Abstract

Dilakukan perhitungan laju pertumbuhan relatif tanaman dan laju asmilasi tanaman selada yang ditanam dimedia hidroponik dengan ABmix yang disubstitusi pupuk organic cair (POC) asal limbah bulu ayam, untuk mengetahui dosis pemberian hara yang berimbang. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) tunggal yang terdiri dari 5 (empat) taraf perlakuan yaitu: K0 = nutrisi AB mix (kontrol) 5 ml/L , K1 =Abmix 4 ml/l + 1 ml/l POC bulu ayam, K2 = Abmix 2,5 ml/l + 2,5 ml/l POC bulu ayam, K3 = Abmix 2 ml/l + 3 ml/l POC bulu ayam, K4 = Abmix 1 ml/l + 4 ml/l POC bulu ayam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan POC bulu ayam mampu menyamai pertumbuhan Selada dengan sumber nutrisi dari hara sintetis ABmix. Hasil anova menunjukkan jenis perlakuan POC bulu ayam dan AB mix tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap peubah tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah daun, berat kering, laju asimilasi bersih, laju tumbuh relatif, laju tumbuh tinggi tanaman relatif, laju tumbuh luas daun relatif, dan laju tumbuh jumlah daun relatif. POC bulu ayam mampu mengimbangi pertumbuhan yang diberi hara AB mix pada pertumbuhan selada system hidroponik.

Abstract

Drought-tolerant upland rice varieties are important to support increased rice production. These varieties must be resistant to biotic and abiotic stress and have high yield. Testing the potential of lines on dry, acid land to measure adaptability and yield. This study aims to determine the yield and determine the highest yielding line of F8 upland rice. This research was conducted from August 2022 to April 2023 in Air Rayak Village, Tanjungpandan District, Belitung Regency. This research was conducted using an experimental method with a randomized block design (RBD). The treatment consisted of 5 F8 lines consisting of 19I-06-09-23-03, 21B-57-21-21-23, 23F-04-10-18-18, 23A-56-20-07-20 and 23A -56-22-20-05 and 5 check varieties consisting of Inpago 8, Inpago 12, Rindang 1, Danau Gaung and PBM UBB 1. Data analysis used the Fisher test (ANOVA) followed by the LSI (Least Significant Increase) follow-up test. The results all lines and varieties tested were able to grow and produce in Belitung Ultisols. The yield of the F8 lines on ultisols in Belitung Regency ranged from 2.00-4.54 kg/plot. The F8 lines that had the highest yield was the 23A-56-20-07-20 line, which was 4.54 kg/plot (white rice paddy) and the 23A-56-22-20-05 line, which was 2.14 kg/plot (brown rice paddy).

Abstract

Soybean are basic need and the main source of vegetable protein for most of the Indonesian population. Organic matter and Rhizobium are improvement efforts to optimize soybean growth between durian plants. The purpose of the research was to determine the use of Rhizobium and organic fertilizers on the growth and yield of soybeans between durian plants in LubukKelik village, Bangka. The experiment used split plot and RAL design. The main plot was Rhizobium applications consist of without Rhizobium (P0) and Rhizobium application (P1). The sub plot was the use of organic fertilizers, which consists of chicken manure (K1) and empty oil palm fruit bunches compost (K2). The results showed that the types of organic fertilizer application not significantly affected soybeans growth dan yield in between durian plants. Empty fruit bunches compost provided the best growth on soybean plants. The best yield of soybean in between durian plants are shown by empty fruit bunches treatment. Rhizobium application significantly affected growth parameters of soybean and effective root nodules. Soybean growth parameters with Rhizobium application was better than without Rhizobium application. Interaction between organic fertilizers and Rhizobium significantly not affected soybeans growth dan yield. Combination of empty oil palm fruit bunches compost with Rhizobium is treatments that provide the best growth of soybean.
