Abstract

PKH or the Family Hope Program is a social protection program through the provision of non-cash money to Very Poor Households (RTSM). The purpose of the Family Hope Program is to reduce numbers and break the chain of poverty, improve the quality of human resources, and change behaviors that do not support the welfare of the poorest groups. The problem in this assistance program is that sometimes families who are not eligible for assistance mean that they are not from the family group with the category of Very Poor Households (RTSM) but get assistance from the Hope Family Program (PKH) so that assistance is not on target. The method used is TOPSIS (Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is one method that can help the optimal decision making process to solve problems with various alternative selection criteria. The results showed that the final preference value obtained a value of 0.42 as the maximum value. It means that the criteria for the proposed Family Assistance Program are expected to be given on the basis of criteria, namely the family that send their children to a certain level of attendance, check their health and or pay attention to the nutritional adequacy and healthy lifestyle of children and pregnant women (Y2)

Abstract

Usaha laundry sangat menjanjikan dalam hal keuntungan yang diperoleh, sehingga pertumbuhan usaha laundry sangat pesat. Dika Laundry sudah berjalan selama kurang lebih 3 tahun dan memiliki pelanggan yang terus bertambah, saat ini Dika laundry memiliki 2 cabang usaha. Jumlah transaksi yang terus bertambah menyulitkan dalam pengelolaan laporan terutama saat akhir bulan, pencatatan transaksi manual merepotkan dalam pengelolaan terutama saat promo 10 kali cuci maka pelanggan mendapat 1 kali gratis. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan pencatatan transaksi secara digital, yaitu dibangun system pengelolaan data transaksi laundry berbasis web. Untuk pengembangan system menggunakan metode RAD, model ini dipilih untuk mempercepat dalam proses pengembangan. Untuk platform pemrograman menggunakan framework code igniter dengan kehandalan dan reusable modul-modul yang dimilikinya, pengelolaan database dengan enginee mysql yang bersifat GPL, sehingga diperoleh system yang mampu membuat efisien dan efektif kinerja Dika laundry.

Abstract

Public administration services for the population are very important for management, safe data, good storage, easy search when needed. This condition has not been fulfilled if data management is done manually with large amounts of data. Sukawening village, located in the southern part of Bogor, experience this condition, the management of population data is done manually with the help of Microsoft Excel, which is an obstacle in realizing resident administrative services, including SKU, births, deaths, moving and arrival files. Solutions are needed to realize fast, efficient, and safe services for residents from lost and damaged conditions. The solution to the problem used in this research is to build an application system that is intended to manage population data. The system is built based on the web with the RAD model, a Codeigniter framework tool. With the realization of the application system, the management of population data in the Sukawening village is as expected.

Abstract

Abstrak – Sistem Kependudukan merupakan sistem yang melayani kebutuhan penduduk dalam mendapatkan berbagai dokumen yang berhubungan dengan kependudukan seseorang di suatu wilayah. Sistem Kependudukan yang berjalan di Kelurahan Nanggewer Mekar, Cibinog,Bogor saat ini masih mempergunakan cara manual dalam proses pelayanannya sehingga menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan dalam proses pencarian dokumen yang dibutuhkan maupun dalam penyimpanannya sehingga diperlukanlah sebuah sistem informasi untuk bisa mengolah data penduduk. Sistem Kependudukan ini dikembangkan menjadi sistem informasi dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle, model Prototype yang terdiri dari tiga tahap. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara, pengamatan dan studi Pustaka. Beberapa tools digunakan dalam proses perancangan, seperti: Unified Modelling Language, Entity Relationship Diagram, dan Logical Record Structure untuk mendapatkan rancangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan admin kelurahan. Pengecekan sistem informasi pun dilakukan sebelum digunakan oleh admin kelurahan dengan mempergunakan Black Box Testing. Hasil dari perancangan ini memberikan beberapa tabel yang dibutuhkan untuk dipergunakan dalam sistem informasi sehingga data menjadi jauh lebih aman. Admin kelurahan juga menjadi lebih mudah dalam membuat surat pengantar yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dikarenakan data penduduk sudah tersimpan dalam basis data. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Prototype, Unified Modelling Languange, Entity Relationship Diagram, Black Box Testing Abstract - The Population System is a system that serves the needs of residents in obtaining various documents related to a person's population in an area. The Population System that runs in Nanggewer Mekar Village, Cibinog, Bogor is currently still using manual methods in its service process so that it finds various kinds of problems in the process of searching for the required documents and in its storage so that an information system is needed to be able to process population data. This Population System was developed into an information system using the System Development Life Cycle method, a Prototype model consisting of three stages. Data was collected through the process of interviews, observations and literature studies. Several tools are used in the design process, such as: Unified Modelling Language, Entity Relationship Diagram, and Logical Record Structure to get a design that suits the needs of the village admin. Checking the information system is also carried out before being used by the village admin using Black Box Testing. The result of this design provides several tables needed to be used in the information system so that the data becomes much safer. Village admins also become easier in making cover letters needed by people in need because population data is already stored in the database. Keywords: Information Systems, Prototype, Unified Modelling Languange, Entity Relationship Diagram, Black Box Testing
