Abstract

Cooperative employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, is a cooperative engaged in savings and cooperative stores which have a work area in an office environment BRI. At the cooperative of employees of BRI is the duty and obligation of the Agency inspectors have not been implemented properly, where inspection is only carried out ahead of the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) only, whereas the investigation carried out by the Inspection Cooperative employees of Bank BRI merely move the data that has been processed or prepared by the board and not the result and the actual examination or observation.Inspection is only carried out at the cooperative office only, and not descend directly on the existing business units, so that the problems that exist in the unit and the solution is not known with certainty. Results of the examination and the content of the report submitted to the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) is generally stated that the implementation of activities and cooperative efforts go well, and also never held sudden inspection.As for the problem of this research is "How can the application of planning and oversight function in increasing the effectiveness of employees cooperative PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk". In order for the company's activities can be run effectively and precisely target the company would need to know the consumer perception that creates a purchase decision, in particular by:1. To overcome the limited executive power then it takes an expert in the field of business units and the need for education and training programs to improve work effectiveness.2. To overcome these limitations problem then each subordinate need a lot of expertise in their respective fields.3. In order for the planning process can be run according to plan, the first set in advance the type of business that this factor is the main basis in setting the plan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and prove the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Profit Hold Against the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either Simultaneously or Partially. The results of this study indicate that, There is the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Retained Earnings Together - on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, There Are Effects of Current Assets Against Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are Effects of Long-Term Debt on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There Is No Effect of Equity on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There Is No Effect of Net Profit on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Year.Efforts to improve management of asset assets, long-term debt, equity, net income and retained earnings to improve financial performance by using more efficient and optimal current assets, minimizing the use of long-term debt, using optimal equity, increasing related net income sector with an increase in the sales sector and attention to the amount of dividend distribution to shareholders for the company's retained earnings.

Abstract

Abstrak Generasi senior milennial merupakan generasi yang lahir pada tahun 1983-1990. Salah satu ciri generasi tersebut yakni tumbuh di era digital. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur perilaku pembelian impulsif secara online generasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Alat untuk melakukan pengukuran menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan sofware LISREL. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 470 responden, mereka mengisi kuesioner secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh religiusitas terhadap pembelian impulsif tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya perhitungan pengaruh tidak langsung variabel religiusitas melalui mediasi self esteem terhadap pembelian impulsif menunjukkan berepengaruh yang signifikan sehingga self esteem dalam penelitian ini memediasi secara sempurna (full mediated). Namun untuk variabel motif hedonic, self esteem hanya memediasi secara parsial (partial mediated). Selanjunya penelitian memiliki implikasi secara teoritis dan praktis. Kata Kunci : Motif Hedonis, Religiusitas, Self Esteem, Pembelian Impulsif

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between servant leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance in a provincial education office in South Sumatra. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method involving civil servants as respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that servant leadership and organizational culture significantly influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, servant leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance as well as between organizational culture and employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership practices oriented toward service and the strengthening of organizational culture to enhance employee performance in public sector institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job design and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the energy industry. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design and a cross-sectional method. The study population consists of 200 permanent employees, with a sample of 134 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that job design and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance and partially mediates the relationship between job design and work environment on employee performance. The R² value shows that the model has strong predictive power. These findings strengthen the integration of the Job Characteristics Model and Environmental Psychology Theory within the context of the Indonesian energy industry.

Abstract

Narcotics distribution in Palembang City continues to represent a serious problem, with more than 1,600 cases per year recorded at Polrestabes Palembang. Conventional prevention models have begun to demonstrate their limitations, particularly in terms of policy fragmentation and the limited utilization of digital technology as a reporting instrument. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Partnership on Personnel Performance Effectiveness in the prevention of narcotics distribution in Palembang City, with Digital-Based Reporting as a mediating variable. A quantitative research method was employed using a saturated sampling technique involving 70 personnel as respondents. Data were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results reveal that Leadership and Partnership have a significant influence on Digital-Based Reporting, which in turn has a positive impact on Personnel Performance Effectiveness, with Partnership identified as the most dominant variable (β = 0.642). These findings confirm that Digital-Based Reporting serves as a crucial mediator in improving the quality of personnel performance. Statistically, the R-Square values indicate that the Leadership and Partnership variables contribute 96.0% to the effectiveness of Digital-Based Reporting. Furthermore, the model is capable of explaining 98.8% of the variance in Personnel Performance Effectiveness. These findings affirm that the synergy of visionary leadership and solid partnership, integrated through Digital-Based Reporting, constitutes a key factor in optimizing personnel performance in narcotics prevention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the work engagement variable as a mediator at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Based on the results of research analysis, several suggestions can be used as consideration in determining future policies, namely, the Office should pay more attention to any complaints felt by employees so that it will create a sense of meaning and feelings of pleasure and employees feel considered necessary by the service.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of work discipline as a moderating variable in the relationship between competence, motivation, and employee performance among Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Regional Development Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Banyuasin Regency. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed, involving 48 respondents. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The findings reveal that competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on both work discipline and employee performance. However, work discipline was not found to significantly moderate the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance. These results suggest that competence and motivation directly affect employee performance  without being strengthened or weakened by work discipline. Although this study is limited to a single institution with a relatively small sample size, its findings contribute to the  human resource management literature, particularly regarding the limitations of moderating variables, and provide practical insights for government institutions in designing strategies to enhance employee performance.
