IT Support Universitas Teknologi Mataram juga perlu menerapkan keamanan informasi berdasarkan standar kemanan informasi resmi seperti ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 yang merupakan sepaket pedoman serta prosedur yang berhubungan pada keamanan informasi, ISO 27001: 2013 juga menjadi pedoman internasional yang paling banyak di gunakan untuk information security management yang di publikasikan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN). Maka dalam rangka melaksanakan ISO 27001: 2013 penulis berinisiatif melakukan “Analisis Manajemen Keamanan Informasi Menggunakan Indeks Kemanan Informasi Pada IT Support” untuk memastikan kesiapan/kematangan Keamanan Informasi di Universitas Teknologi Mataram. Hasil penelitian dengan Indeks KAMI versi 4.1 didapatkan asil skor SE (Sistem Elektronik) pada IT Support Universitas Teknologi Mataram adalah 18, yang artinya peran dan tingkat kepentingan TIK termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penilaian kelima area yang telah dilakukan adalah sebesar 278, berada pada rentang tingkat kematangan level I+ s/d II dimana level ini berada pada kondisi Pemenuhan Kerangka Kerja Dasar.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Surakarta (DPMPTSP) yang terletak di Komp. Balai Kota, Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.2, Kp. Baru, Kec. Ps. Kliwon, Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah 57133, adalah instansi yang bergerak dalam penyusunan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan daerah di bidang penanaman modal dan pelayanan perizinan.DPMPTSP Surakarta sendiri memiliki infrastruktur Teknologi informasi yang dapat mendukung dalam kineja pelayanan pada masyarakat, dalam penerapannya di DPMPTSP memiliki permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu seberapa optimal kinerja sumber daya manusia karena belum dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.Evaluasi merupakan pengukuran terhadap kualitas yang dipelajari, dengan menggunakan standar dan melibatkan individu-individu. Standar umum yang biasa digunakan untuk mengevaluasi TI di antaranya adalah COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO(International Organization for Standardization)27001 dan NSA INFOSEC. Standar pengelolaan TI menyediakan panduan aktivitasTI, salah satunya adalah Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology yang dikenal dengan nama COBIT. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1 yang berfokus pada penentuan domain yang akan digunakan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penentuan IT goal to Business IT yaitu domain Plan and Organize (PO) yaitu : PO8, Acquere and Implement (AI) yaitu : AI4, dan Deliver and Support (DS) yaitu : DS1, DS2, DS3, DS4, DS8, DS10, DS13.
