Abstract

This study investigates the impact of an experimental method on student learning outcomes in science lessons focusing on energy change at MI Ma'arif Sentul. Using a quantitative experimental approach, the research demonstrates that the experimental method significantly enhances student learning outcomes. The findings indicate increased engagement and enthusiasm, making the learning process more enjoyable and preventing monotony. The experimental method influences student learning outcomes by approximately 26.6%, as measured by the N-Gain test. Overall, this study highlights the effectiveness of the experimental method in improving science education. Highlights: Experimental method enhances learning outcomes: The study demonstrates that the experimental method employed in science lessons on energy change at MI Ma'arif Sentul positively influences student learning outcomes. Increased engagement and enthusiasm: The use of the experimental method makes the learning process more enjoyable and prevents monotony, leading to improved student engagement and enthusiasm for learning. Significant effect and moderate impact: The experimental method has a statistically significant effect on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test results. Abstract

This study investigated the implementation, advantages, and disadvantages of Scout Extracurricular Activities during the COVID-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Gebang 1 Kec. Sidoarjo. The research utilized qualitative descriptive methods, including interviews, observations, and analysis of school documentation. The findings revealed that the online system was the most effective alternative for conducting Scouting Extracurricular activities during the pandemic. The advantages of online scouting activities included efficiency, time and energy savings, flexibility in learning locations, relaxed student participation, and customizable learning settings. However, there were also drawbacks, such as unpreparedness of parents and students for online systems, the need for internet access, limited communication tools, suboptimal material delivery and reception, and time constraints. These findings highlight the importance of educators, students, and parents in adequately preparing for both online and offline learning models. Additionally, it emphasizes the need for innovative approaches, such as blended learning methods combining online and offline systems. Highlights: The implementation of Scout Extracurricular Activities during the COVID-19 pandemic at SD Negeri Gebang 1 Kec. Sidoarjo is carried out using an online system as the best alternative. Advantages of online scouting activities include efficiency, flexibility, and relaxed student participation. Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to determine whether or not these learning facilities had an effect on the achievement of class V students. This study used a quantitative method to determine the effect of learning facilities on student achievement in class V MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of observation and documentation. Researchers used a population of 83 people who were students of class V MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari, and samples were obtained from classes Va and Vb, totaling 56 students. The data analysis technique used tabulation of the questionnaire results using a Likert scale which was then processed using the SPSS application. The results showed a significance value of 0.007 ttable 2,004. From these figures, it can be concluded that there is an influence of learning facilities on the learning achievement of students of Class V MI Nurul Huda Ngampelsari. The result of the coefficient of determination or R Square is at 0.099 which means that the influence of the learning facilities variable on the learning achievement variable is 9.9% and the remaining 90.1% is influenced by variables not examined. Highlights: The study examines the impact of learning facilities on the achievement of class V students using a quantitative method and primary and secondary data. Tabulation of questionnaire results using a Likert scale and data analysis with SPSS showed a significant influence of learning facilities on student achievement. The coefficient of determination indicates that learning facilities account for 9.9% of the variation in student learning achievement, while other variables contribute to the remaining 90.1%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran penting perencanaanManajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam dua Lembaga PendidikanIslam, yaitu madrasah dan pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah literature review, yaitu mengulas lima literaturyang sesuai dengan inklusi penelitian. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip non diskriminasi dan kesetaraan dalam pengupahan bagi guru ngaji di Lembaga Tahsin Al-Qur’an Kota Pasuruan dan faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pembedaan pengupahan bagi guru ngaji di Lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Kota Pasuruan. Guru ngaji masih dianggap sebagai golongan bawah yang memerlukan perlindungan untuk dijamin hak-haknya salah satunya yaitu upah. Perlindungan tersebut untuk menjamin kesetaraan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan guru ngaji. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris, spesifikasi penelitian ini diuraikan secara deskriptif analitis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi literatur dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip non diskriminasi dan kesetaraan dalam pengupahan bagi guru ngaji di Lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Kota Pasuruan telah diterapkan. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari kesetaraan dalam kaitannya dengan besaran angka yang diterima setiap bulan disetarakan dengan UMK di kota Pasuruan.

Abstract

The development of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Elementary School has been very good since 2005 until now. Every year the trust given by the community is getting bigger. This can be seen from the increasing graph of new student admissions from year to year, in which initially, the number of students was only in the range of dozens in each Force. Currently, there are hundreds of students divided into four classes at each level. This great trust in SD Muhammadiyah must be accompanied by the availability of reliable and good quality teachers and employees, who show increasing performance and productivity, so the institution must pay attention to what their needs and desires are so that they can produce high performance and productivity. Generally, an employee wherever they work, the most desirable thing is that they get proper compensation and rewards from the institution where they work and work. The compensation and reward system the main factor that can improve performance, in addition to the factor that works is one of the values of worship in the eyes of Allah. Based on the above description, the author conducted this research to find out the extent to which the implementation of compensation and rewards was able to improve the performance of teachers and employees. For this reason, the author conducted research using the SLR (Systemic Literature Research) method on various literatures by connecting to the actual reality of the implementation of the compensation system, awards on the performance of GUKAR at SD Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Peran konselor sekolah sangat penting dalam menyiapkan program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat bersinergi dengan bidang pendidikan lainnya. Program layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang disiapkan konselor sekolah adalah untuk membimbing setiap individu yang sedang berada pada proses perkembangan. Pembimbingan ini bertujuan pemahaman dan pengenalan potensi setiap individu agar mampu berkembang sesuai kapasitas yang dimilikinya. Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling merupakan salah satu program layanan yang turut andil dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan program dan prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah. Terdapat 4 (empat) tahapan dalam pelaksanaan Iptek bagi masyarakat yakni 1) perencanaan; 2) pengorganisasian, 3) pelaksanaan, dan 4) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut atas program layanan bimbingan yang konseling yang sudah diterapkan. Optimalisasi peran konselor BK bertujuan menjembatani kesulitan belajar siswa di masa pandemic COVID-19 dengan memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling pada pengenalan potensi belajar untuk siswa dapat merancang strategi belajar efektif.

Abstract

Pengkajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja guru. Pengkajian artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Di Indonesia, tinjauan literatur sistematis adalah metode tinjauan literatur yang mengidentifikasi, meninjau, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasikan semua penelitian yang ada. Kepala sekolah berfungsi sebagai leader dan manajer di sekolah yang mempunyai peran penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah. Komitmen guru merupakan kekuatan batin yang yang datang dari dalam hati seseorang guru dan kekuatan dari luar itu sendiri tentang tugasnya yang dapat memberi pengaruh besar terhadap sikap berupa tanggung jawab dan sikap responsip dan inovatif terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Gaya  kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah akan mempengaruhi  komitmen dan kinerja para guru akan menjadi lebih baik. Kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan ketika para guru mempunyai motivasi kerja yang lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dengan pendekatan-pendekatan kepala sekolah kepada guru dapat berpengaruh meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen guru penting dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Ketidak efektifan proses rekrutmen akan memberikan dampak Sekolah memperoleh guru yang kurang baik. Penelitian terkait rekrutmen guru telah banyak membahas bahwasannya kualitas rekrutmen mempengaruhi kualitas guru yang diterima oleh lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan  kajian mengbangkan proses manajemen rekrutmen guru dilandaskan pada manajemen proses PDCA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan dan mereview semua artikel terkait manajemen rekrutmen dalam kurun waktu 2018-2022. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 18 artikel yang diperoleh dari Lens.org. Peneliti menggunakan PRISMA untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan sebuah kerangka manajemen rekrutmen yang merujuk pada siklus PDCA. Kegiatan rekrutmen diawali dengan kegiatan plan yang dimulai dari kegiatan analisis kebutuhan dan pemilihan metode rekrutmen. Kegiatan pelaksanaan diawali dengan penetapan panitia pelaksana rekrutmen, yang dimana bertugas untuk penetapan persyaratan calon guru, prosedur pendaftaran, jadwal rekrutmen dan penyiapan bahan ujian. Kegiatan dilanjutkan  kegiatan publikasi informasi lowongan sampai pada proses seleksi calon guru. Kegiatan Check dilakukan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian antara perencanaan dan pelaksanaan, hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan rekrutmen, untuk mengawasi agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan selam proses rekrutmen. Kegiatan Act sebuah tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi untuk dilakukan pengembangan manajemen proses rekrutmen dimasa yang akan datang. Serangkaian kegiatan diatas dilakukan berulang menjadi sebuah siklus yang bertujuan untuk  selalu mengarah perbaikan.

Abstract

This systematic literature review aims to investigate whether blended learning can become the hallmark of educational excellence. The study documents and reviews articles related to blended learning from 2014 to 2021, sourced from accredited national and international journals accessible through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ResearchGate. The results reveal that blended learning plays a crucial role as a solution for teaching and learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic and the 21st century. It has the potential to become an icon of educational excellence; however, successful implementation requires alignment of institutional goals, educators, students, and parents. The implications of this study underscore the significance of embracing blended learning as a creative and innovative approach to adapt to the challenges of the pandemic and beyond. Highlights: Blended learning as a transformative solution: Blended learning emerges as a vital approach to seamlessly integrate traditional face-to-face teaching with online education, presenting a transformative solution to adapt to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
