Abstract

Tujuan dari menghimpun data adalah untuk memberikan akses atau mengolah terhadap data tersebut dengan cara menyaring, mengelompokkan, menjumlah, merekap serta mendistribusikan dalam bentuk tampilan yang mampu dibaca serta dinikmati oleh para pengguna dan bahkan sebagai sarana pengambilan keputusan bagi pemanggu kepentingan. Gambaran situasi pada mitra yaitu pada skala waktu tertentu untuk kepentingan proses akreditasi institusi, diperlukan data kependidikan. Aplikasi dari pivot sangat cocok digunakan dalam pengolahan data dan analisa dapat kependidikan, sehingga guru akan dimudahkan dalam berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pelaporan data penerimaan siswa baru, data siswa, data pengajaran, data nilai, grafik perkembangan anak, data sarana-prasarana.

Abstract

Perpustakaan yang sudah ada didesa kebonan kurang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dilingkungan desa dan sekitarnya, baik dari kalangan anak pra sekolah, anak sekolah maupun warga yang dewasa. Melalui Pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pembuatan dan pendampingan kepada Masyarakat dilingkungan desa Kebonan dilakukan dengan menganalisis permasalahan dan pembuatan sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Desa dan pendampingan Implementasi sistem. Pelaksanaan kegiatan IbM Ipteks in dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu tahapan yang pertama adalah persiapan yang meliputi persiapan ijin kepada mitra, waktu pelaksanaan, tempat dan materi pengabdian, tahapan yang kedua pelaksanaan yang terdiri atas pembuatan website perpustakaan digital, penerapan dan konsultasi serta pada tahapan akhir meliputi penyusunan dan pembuatan laporan serta monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi sistem pendidikan dituntut beradaptasi dengan teknologi secara cepat. Salah satu yang mendapat kendala atas sistem pembelajaran saat pandemi adalah MAS Al Hadi Mranggen. Adapun permasalahan MAS Al Hadi adalah banyaknya keluhan dari siswa, orang tua siswa, dan guru tentang sistem pembelajaran online yang kurang efektif, beberapa siswa masih kesulitan mengikuti pembelajaran secara online karena sinyal di daerah desa Banyumeneng yang lemah, media pembelajaran yang ada saat ini masih belum efektif dan belum dapat meningkatkan kemandirian siswa untuk belajar karena masih mengandalkan kunjungan guru yang dilakukan setiap satu bulan sekali. Dari analisa situasi pengusul bersama mitra mengidentifikasi terkait dengan bagaimana mitra dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa MAS Al Hadi dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran video dan animasi agar siswa dapat belajar secara mandiri. Video dan animasi pembelajaran ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran sehingga proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan dapat lebih efektif

Abstract

The development of tourism has been progressing rapidly. Tourism has now spread to the countryside, where a tourist village can be found. A tourist village is a village that has unique and distinctive values. Homestays are one of the supporting facilities required for the development of tourist villages. But unfortunately, in homestay management there are many limitations, including mastery of technology. Technology itself has an important role because digital-based homestay management can further increase efficiency and integration in homestay management. Because of that, Dian Nuswantoro University partnered with PT Wimbo to design a homestay management information system called SIMBOK-KU. This system makes it easy to monitor reservations, payments, service standards, and even homestay customer satisfaction. On November 12, 2022, this system went live. This system is a solution to several obstacles encountered in website management, such as difficulties in dividing customers among homestay members, inability to fulfill cashless payments, difficulty verifying reservations and payments through travel agents, difficulties managing financial reports, and difficulties managing homestay service standards.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak buruk pada masyarakat salah satunya pada sektor industri pariwisata. Seluruh dunia tidak terkecuali Indonesia mengalami kondisi tersebut, seluruh elemen pada sektor pariwisata di Indonesia mengalami penurunan pendapatannya secara drastis sebab wisatawan khawatir berpergian dan terpapar Covid-19. Salah satu yang terdampak oleh Covid-19 ini ialah homestay yang dikelola masyarakat desa Candirejo. Sebuah kebijakan dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif yaitu CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, & Environment Sustainability) untuk meningkatkan kembali kepercayaan para wisatawan. Masyarakat desa Candirejo sebagai pengelola homestay harus mendapatkan sertifikat CHSE sebagai bentuk pengakuan secara resmi dari negara karena telah menerapkan protokol kesehatan melalui penerapan CHSE dalam bidang pariwisata. Universitas Dian Nuswantoro bermitra dengan PT Wimbo merancang sebuah pelatihan CHSE bagi pengelola homestay untuk memberikan pengetahuan perihal penerapan CHSE. Pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 26 November 2022. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan lancar dan mendapat sambutan positif dari masyarakat desa Candirejo yang tergabung dalam kegiatan pelatihan CHSE dalam pengelolaan homestay di masyarakat desa Candirejo. ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on society, one of which is the tourism industry sector. The whole world, including Indonesia, is experiencing this condition, all elements in the tourism sector in Indonesia have experienced a drastic decline in their income because tourists are worried about traveling and being exposed to Covid-19. One of those affected by Covid-19 is the homestay managed by the Candirejo village community. A policy was issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy namely CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, & Environmental Sustainability) to increase the trust of tourists. The people of Candirejo village as homestay managers must obtain a CHSE certificate as a form of official recognition from the state because they have implemented health protocols through the implementation of CHSE in the tourism sector. Dian Nuswantoro University partnered with PT Wimbo to design a CHSE training in homestay management to provide knowledge about CHSE implementation. The implementation of this training was carried out on November 26, 2022. The activity took place smoothly with enthusiastic greetings from the Candirejo village community who participated in CHSE training activities in managing homestays in the Candirejo village community.

Abstract

Temanggung Regency is the district with the second-highest prevalence ofstunting (28.9%) in Central Java. This result was still far from the nationalstunting prevalence target in 2024, which is 14%. Monitoring the nutritionalstatus of toddlers regularly is very necessary as an effort to carry out earlydetection in preventing stunting. Stunting reduction activities specifically atthe lower level are carried out by cadres. The role of the cadres includesmeasuring and recording the anthropometry of infants and toddlers. In thedata collection process, several problems were found including writing andcounting errors and delays in data distribution. To overcome this problem, acomputerized system is needed that can be used as a means of collecting dataon the nutritional status of toddlers quickly and in real-time. SI-GEMBULdashboard is the final result of reporting from SI-GEMBUL application whichis used by cadres to overcome problems with writing errors and calculatingthe nutritional status of toddlers. The system development method used inthis study was the prototyping method. SI-GEMBUL dashboard displayconsists of a list of mothers, infants, and toddlers that can be displayed byPosyandu name, a real-time checklist that can be displayed by year, month,and name of the Posyandu, as well as educational media related to nutritionand stunting. This dashboard can help the Temanggung District Health Officeto be able to minimize delays in the distribution of data that will be used forreporting to a higher level.

Abstract

Global warming impacted to agriculture, thereby affecting the world's food supply. UNICEF calls on every country to be able to meet its food needs independently. Indonesia, as an agricultural country, has the potential to meet food needs independently. One effort that can be made is to combine existing agricultural systems with technology through the application of IoT. In this research, it was applied to citrus plants using DHT11 temperature and air humidity sensors and soil moisture sensor YL69. Data processing uses a fuzzy algorithm approach, using two input variables, namely temperature and humidity variables and soil moisture variables. Meanwhile, the resulting output variable is the time for watering the plants. At the fuzzification stage, each variable is grouped into three memberships. For temperature and humidity variables are divided into hot, medium and cold membership. Soil moisture variables are divided into wet, medium and dry membership. And the time variables consists of short, medium and long time membership. In the defuzzification stage, it is calculated by calculating the center of area value for each graphic area resulting from the fuzzification stage. Furthermore, to test the system, the testing carried out resulted in an error value of 5.19 percent. Based on test and trial that be done, the result shows that average volume of water that flows every second when watering plants is 36.5 ml per second.

Abstract

The role of archivist in an agency is as needed as in the Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Semarang (BKPP of semarang).Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kota Semarang currently has digitized archive services Employment is e-file service. The problem we found today is service the e-file is only used as a data archive and has not yet supported the business process resources. Another problem found on e-file services is not yet available service contact and lack of human resources. To support the business process then this research will design the management of it services on digitalization of employment archives. On this rre-design, e-file services will be linked to other IT services such as SISDM and E-Fungsional. This research uses the framework ITIL 3th Version domain service design with the sub domain service design package and service catalogue for document creation of the entire sequence of design. On this research there are also multiple support services like a service in contact, hours level services, risk identification, enhanced resources and structures the organization proposal so that current e-file services can support business processes digitalization of employment archives on the BKPP Kota Semarang
