Abstract

Service is an activity undertaken by individuals or groups of people through the system, certain procedures and methods in order to meet the needs of others with the easiness to meet all their needs. From the development of informatics technology in today’s world, then by using a system called iDuHelp !, Allows students to get information about ilearning. With this system, students can enjoy the services of two services , namely online and offline. implementation of student satisfaction on a given service activity to satisfaction with the service system creates realistic, so of service iDuHelp ! provide a system that is shaped survey ilearning survey . The system can be filled by students in the form of a link, contains questions on pelyanan iDuHelp !. Thus the survey iLearning system contribute maximize quality improvement and provide good service and to improve the overall performance of the operator in providing services to customers. Many related methods of this study, such as by using the method ilearning. So that a clear research using mind mapping. In this study explained about the problems encountered and solutions are included in the form of a flowchart. the implementation of the system are protptype iDuHelp ! and iLearning Survey .Results in the form of a graph of Isur customer response to operator services and systems, so it is useful to improve the overall service quality iDuHelp! system.

Abstract

The use of information technology has become a very influential factor in the company. Information technology is now in the direction of mobile smart devices (mobile / smartphones). One application of information and communication technology used is the development of employee attendance systems by utilizing GPS (Global Positioning System) which is associated with the filing function of employee leave. Employee attendance includes hours of entry and completion of work, while leave includes maternity leave, sick leave, annual leave, and leave for important reasons. The employee attendance and leave application development uses Android operating system based programming used in smartphones. By using the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) the problems that occur in the existing system are procedures for approval of attendance and leave which are still carried out outside the existing system. So it still has to ask for verbal approval to the boss after input leave in the system. The alternative problem solving provided aims to maximize the functions of the existing system in order to accommodate the needs of the employee leave procedure. Abstract

The School operational Assistance (BOS) is a government program for the provision of cost financing for basic education units as compulsory learning program executor. The particular purpose is to relieve the levy to relieve the burden of students. All schools are already listed in primary and secondary education principal data system. School is the most important element in determining the use of BOS funds because it is directly related to management. Based on the provisions applicable in the the Office of the BOS year 2012 BOS fund managed by the principal with the teacher or administrative personnel appointed as Treasurer. The current financial information on the world of education in which the data input collection is very complicated in the system of the process is very effective and efficient, in order to see data on the purchase or expense after that the Treasurer must Check back the statement of purchase and expense papers on the bank and all the reports of the paper have been made by the current Treasurer can be easily accessed by the leadership, one of which is presenting information using tables and in The workmanship system requires very high accuracy to ensure that any nominal information of money included in the table has to be ensured the truth is very less efficient. In order to facilitate the Treasurer in the recording of financial statements and leaders who perform a reduction in the information presented at SDN Sukanagara.
