Abstract

The background that prompted this research was to describe the teacher's strategy in Strengthening Character Education in Thematic Learning at SD Negeri Babad 1 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and to describe the impact of the teacher's strategy in Strengthening Character Education in Thematic Learning at SD Negeri Babad 1 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. 19. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection procedure was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the analysis from teacher and student observations, interviews with principals, teachers and students of SD Negeri Babad 01 have shown that the implementation of teacher strategies in strengthening character education in thematic learning during the covid-19 pandemic, the results obtained are that grade 1 to grade 6 teachers conduct morning habituation, linking learning models and approaches, forming small groups, and providing opportunities for students. The teacher's strategy has an impact on students behaving more politely, politely, with noble character and honest personality. Students are also more courageous and active in expressing opinions when learning takes place. In addition, students can reflect their nationalist attitudes and love for the motherland.

Abstract

Motivation to learn mathematics is closely related to numeracy skills which require mathematical calculations. Students who have high learning motivation will achieve good learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation to learn mathematics in class III students at SD Negeri Ketawang 2, to determine the numeracy skills and to determine the relationship between motivation to learn mathematics and the numeracy skills of students in class III at SD Negeri Ketawang 2. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational research design. The data collection technique was carried out by using a questionnaire on mathematics learning motivation and numeracy skills for 25 students as the research sample. The data was then processed and analyzed using the product moment correlation analysis technique with the help of SPSS for windows version 25. The results showed that: (1) students' motivation to learn mathematics was moderate, (2) students' numeracy skills were in a good predicate, (3) there was a significant relationship between mathematics learning motivation and numeracy skills with a correlation coefficient value of 0.837 in the very category strong.

Abstract

The lack of students understanding and critical thinking skills in learning occurs because the variety of learning models used by the teacher is not optimal, although basically the teacher has made several variations of the learning model but in practice the variation of the learning model carried out so far has not been able to encourage students' understanding and thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Problem Based Learning model to critical thinking skills in thematic learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 02 Candisari. This study uses qualitative research methods, in which researchers make observations and actions of the sources that take precedence. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of the problem-based learning method in the teaching and learning process really helps students to improve students critical thinking skills as evidenced by the student learning outcomes which have increased by 85% having completed KKM. This is because the application of the problem-based learning method makes it easier for students to understand the material taught by the teacher, makes students more active and more confident in presenting their work, and is more courageous in answering questions posed by friends between groups.

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that there were still a number of students in grade IV who were still difficult to move to read so that it would affect students' literacy skills (students' low interest in reading). This was proven when students were asked by the class teacher about what they had read, but these students did not understand the contents of the reading. The purpose of this study was to analyze the literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang through comic media oriented to Pancasila student profiles. This type of research was descriptive-qualitative research using interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang, totaling 31 students and were processed by source and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the reading literacy of fourth grade students through comic media is 70.06% good which includes literal reading skills, critical reading and creative reading. Comic media oriented to Pancasila student profiles chosen by the teacher as literacy media in class IV SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang City can provide a positive response, namely increasing literacy skills, student activity and students' interest in reading because the text is short so it is easy to understand, contains colorful pictures, character recognition in comics and dialogue stories that make students participate imaginatively in their minds and students are directed their awareness to apply the values of the Pancasila student profile, especially on the value of being independent, critical and creative thinking. It can be concluded that comic media orientated on Pancasila student profiles can increase students' reading interest and reading literacy skills in Class IV SDN Gayamsari 02 Semarang City. Abstract

The context of this research is based on the learning process which cannot be separated from the learning media. Learning media is a teacher's tool to make it easier to convey material information to students. The research focus that drives this research is "What is the process of learning the art of music using YouTube audio-visual media in class IV of SD Negeri 1 Buluroto?". The aim of this research is to determine the process of learning the art of music using YouTube audio-visual media in class IV of SD Negeri 1 Buluroto. This research was conducted on class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Buluroto. This type of research is qualitative. The research subjects were 12 class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Buluroto, class IV teachers and the school principal. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data by means of technical triangulation. The research findings are that the application of YouTube media increases learning motivation. Teachers use learning media once every 2 weeks, both video and image media. The school has also provided facilities for using learning media. YouTube media is very effective because learning the art of music in the classroom with the help of audio-visual media is considered exciting so it gives a very good impression to students. In this way, the objectives of learning the art of music in class IV at school can be achieved. Based on data analysis in this research, the process of learning the art of music using YouTube audio-visual media in class IV of SD Negeri 1 Buluroto was carried out using YouTube video learning media. This has been proven to increase student learning motivation and student interest in learning, because in reality not everyone likes it. learning the art of music. The suggestion in this research is that teachers use YouTube media in learning and prepare well in the selection of learning videos, the school completes learning facilities and this research becomes a comparison for the use of YouTube media in learning the art of music and can be used as a source of literature related to the use of YouTube media in educational learning. music Art.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh nilai siswa yang masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal serta minat siswa yang kurang dalam pembelajaran yang dikhususkan pada keterampilan menulis, sehingga keterampilan menulis siswa masih rendah. Permasalahan yang diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah model pembelajaran problem-based learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1 pada materi kemampuan menulis narasi? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran problem-based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1 pada materi kemampuan menulis narasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 siswa kelas IV. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Desain yang digunakan adalah desain one-group pretest-posttest. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh: (1) nilai rata-rata pretest kemampuan menulis narasi adalah 54,20, meningkat 19,46 menjadi 73,66 pada nilai rata-rata post-test. Uji t kemampuan menulis narasi diperoleh thitung 2,61 dan ttabel 2,0 sehingga thitung > ttabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL efektif terhadap kemampuan menulis narasi siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1, (2) data nilai rata-rata pretest hasil belajar adalah 53,16 meningkat 22,17 menjadi 75,33 pada nilai rata-rata post-test, Uji t hasil belajar diperoleh thitung 2,61 dan ttabel 2,0 sehingga thitung> ttabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1, dan (3) data nilai rata-rata siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Jali 1 sebesar >85% siswa telah mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL telah mencapai ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Hitungan di atas menunjukkan bahwa model PBL dapat mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran problem-based learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis narasi dan hasil belajar di SD Negeri Jali 1.

Abstract

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah adanya permasalahan yang dialami oleh peserta didik pada materi mengenal alat pencernaan manusia. Pada saat proses pembelajaran peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat tentang alat pencernaan manusia. Kesulitan yang dialami oleh peserta didik yaitu kesulitan seperti kesulitan dalam menyebutkan dan menjelaskan tentang pencernaan manusia. Pada proses pembelajaran yang masih berkutat pada buku guru dan buku siswa, selain masih menggunakan metode ceramah, sesekali pada saat pembelajaran guru menggunakan media pembelajaran berupa youtube. Sarana prasarana sudah cukup misalnya sudah ada wifi, LCD, sound system untuk proses pembelajaran, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, dengan menggunakan media youtube masih belum adanya interaksi dua arah dan media yang bervariasi. Selain itu pada akhir pembelajaran dilakukan evaluasi tetapi masih menggunakan kertas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan, melakukan validasi, dan kelayakan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Canva pada Materi Mengenal Alat Pencernaan Manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Mentosari. Hasil validitas penelitian diperoleh dari validasi materi dan media. Persentase nilai yang diperoleh dari validasi materi sebesar 94,5% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan persentase nilai yang diperoleh dari validasi media sebesar 91,1% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Hasil angket respon siswa kelas V SDN Mentosari memperoleh persentase sebesar 95% dengan kriteria “sangat layak” dan angket respon guru kelas V SDN Mentosari memperoleh persentase sebesar 93% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Canva pada Materi Mengenal Alat Pencernaan Manusia Siswa Kelas V SDN Mentosari Batang valid dan layak digunakan di kelas V SDN Mentosari. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Canva pada Materi Mengenal Alat Pencernaan Manusia valid dan layak digunakan oleh siswa kelas V SDN Mentosari.
