Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, permendagri dilakukan perubahan pada permendagri No 1 tahun 2016 tentang pengelolaan aset desa yang memiliki pengertian bahwa tanah desa (tanah bengkok) yang dikuasi oleh pemerintahan desa sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan desa untuk kepentingan sosial. Kemanfaatan tanah bengkok dapat dipergunakan untuk keperluan umum seperti lapangan, kegiatan masyarakat, atau sarana sarana sosial sebagai sumber pendapatan desa berupa tempat rekreasi, tempat wisata sebagai kekayaan milik desa. Wilayah Kedungsari memiliki tanah bengkokyang manfaatkan oleh perangkat desa yang memiliki wilayah cukup luas sehingga bisa difungsikan sebagai kegiatan masyarakat seperti tanaman hias. Menanggapi keluhan dan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan maka urgensi dan rasionalisasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menafaatkan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada bagi kelompok dan pemanfaatn tanah bengkok sebagai sarana pendukung. Tujuan kegiatan dan rencana pemecahan masalah adalah dapat mengimplementasikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan tanah bengkok dan penngkatkan potensi kelompok pecinta tanaman hias di wilayah kedungsari Magelang. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu; tahap persiapan meliputi melakukan kegiatan pra survei tahap pelaksanaan selanjutnya pelaporan dan publikasi.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini pemanfaatan lahan bengkok dapat dipahami oleh mitra dan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampialan dalam peningkatan potensi diri yang dimiliki mitra dalam budidayata tanaman hias. Kesimpulan masyarakat antusia dan komitmen dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mandiri.

Abstract

The current pandemic has a major impact on all groups, including vulnerable groups of pregnant women, pregnant women experience partial immunity due to physiological changes during pregnancy. Antenatal Care is an effort to prevent maternal and fetal death and can detect high-risk pregnancies early. ANC visits should be made at least 4 times during her pregnancy. ANC visits at the Kandangan Health Center for mothers in Trimester 1 and Trimester 2 are quite low, but visits in Trimester 3 are fairly good and routine. This study aims to obtain an overview of Antenatal care for pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kandangan Health Center. This research design uses descriptive. The number of respondents was 96 pregnant women, the sampling technique was purposive sampling, the research instrument used a questionnaire. data analysis using univariate. The results of the study showed that the highest age who made visits was 20-35 years (49.0%), mothers with the highest parity were 54 respondents (56.3%), the most mothers were mothers who did not work as many as 80 respondents (83%), and the highest gestational age was 7 months (42.7%). The distribution of the highest ANC visits was for 3rd trimester mothers (75%), and for the availability of ANC services, pregnant women had received all services, only 7 respondents did not consume FE tablets, due to normal HB laboratory results. Abstract

Nurses are always tasked with caring for patients every day to improve the quality of health services. The different characteristics and needs of each patient, shift work system, responsibilities and high service demands can be a stressor for nurses. There are various factors that can affect the problem, namely workload and burnout on nurses. Burnout is a symptom of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion with feelings of low self-esteem due to prolonged stress. The impact of burnout experienced by nurses on others is felt by recipients of health services, namely patients. Workload is the amount of work that must be carried out by a position/organizational unit and is the product of the work volume and the time norm. The workload will have an impact on the quality of service in the hospital, namely on patient satisfaction and the healing process. Objective: To find out the relationship between workload and burnout at RSD Merah Putih Magelang. Methods: This type of research was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach which data collection used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 66 respondents and the data was processed using the Spearman test. Results: The results of the Spearman rank test showed that there was a significant relationship between workload and nurse burnout with a value (p = 0.000 and r = 0.497). Conclusion: There is a relationship between workload and nurse burnout with moderate correlation strength.

Abstract

Nurses are one of the health workers from hospital services who are the benchmark in determining the quality of hospital services. The nurse's task in helping and restoring the patient's condition must be in accordance with hospital standards so that it requires nurses to have sufficient health and energy. This condition can deplete the nurse's physical and emotional strength which causes burnout. Burnout that occurred at the Muntilan Hospital Magelang in 2019 was high. This burnout will affect the performance of nurses, causing the problem of decreasing the quality of hospital services. One of the efforts to improve the quality of service is to increase the work motivation of nurses. High work motivation will affect the performance of nurses. Good nurse performance has positive behavior that is able to support individual performance and organizational performance to improve better services. High social support will improve nurse performance. Aim : the goal in the study is to identify social suport with burnout in the RSUD Muntilan Magelang hospital. Method : the method in this study is a cross sectional survey with a quantitative design. The sample in this study were 45 nurses that are divided into 5 inpatient wards. Sampling used stratified random sampling. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire via google form. In this study the data were statistically analyzed using the Spearman rank test. Results: Spearman rank test on the relationship of social support obtained a significance value of burnout of p = 0.233 (p>0.05) Conclusion: there is no significant correlation between social support and burnout in nurses in the inpatient room at Muntilan Hospital, Magelang Regency. There is no correlation between social support and burnout, but clinically, social support is still needed to anticipate burnout.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus has become a public health problem that causes high rates of morbidity and mortality in the world. In controlling diabetes, diabetes self-management ia an important factor. Diabetes self-management aims to control glycemic, reduce the risk of complication, and optimize health status. Planning a healthy diet, physical exercise, selfmonitoring of blood sugar, and adherence to medication are some of the self-management diabetes behaviors. However, the current COVID-19 pandemic has affectes diabetes selfmanagement worldwide. This study aims to determine the barriers to self-management of diabetes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method uses a literature review design. Search sources for this research article are PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria were determined and appropiate analysis was used using the PICOS framework approach so that 12 articles were reviewed. Based on the results of a literature review on 12 articles, it shows that there are two categories of diabetes self-management barriers, namely internal barriers cosisting of lack of physical activity, unhealthy eating patterns, lack of knowledge about diabetes, lack of frequency of blood glucose monitoring, economic problems, and emotional problems. Meanwhile, external barriers found are to access health services and access to diabetes medicines. To improve diabetes self-management compliance during the pandemic, its is necessary to modify diabetes self-management. In addition, the use of inovations such as PROLANIS (Chronic Disease Service Program) and the ―Jemput sakit antar sehat‖ service program in the provison of health services and information during the pandemic. Knowing the various barriers to diabetes self-management can prevent similar incidents from happening in the future and further improve management quality.
