Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam membuat perencanaan khususnya dalam perencanaan sumber daya manusia, agar dapat kiranya  dijadikan acuan dalam manajemen perencanaan sumberdaya manusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode Literatur Review dengan menggunakan tiga kajian yang penulis anggap sesuai dengan topik pembahasan. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan menelusuri artikel-artikel di lens.org dan google schooler.  Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah ditemukannya konsep dasar dalamperencanaan sumber daya manusia yaitu Perencanaan dan Proses perencanaan. Dalam proses perencanaan terdapat pengumpulan dan analisis data, mengembangkan tujuan perencanaan, merancang dan mengimplementasikan program-program yang dapat mendukung jalannya perencanaan serta mengawasi dan mengevaluasi apa saja program yang telah berjalan.

Abstract

Learning is a process that contains a set of actions of teachers and students on the basis of reciprocal relationships that take place in the situation of education in order to achieve certain goals. The interrelationship between the teacher and the students are the main requirements the process of learning. Interactions in learning not only the relationship between teachers and students, but in the form of educational interaction Basic skills that a teacher should possess the ability to plan and implement the learning process. The process of learning is the provision of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators. Success in educating teachers is one of the determinants of a student for the better, many of the tasks and responsibilities carried jawabyang teachers in an educational process. A process that can be felt by students in learning activities is the duty of teachers to teach. Teaching and learning can be done by using various methods. Therefore, when learning mengajardilakukan will make the students sick and tired.

Abstract

Quality human resources will support the success of a company or institution in achieving the goals that have been set. Ineffective human resource management, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance in order to know the condition of employee performance. In addition, performance appraisal can be used to determine awards, compensation, promotion, training, and career planning. The profile matching method is a decision support method by assuming that there is an ideal variable that must be owned. In other words, this method compares the expected profile competencies with the performance results achieved. The method used in this research is a literature review. The results of this study can be seen that the Profile Matching method is an effective, objective, fast, and accurate decision support system for use in performance appraisal. However, there are other opinions that state that the Profile Matching method is not suitable for use as a decision support system in the case of the best candidate.

Abstract

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan seluruh program pedidikan di sekolah. Peran dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk bisa menggerakkan seluruh sumber daya manusia sehingga seluruh program kegiatan di sekolah bisa berjalan dengan baik, lancar dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Kepala sekolah merupakan cerminan, motivator, dan pengarah bagi tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua siswa, siswa, serta orang yang terlibat dalam program sekolah. Kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab terhadap keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan dengan cara melaksanakan administrasi sekolah dengan seluruh substansinya. Kemendikburistek mengeluarkan kebijakan dalam pengembangan Kurikulum Merdeka yang diberikan kepada satuan pendidikan sebagai opsi tambahan dalam rangka melakukan pemulihan pembelajaran selama 2022-2024. Kebijakan Kemendikburistek terkait kurikulum nasional akan dikaji ulang pada 2024 berdasarkan evaluasi selama masa pemulihan pembelajaran. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran secara professional dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMP Al Falah Deltasari sehingga bisa optimal dalam pelaksanaannya. Tulisan ini sangat penting karena dapat mengetahui peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka sehingga dalam implemtasi kurikulum merdeka bisa terlaksana secara optimal.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how the influence of diorama media on improving thematic learning outcomes of class II students of MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso. This study aims to analyze how the influence and how much influence the diorama media has on student learning outcomes on theme 3 of my daily tasks sub-theme 1 of my daily tasks at home learning 1 in class II MI muhammadiyah 02 padenganploso. The research method used is a quantitative experiment in the form of a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research is class II MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso with a total of 17 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis using simple linear regression test with the help of spss 20 for windows. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between the use of diorama media in class II MI Muhammadiyah 02 Padenganploso on thematic learning outcomes of class II students which has been proven through the results of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table, namely tcount 3,140 > ttable 2,131 and the value sig = 0.007 < 0.05. Then h0 is rejected and ha is accepted. The level of influence is evidenced by the r-square value of 0.397 and the ngain value with an average gain of 66.8603 or 66.9% which is included in the quite effective category.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether there is a positive influence of teacher professional competence on student discipline in class 6 MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. With this goal, teachers must have professional competence so that they can make the student learning process effective and efficient. Competence is an ability that can affect a person's actions and ways of thinking. The purpose of this study was to analyze and help solve problems regarding the effect of the professional competence of Aqidah Morals teachers on the discipline of 6th grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. To analyze and help solve problems regarding the effect of the professional competence of Aqidah Morals teachers on the discipline of 6th grade students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. The researcher used a quantitative method with a questionnaire/questionnaire that was distributed to all students of class 6 MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu, totaling 32 students. However, due to the constraints of some students who could not fill out the questionnaire/questionnaire, in the end the researcher only got 22 samples. There are several stages that researchers must go through in research, namely interviews with homeroom teachers to get real problems, formulating hypotheses, making research instruments, collecting data, analyzing data and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, there is an influence of the Professional Competence of Aqidah Akhlak Teachers on the Discipline of Class 6 Students at MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. The results of a simple linear regression test show that it can be seen that the calculated F value = 26,569 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 This proves the results of the analysis which states that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, because the t-count result is smaller than the t-table value. ie 0.000 > ttable 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent and purpose to analyze comitment of professional teachers in the independent learning of student after the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo and analyze independent learning of student after the Covid-19 pandemic at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This research is a qualitative approach research with descriptive type. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in class IV Al-Farabi. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Testing the data in this study using triangulation techniques obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained from the first study are the independent learning of students in class IV Al-Farabi which is considered very good in terms of the attitude of independence from the aspects of self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, and honesty. The results of the secound research study are the role of professional teachers in the independence of students' learning by using varied learning methods or media, providing learning evaluations to students according to the material presented, helping students who experience internal and external problems, motivating the enthusiasm of their students. to learn to find new understanding both individually and in groups and the last to try to develop their insight and knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of Islamic religious education learning. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The three steps of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that in Islamic Religious Education learning there are 3 steps that must be carried out, namely learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation, in fostering student morals, the right strategy is carried out in Islamic Religious Education learning, namely the Cooperative Learning strategy. The form of student moral development activities carried out by the school is student moral development through intracurricular activities and student moral development through extracurricular activities. Student moral development through intracurricular activities includes habituation activities, and exemplary activities. Student moral development through extracurricular activities includes congregational Dhuha prayer activities, congregational Dhuhur prayer activities and congregational Friday prayer activities.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan agar pegawai termotivasi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dengan profesional yaitu dengan memberikan sebuah kompensasi atau bentuk imbalan jasa karena banyak pegawai yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang memadai dan linier di bidangnya merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaan dan gaji yang mereka dapatkan, sehingga  instansi atau lembaga pendidikan terkait harus memberikan kompensasi yang  layak Kompensasi merupakan sebuah penghargaan yang diberikan kepada pegawai sebagai bentuk balas jasa karena sudah berkontribusi dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai ketentuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yang telah dilalui oleh peneliti yaitu menentukan pertanyaan penelitian, mencari beberapa literatur tentang efektivitas kompensasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja, melakukan seleksi literatur yang relevan, menyajikan data, mengolah data, serta menarik kesimpulan. Banyaknya artikel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 artikel. Berdasarkan kajian literature yang dilakukan, menunjukkan hasil efektifivas kompensasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja di Lembaga pendidikan sangat baik.
