Abstract

Ada banyak cara untuk menanamkan pendidikan keimanan pada peserta didik, salah satunya dengan menggunakan Kitab Qami’ At-Tughyan karya Syaikh Muhammad Nawawi Al-Bantani. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan ini akan mengupas tentang pendidikan keimanan yang ada dalam kitab tersebut. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis isi dengan memilah-milah data yang sesuai dengan tujuan dan fokus penelitian. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa hal sebagaimana berikut. Pertama, keimanan pokok yang harus diyakini bagi seorang mukmin sejati, antara lain: iman kepada Allah, iman kepada malaikat-malaikat Allah, iman kepada kitab-kitab Allah, iman kepada para nabi Allah, iman kepada hancurnya alam semesta, iman kepada kebangkitan manusia dari kematian, iman kepada takdir baik maupun buruk, iman kepada bangkitnya manusia dari kubur, iman kepada surga dan neraka. Kedua, cabang-cabang keimanan yang harus direalisasikan oleh seorang mukmin sejati, antara lain: cinta kepada Allah, takut siksa Allah, mengharap kasih sayang Allah, pasrah atau tawakal kepada Allah, cinta kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, mengagungkan derajat Nabi Muhammad SAW, memegang teguh agama Islam, mencari ilmu, menyebarluaskan ilmu syariat, mengagungkan dan memuliakan al-Quran, bersuci, menjalankan shalat lima waktu pada waktunya dengan sempurna, membayar zakat kepada orang-orang yang berhak menerimanya, berpuasa di bulan Ramadhan, i’tikaf, haji, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren hingga kini dinilai berhasil dalam membangun karakter pada peserta didiknya. Salah satu kitab yang digunakan pondok pesantren untuk membangun karakter pada peserta didiknya adalah Kitab Taisirul Khallāq Fi Ilmil Akhlāq karya Syaikh Hafidz Hasan Al-Mas’udi. Penelitian dengan studi kepustakaan ini berhasil membedah dua puluh empat nilai dalam kitab yang digunakan pondok pesantren untuk membangun karakter peserta didiknya, antara lain: beradab dalam lingkungan pendidikan, perilaku terpuji di lingkungan tertentu, kerukunan, persaudaraan, perilaku beradab dalam pertemuan, perilaku beradab ketika makan-minum dan tidur, perilaku beradab ketika di masjid, peduli kebersihan, kejujuran, dapat dipercaya, kesucian diri, menjaga keluhuran, pemaaf, dermawan, rendah hati, kemuliaan diri, tidak mendendam, tidak mendengki, tidak menggunjing, tidak mengadu domba, tidak sombong, tidak terlena hawa nafsu, tidak menganiaya, dan keadilan.

Abstract

There are various ways to build character in early education institutions. One of the methods used at Madrasah Diniah Miftahul Huda Sekardangan Blitar is through the Book of Syi'ir Ngudi Susila and the Book of Syi'ir Mitra Sejati. This literature study aims to examine the values ​​of character education in the two books. This descriptive-qualitative writing reveals the character education values ​​of the two books. First, the values ​​of character education in the Book of Syi'ir Ngudi Susila are related to the following matters, including manners of children to their parents, the discipline of time, manners related to school, manners of students at home, manners of children towards teachers. , children's manners when parents receive guests, as well as vigilance and keeping traditions. Second, the values ​​of character education in the Book of Syi'ir Mitra Sejati relate to the following matters, including humanity, the manners of children towards their fathers, the manners of children towards their mothers, the manners of the people to the government, the manners of students towards their parents. teachers, manners towards fellow friends, careful attention, manners in speaking, etiquette in dealing with others, maintaining health, eating manners, dress manners, keeping the house and room clean, adult obligations, frugal, visiting others and receiving guests, visiting the sick, mourning the dead, and etiquette for wedding invitations.

Abstract

Buddhism teaches the concept and practice of developing the mind to achieve true happiness. This qualitative research, conducted through a literature review, examines the concept and practice of developing the mind in Buddhism. The data analysis technique used content analysis, selecting items that align with the research objectives. This research found that the concept of developing equanimity is crucial for facing all of life's problems. To practice equanimity (upekha), one can train oneself to overcome three traits that conflict with equanimity: attachment, indifference, anger, and ill will. The practice of equanimity can be directed at three things: (1) overcoming attachment to loved ones through meditation on impermanence; (2) overcoming indifference to strangers who are neither friends nor enemies through meditation on arousing loving-kindness (metta); and (3) overcoming anger and ill will toward those who harm others by contemplating the causes and conditions of their harmful actions.

Abstract

The character crisis affecting the younger generation demands a strategic role for religious education in shaping individuals with noble character. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) holds significant potential in instilling the moral, spiritual, and social values necessary to shape a generation of integrity. This study aims to analyze the role of PAI in shaping students' character and identify supporting and inhibiting factors within the context of formal education. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design in three secondary schools in West Java. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results indicate that PAI is capable of shaping students' character through the integration of values into learning, teacher role models, and Islamic school culture. Supporting factors include teacher quality, religious habituation programs, and parental involvement, while obstacles include limited learning duration and the influence of digital media. The study's conclusion emphasizes that PAI must be implemented holistically and collaboratively to create a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also morally and spiritually strong.
