Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information Technology (IT) has made the need for an IT-based teaching and learning concept and procedure inevitable. This concept, widely known as e-learning, has driven a transformation of conventional education into a digital format—both in terms of content and system. Currently, PT Orbit Ventura Indonesia implements a Learning Management System (LMS) to access learning materials, complete, and submit assignments. However, for the Independent Study Program in Cloud Computing, participants also rely on WhatsApp, where mentors deliver learning videos. This leads to an ineffective learning process, as the instructional videos are shared separately through WhatsApp rather than integrated into a unified system. The objective of this study is to develop a simple yet user-friendly video-based Learning Management System. The system is designed as a web-based platform using the CodeIgniter framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database, with the system development process following the Agile Development Method. As a result, a web-based e-learning platform called Sistem Informasi Ruang Orbit (SIRUBIT) was successfully designed and implemented. This platform is expected to provide both mentors and participants with a more flexible and accessible learning experience—anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) adalah salah satu program tahunan yang dilakukan oleh semua sekolah dalam rangka menerima siswa barunya. media komunikasi online seperti whatsapp selalu menjadi pilihan utama saat ini oleh sekolah dan masyarakat dalam berinteraksi terutama perihal dalam PPDB, namun sering menjadi kendala yaitu terlambatnya balasan pesan dari Admin PPDB kepada Masyarakat yang mencari info PPDB melalui obrolan di Whatsapp. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu dibuatkannya sistem balasan otomatis melalui whatsapp dengan menerapkan teknologi machine learning agar pesan balasan yang dikirim akurat sesuai yang inginkan oleh pengirim pesan. Pada penelitian ini, akan dibangun sebuah Sistem Chatbot pada Whatsapp menggunakan node js dan menerapkan model Natural Language Processing. Hasil pengujian sistem tersebut, menunjukan bahwa sistem berfungsi dengan baik dalam merespon pesan yang dikirim melalui Whatsapp baik itu dari teks pesan sesuai pola maupun teks yang tidak sesuai pola dengan tingkat akurasinya bernilai 92%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Supervisi akademik adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu instansi pendidikan untuk membina dan meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi akademik di MTs SA Miftahul Falah, mulai dari perhitungan skor hasil supervisi dan pencarian hasil supervisi, karena kegiatan supervisi akademik masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, dan tidak adanya pemeringkatan hasil supervisi menyulitkan supervisor dalam menentukan prioritas layanan evaluasi hasil supervisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi supervisi akademik dengan metode weight product. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model RAD (Rapid Application Development), yaitu perencanaan kebutuhan, desain pengguna, pengembangan, dan implementasi produk. Serta tools yang digunakan adalah UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan dibuatkan rancangan use case, activity, sequence dan class diagram. Metode weight product diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pemeringkatan hasil supervisi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah sistem informasi supervisi akademik dengan metode weight product yang dapat membantu MTs SA Miftahul Falah dalam mengelola dan melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi akademik. Selain itu, sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan output berupa dua jenis laporan yaitu laporan per individu guru, dan laporan hasil pemeringkatan.

Abstract

PT AAN is a pharmaceutical distribution company that still relies on a manual record-keeping system using physical logbooks and Excel files. This practice has led to a high risk of data inaccuracies, shipping delays, and difficulties in real-time inventory tracking. This study aims to design a web-based Monitoring System for Incoming and Outgoing Drug Distribution to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and real-time oversight in the company's pharmaceutical logistics management. The system was developed using a prototyping approach, which encompasses requirement analysis, conceptual design using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, prototype construction, system evaluation, and functionality testing using the Black Box Testing method. The design results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully maps two main user roles (Admin and Warehouse Staff) with features for automatic stock validation and data redundancy elimination, while achieving a 100% success rate in interface functionality testing via the Black Box method. In conclusion, the implementation of this web-based monitoring system design provides a significant contribution by minimizing human errors, accelerating distribution workflows, and optimizing the accuracy of month-end stock reporting at PT AAN.

Abstract

The digital transformation of vocational education necessitates competency-based assessment systems that are integrated, accountable, and data-driven. This study develops a web-based UKK Mandiri Information System through an integrative ADDIE–Scrum formulation that operationally maps the relationship between instructional design for competency assessment and iterative software engineering processes. A Research and Development (R&D) approach was employed, involving needs identification through interviews, observations, and document analysis within the implementation context of UKK Mandiri at SMK YPC Tasikmalaya. The system was developed using a three-tier architecture with role-based access control and an automated competency achievement validation mechanism. Testing results demonstrate functional conformance across all core modules, cross-browser compatibility, and baseline security validation. Expert evaluation yielded a mean score of 4.40 (SD = 0.72; α = 0.91; 95% CI [3.89–4.91]), categorized as “Highly Feasible.” The findings indicate improved administrative efficiency, consistency in score calculation, and enhanced traceability of competency assessments, while reinforcing the integration between instructional design and agile software development through a documented and replicable coordinative model
