Abstract

This study analyzes the quality of Information Technology (IT) services using the ITIL V.3 Service Operation framework in the Integrated Academic Service System (SIPATU) at the University of Muhammadiyah Riau. SIPATU is used as an administrative system and employee correspondence service at universities. However, the use of this website is not optimal due to the lack of assistance in operation and the lack of notification via email. ITIL V.3 is a framework for designing, developing, operating and improving IT services in enterprises. The research aims to evaluate the quality of IT services at SIPATU, ensuring IT supports business processes and resources with proper responsibility and risk management. The research objective is to provide a clear picture of the quality of IT services at SIPATU and to propose ideas for improving IT services in the tertiary environment. Through this analysis, it is expected to be able to identify the potential for improving the quality of IT services at SIPATU and formulate appropriate strategies. The conclusion of this research will provide guidance for universities and similar institutions in optimizing the use of IT services to support administrative efficiency and better services.

Abstract

Efficient and organized employee recruitment management is very important for the success of a company. In this digital era, web-based technology offers a great opportunity to improve the recruitment process by reducing time, costs and increasing the quality of prospective employees. This study aims to analyze and design an innovative and easy-to-use web-based recruitment system for the company PT ERAFONE ARTHA RETAILINDO to increase efficiency and accuracy in the recruitment process. The research method we use is waterfall and interviews with HR managers and the company's recruitment team to understand the process. current recruitment. We also carry out document analysis, such as historical data on previous recruitment and the recruitment platform used. The results of the system implementation show a significant increase in the response time of the recruitment process and the quality of candidates invited to further selection stages. Abstract

Sistem informasi telah muncul sebagai komponen penting dari manajemen dan pengolaan organisasi di era digital yang berkembang pesat. PT. Riau Pos Intermedia merupakan sebuah perusahaan koran terkemuka di provinsi Riau. Dalam upaya untuk menghadapi tantangan dari perubahan tren konsumen, peningkatan persaingan, serta pergeseran konsumsi media ke platform digital, Riau Pos ingin memperbaiki sistem penjualan koran kertas mereka melalui pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang canggih. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis akan membahas perancangan sistem informasi penjualan koran. Observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak Riau Pos digunakan untuk pengumpulan data, dan metode waterfall digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem. tahapan dalam metode ini adalah requirement, design, implementation. UML diagram, seperti use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram. digunakan dalam desain pemodelan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada PT. Riau Pos Intermedia, penulis mengambil kesimpulan yaitu Proses pembelian koran kertas pada Riau Pos masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara menelepon pihak Riau pos atau pun pihak biro Riau pos. Dikarenakan masih menggunakan metode yang manual Maka dirancang sebuah sistem informasi untuk melakukan pembelian koran kertas secara online. dengan perancangan sistem informasi ini ditujukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang di hadapi oleh perusahaan dan dapat membantu penjualan menjadi lebih efektif dan lebih bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya.

Abstract

Untuk bertahan dalam persaingan ketat dengan perusahaan lain, perusahaan harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi yang pesat agar dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja operasional dan meningkatkan produktifitas. Bakti Hall adalah sebuah pusat penyediaan fasilitas olahraga yaitu lapangan badminton, proses pemesanan yang masih bersifat manual, memerlukan pelanggan untuk datang ke lokasi secara langsung. Maka, merancang sistem informasi baru akan memungkinkan pelanggan Bakti Hall menerima layanan pemesanan terbaik. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pemodelan visual sistem UML (Unified Modeling Language), metode waterfall untuk pengembangan sistem, dan metode black box untuk pengujian sistem. Dengan rancang bangun sistem informasi booking lapangan yang dapat mengotomatisasikan proses pemesanan ini, diharapkan dapat mengatasi hambatan, meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pelanggan Bakti Hall dan bisa menghadapi persaingan pasar.

Abstract

This service focuses on MSMEs in Sei Simpang Dua Village, Kampar Regency, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Riau Province. The purpose of this service is to meet customer needs and make it easier for MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) players to disseminate information related to products in the village, as well as support government programs, namely smart villages and be able to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0, namely the importance of digital transformation with a vision towards village digitalization. This service method includes observation, training, monitoring and evaluation. So that the results of this service are in the form of utilizing e-commerce applications that have been built for the village of sei simpang dua with 3 menus including the home menu, product menu and basket menu. The home menu contains general information, the product menu displays all products from the village of sei simpang dua and the basket menu displays the number of items and the total shopping price.

Abstract

Abstrak — Salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terkenal di Indonesia adalah bfi finance. Namun, metode pembayaran tradisional seperti transfer bank dan pembayaran langsung dikantor cabang menyebabkan beberapa masalah bagi pelanggan, seperti waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan pembayaran dan biaya tambahan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi mobile yang dapat memudahkan nasabah bfi finance untuk melakukan pembayaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang merupakan pendekatan linear yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, dan penetapan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi bfi finance dapat membuat pembaaran cicilan lebih mudah dan menyenangkan. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mengurangi biaya tambahan yang biasanya dikenakan pada nasabah. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi mobile yang dirancang dengan baik dapat membantu nasabah BFI Finance melakukan pembayaran dengan lebih mudah dan cepat. Aplikasi ini sekarang dapat melacak riwayat transaksi dan memberikan notifikasi pembayaran serta mengintegrasikan berbagai metode pembayaran elektronik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memenuhi standar kualitas dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang memuaskan. Kata Kunci — BFI Finance, Pembayaran, Nasabah, Aplikasi Mobile Abstract — One of the well-known finance companies in Indonesia is BFI Finance. However, traditional payment methods such as bank transfers and direct payments at branch offices cause some problems for customers, such as the time required to make payments and additional fees. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create a mobile application that can make it easier for BFI finance customers to make payments. To achieve the goal, this study uses the waterfall method, which is a linear approach consisting of the stages of analysis, design, development, testing, and determination. This research shows that the BFI finance application can make paying installments easier and more enjoyable. This application can also reduce additional fees that are usually charged to customers. The final result of this study is that a well-designed mobile application can help BFI Finance customers make payments more easily and quickly. This application can now track transaction history and provide payment notifications as well as integrate various electronic payment methods. The test results show that this application meets quality standards and provides a satisfying user experience. Keywords — BFI Finance, Payments, Customers, Mobile Applications

Abstract

This journal discusses the information system that will be designed as a means of selling electric motor by PT Talabu.Traditional motor cars are being replaced by more ecologically friendly electric motors, which are growing in popularity. PT. Talabu, an electric motor sales company, faces problems in inventory management and sales processes. This study's primary goal is to develop a sales information system that can help PT. Talabu in managing inventory and its operations. This research uses system needs analysis, database design, and user interface development. At the stage of analysis of system needs, the researchers found the primary needs of PT. Talabu to conduct sales operations and inventory management. This analysis shows that a database is intended to store data about customers, electric motors, and sales transactions. In addition, the app is simple to use and user-friendly.

Abstract

PT.Medianusa permana net merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang  masih melakukan pendaftaran pelanggan internet secara manual. Proses pendaftaran menggunakan metode konvensional memiliki banyak kekurangan, karena pelanggan harus mengisi formulir secara manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan Sistem Informasi Pendafaran Internet Berbasis Web. Tujuan dari Sistem Informasi Pendafaran Internet Berbasis Web adalah untuk membantu manajemen membuat keputusan dari sisi internal dan dari sisi eksternal. Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Internet Berbasis Web ini dibangun menggunakan sistem pengembangan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), yang menggunakan model proses waterfall.Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan databasenya adalah MySQL. Hasil dari Sistem Informasi Pendafaran Internet Berbasis Web ini adalah Aplikasi Sistem Pendaftaran, yang memudahkan pendaftaran pelanggan dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pendataan pelanggan.

Abstract

RSIMA TRAVEL Pekanbaru, located on Jl. Unggas in Pekanbaru, Riau, currently still uses a manual ticket booking system. The current way of working creates difficulties for passengers in accessing departure schedules, which makes them have to come directly to the location or use the telephone. To overcome this challenge, switching to a computerized system is a must. The need for a computerized system is emphasized by the potential to simplify the process, make it faster, and more accurate compared to a manual system. This research aims to develop a ticket booking system that not only improves the efficiency of the booking process, but also provides easily accessible and informative data for passengers. Along with that, this research also aims to reduce the managerial burden associated with booking reports for travel company owners.The research method used in this research is descriptive, with system development using the Prototype method. Data is obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. MySQL is used as the database foundation for the PT. RSIMA TRAVEL Pekanbaru ticketing system, which is developed using the Laravel programming language.The result of this research is an information system that can facilitate administrators and passengers in transacting and getting information about PT. RSIMA TRAVEL Pekanbaru. The existence of this computerized solution is expected to.

Abstract

Toko Abadi Jaya is a trading company in the furniture industry that uses technology to enhance its operations. The company recognizes the importance of technology in accessing fast and accurate information to solve various challenges. Currently, many manual tasks, such as marketing, finance, administration products management, and checking product stock availability can take a lot of time and accuracy. For example, employees need to call other employees in the inventory warehouse to inquire about stock availability. This process hinders efficiency and effectiveness. To resolve this issue, the company has developed an application-based inventory information system. This system enables employees to quickly check the availability of goods without wasting time. The application also generates reports, which aid the owner in decision-making. Therefore, it is necessary to have carefully organized data stored in the database so that the work process is easy in making reports. The design of this application uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design model, with Visual Studio Code as the text editor tool and Laravel as the PHP framework. This aims to facilitate the process of monitoring the stock of incoming goods and outgoing goods and provide benefits to the work process of inputting inventory of goods and providing precise and accurate reports at Toko Abadi Jaya.
