With the increasing number of prospective students through SBMPTN, then increasingly also the basic data in a database of prospective students annually. By utilizing basic data on SBMPTN students and grade point average (GPA), the study aims to apply data mining techniques using the association rule Apriori algorithm to look for patterns of association between baseline SBMPTN and UNY students GPA. Basic data to be processed SBMPTN mining student data origin include school, home school district data, earnings data parent, parental education level data, the average value data UAN, and data values academic potential test (TPA). The results obtained are no data in the data base SNMPTN that significantly affect the acquisition of GPA. This is evident from the association rules derived from the 50 best asosoasi rules not seen the emergence of itemset GPA accompanied by the emergence of other itemset.

Human trafficking and sexual exploitation remain complex global problems. Islamic law, as one of the legal systems in the world, has a strategic role in participating in overcoming this problem. However, the Islamic legal norms implementation requires support from the state and society. This research discusses the strategic role and challenges of the law in overcoming human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The research method used normative Islamic law with a philosophical approach. The analysis technique used prescriptive analysis, with the analysis process using Islamic legal reasoning. The research results show that Islamic law has a strategic role in resolving the problem of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The argument is that, philosophically, Islamic law emphasizes the importance of maintaining human honor and dignity, while theoretically, Islamic law recognizes two main concepts in punishment, namely hudud and ta'zir. Hudud is a punishment determined by Allah and has clear rules in the Quran and Hadith. Meanwhile, ta'zir is a punishment determined by a judge for the benefit of society. The challenges of Islamic law in overcoming human trafficking and sexual exploitation are a lack of understanding of Islamic legal norms, which requires human values and justice; Islamic law is not implementable; and there is a perception that the principles of Islamic law can only be applied in Islamic countries. Therefore, global Muslim countries and communities are the main actors in maximizing the application of Islamic legal principles in overcoming human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution to farmers in Gorontalo Regency. The allocation system follows a regulatory procedure starting from the Minister of Agriculture Regulation, followed by the Governor’s Decree, and finally by the Regent/Mayor’s Decree, which determines fertilizer allocation down to farmer groups. However, the implementation in the field faces several issues, including fertilizer shortages, prices exceeding the government-set retail price (HET), and misuse of distribution mechanisms. Using a normative-empirical legal research method, the study finds that the ineffectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program is mainly due to inaccurate data collection and distribution, as well as the suboptimal use of the Farmer Card (Kartu Tani), often hampered by technical problems such as inactive cards. An evaluation based on the "six accuracy principles" (right quantity, timing, price, location, quality, and type) shows that the current distribution is not functioning effectively. The main inefficiencies are rooted in administrative shortcomings, delayed distribution, and inconsistencies between regulatory provisions and field implementation
