Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah mempengaruhi penggunaan media pembelajaran dimana guru dituntut untuk kreatif memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran mobile learning berbasis android pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model Research and Development Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah media pembelajaran mobile learning berbasis android pada mata pelajaran kearsipan yang diberi nama MAKE-APPS yang telah dinyatakan sangat valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kearsipan oleh validasi ahli media dan validasi ahli materi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran mobile learning berbasis android MAKE-APPS layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi peserta didik pada mata pelajaran kearsipan di kelas X.

Abstract

Abstract As the effects of Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesia’s education experienced numerous changes. The previously face-to-face learning activities have been replaced by the online learning that relies on Internet access. Meanwhile, during a learning process, teachers use media to facilitate students learning. Therefore, the implementation of online learning rises the need for learning media in online learning. Mobile learning is invented as a learning media that can be implemented in this situation. It is developed using a number of programing applications, such as Sublime Text, to generate user friendly media. This study developed a Sublime Text based mobile learning application that can be accessed through android smartphones. This media has been confirmed to help teachers deliver learning materials, learning videos, and exercises accessible at anytime and anywhere. This Sublime Text based mobile learning application is called Study Fill. The learning media has been tried out to the students in tenth grade of State Vocational High School 2 Kediri, while the result suggest that the learning media is feasible and valid. Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perubahan karena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah, saat ini ditiadakan dan diganti dengan kegiatan pembelajaran secara jarak jauh. Pembelajaran jarak jauh mengandalkan akses internet sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Pada kegiatan belajar mengajar, guru biasanya memanfaatkan media yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu berlangsungnya proses pembelajaran. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat membantu guru dalam pembelajaran daring. Mobile learning merupakan salah satu media yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Mobile learning dapat dikembangkan dengan menggunakan beberapa aplikasi pemrograman, seperti Sublime Text, sehingga dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang bersifat user friendly. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android. berupa Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text terbukti mempermudah guru membagikan materi, video pembelajaran maupun soal-soal dan peserta didik dapat mengaksesnya dimanapun dan kapanpun. Mobile Learning Application berbasis Sublime Text yang diberi nama StudyFill ini layak digunakan untuk siswa kelas X OTKP SMK Negeri 2 Kediri karena memperoleh hasil validasi sangat valid.

Abstract

One of the electronic media in archive management is SIKD usage. This SIKD application focuses on managing inactive dynamic records more quickly and practically. This research aims to serve evaluation results in a scientific narrative description of the process of management activities, advantages and disadvantages, effectiveness of managing electronic inactive archives through SIKD and obstacles arise. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive evaluative approach. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews and documentation studies as well as determining the sample using purposive sampling. While the data analysis techniques applied were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification also calculating the effectiveness of archive retrieval by the formula archives accuracy number. From the research, researcher found that archive management through applications contained in this institution was not completely electronic based so that there were still archive activities that had to collaborate in completing conventional archive management. These actions, eventually found that hampered the smooth work of archivists as well as the need for employee empowerment and accommodation of the institution work system to be adjusted and refined again for better archive management in the future. Media elektronik dalam pengelolaan arsip salah satunya yaitu penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis (SIKD). Aplikasi ini berfokus untuk pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif yang cepat dan praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan proses kegiatan pengelolaan, kelebihan dan kekurangan, efektivitas serta hambatan yang muncul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni melalui observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data yang diterapkan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data serta penghitungan efektivitas temu balik arsip dengan rumus angka kecermatan arsip. Dari proses penelitian bahwa pengelolaan arsip melalui aplikasi yang terdapat pada instansi ini belum seutuhnya berbasis elektronik sehingga masih terdapat kegiatan arsip yang harus berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan manajemen arsip secara konvensional. Tindakan tersebut, akhirnya juga ditemui hal yang menghambat sehingga berdampak pada kelancaran kerja arsiparis serta perlunya pemberdayaan pegawai dan pengakomodiran sistem kerja instansi untuk disesuaikan dan disempurnakan kembali agar lebih baik pengelolaan arsip kedepannya

Abstract

Educators in the Internet of Things (IoT) era are expected to fully utilize advances in science and technology, as well as to integrate technology into the learning process. Electronic modules are educational learning resources that are currently available in digital format. To maximize the development of learning resources, it can be equipped with appropriate learning methods to improve learning outcomes and achieve learning objectives. The researcher's goal in conducting research and development is to create educational products in the form of electronic modules based on EPUB and to determine the effect of using electronic modules with cooperative learning models on student learning outcomes. The ADDIE development model is employed in this study. The results of the research development are in the form of an EPUB-based E-Module product which was developed with the help of Sigil software. For the product trial results, the average expert validation score is 94.2%, indicating that the e-module is suitable for use as a learning resource. The final post-test score obtained by students revealed a 6% difference, with the experimental class outperforming the control class. According to the findings of this study, an EPUB-based electronic module based on the cooperative script learning model is feasible and capable of increasing student scores. Pendidik di era Internet of Things (IoT) diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan sepenuhnya kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Modul elektronik merupakan sumber belajar pendidikan yang saat ini tersedia dalam format digital. Untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan sumber belajar, dapat dilengkapi dengan metode pembelajaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengembangan adalah untuk menciptakan produk pendidikan berupa modul elektronik berbasis EPUB dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan modul elektronik dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model pengembangan ADDIE digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengembangan penelitiaan berupa produk E-Modul berbasis EPUB yang dikembangkan dengan berbantuan software Sigil. Untuk hasil uji coba produk menghasilkan rata-rata skor validasi ahli adalah 94,2%, menunjukkan e-modul layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Nilai akhir post-test yang diperoleh siswa menunjukkan perbedaan 6%, dengan kelas eksperimen mengungguli kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, modul elektronik berbasis EPUB berbasis model pembelajaran cooperative script layak dan mampu meningkatkan nilai siswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini sangat meningkat, para guru harus inovatif dalam merancang media pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree yang telah diuji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba pengguna serta mengetahui efektivitas media melalui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MPLB. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah menggunakan sintaks dari model Borg & Gall yang dimodifikasi peneliti menjadi 9 tahapan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree untuk mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk dari ahli materi dinyatakan sangat layak, ahli media diperoleh kriteria layak, dan pengguna memperoleh kriteria sangat layak. Hasil belajar pada uji coba kelompok besar menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dimana kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-learning berbantuan linktree efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Manajemen Logistik dibuktikan dengan uji independent sample t-test.

Abstract

This study aims to produce office administration practice media to welcome the independent curriculum. The learning media includes petty cash management, archive management, writing letters and preparing a leader's activity schedule which will be developed in one integrated application. The design of this study adopts the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 stages. This research was conducted in Malang City at the Office Management and Business Service Vocational High School. The test subjects involved 20 students in the small group trial and 50 students in the large group trial. This research activity also involved material expert valiators and media experts to determine the feasibility and validity of the product being developed. The results of this research and development are learning media called SIRAKA which are feasible and valid to be applied in the learning process of managing office administration practices. This is based on the results of small group trials which obtained an average of 88% and large group trials obtained an average of 90%. While the results of the material expert validator and media expert obtained an average score of 89%. So it can be concluded that SIRAKA learning media can be used as an alternative media for the practice of managing office administration in the Department of Office Management and Business Services

Abstract

In this disruptive era, all organizations, institutions, or institutions need to make improvements, improvements, and developments in various aspects. Teachers are human resources driving the achievement of school goals and also the nation, namely educating students by transferring knowledge according to their fields of competence, with actions, presenting teaching materials using interesting and innovative media, delivered offline and online. Online teaching materials developed by teachers can be made from Google sites, genially, bookcerator, Visme applications, Sigil, flip PDF and others. While offline or print out teaching materials in the form of textbooks, from each subject that is adjusted to the basic competencies that have been formulated that must be combined or learned by students. According to the results of the presentation of the situation analysis and observations that have been made to the place of partners who are willing to cooperate in the implementation of community service, the problems of partners are formulated as follows: 1) There is still a lack of teachers developing teaching materials made by themselves, to be used for the learning process, 2) Teaching materials used by teachers to teach are still lacking both online and offline-based. To overcome partner problems, the methods that will be implemented in this community service activity are: 1) Providing education on various types of online and offline-based teaching materials. 2) Providing assistance and guidance, making online-based teaching materials, using the Google Sites application and genially and offline by providing innovations in teaching materials, and printed. The results of the delivery of education for making online and offline-based teaching materials are 1) Teachers have never used learning media using the Google Sites application, but are very enthusiastic about making teaching materials using this online media, 2) After being given education and assistance Teachers have immediately been able to make this online-based teaching materials, and the links to teaching materials that have been made, Try to share it with groups of students, for students to learn the material. Teachers should be given education or training on the application of making teaching materials or other interactive teaching media again.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module based on a flipbook maker in the subject of Public Relations and Protocol Governance Automation to improve learning outcomes for class XII students of the Office Governance Automation Expertise Program at SMK PGRI 6 Malang. The model used by the researcher is Research and Development (RnD) with the Borg and Gall development model. Research and development used in research can be in the form of conceptual models, theoretical models, and procedural models. This study uses two types of data, namely quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data consists of two types, namely data that comes from the results of the validation assessment of the flipbook maker-based e-module product by the validator. Qualitative research data, namely comments and suggestions from the subject of research trials and product development of flipbook maker-based e-modules. the results of the validation of material experts are 88, 33% are very valid, module experts are 91, 25% are very valid and field trials are 87, 27% are very valid.

Abstract

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.

Abstract

Through using digital-based learning media, teachers can manage student assignments through a collaborative platform. By using digital-based learning media, students can access learning materials from anywhere. Some of the interactive digital-based learning media that can be used by teachers to teach are Genially which is used to create Powert Points, Google Sites, Book Creator used to make E-books, Animation studio to make learning animation videos, Blogger to share or publish learning materials to students. The problems of this community service partner are the teachers of MGMP Economics High School Lamongan Regency, namely: 1) There are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, 2) Teaching methods are still monotonous, with learning media that are not yet innovative. The solutions offered to overcome partner problems are: 1) Providing education about digital-based learning media to MGMP Economics teachers of Lamongan Regency, East Java, 2) Practice and assistance in making digital-based learning media. From the results of community service activities, it is known that 1) there are still many teachers who have not used digital-based learning media in the learning process, this can be seen from the number of teachers who are new to the application that can be used as a learning medium, 2) many teachers still use conventional learning media, because there is still a lack of knowledge and education about digital-based learning media applications.
