Abstract

Excellent and efficient service and right on target is a priority that is expected by every agency, both government and private institutions. Neglasari village is one of the government agencies directly related to population administrative services. These services include, among others, birth registration, death certificates, and population transfers. The service at the Neglasari village office still uses paper as a recording tool. With this condition, errors (human error) often occur archive accumulation and loss or damage to resident archives. To anticipate these problems, a digital-based data processing system is needed. The system is built with a prototype and web-based model so that administrative services for residents are direct users who can interact with the system in real-time so that the chance of error is minimal. Another benefit of this system is that it is hoped that there will be no queues and long waiting times in managing administrative documents, besides that the efficiency and effectiveness of village staff performance will be better..

Abstract

Hepatitis is a chronic and dangerous disease that can lead to death. Making early predictions to detect hepatitis is very important because many people still underestimate the disease. These predictions can be made by collecting patient data or health examination results, so that preventive measures can be taken faster and better. Early diagnosis of the disease is important for prompt management and treatment. The right stage of diagnosis activities and accurate disease prediction in time can save many patients. The magnitude of this disease problem in Indonesia can be known from various studies, studies, and disease observation activities. In this study, researchers will apply and compare data mining classification methods, namely the Logistic Regression method and Support Vector Machine to diagnose hepatitis disease. Based on the research, it is known that the Logistic Regression method has an accuracy rate of 84.62% and an under the curve (AUC) value of 0.841, then the Support Vector Machine method has an accuracy rate of 87% and an AUC value of 0.865. From the t-test results, it can be seen that there is no significant difference between the Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machine methods, because the value = 0.520>0.05. This shows that the Logistic Regression method has almost the same performance as the Support Vector Machine method. Hopefully the results of this research can help doctors determine a diagnosis more quickly and reduce the possibility of misdiagnosis so that early detection of hepatitis can be carried out more widely, especially in remote areas with limited health facilities

Abstract

Kredit sekarang menjadi tren di masyarakat. Problem kredit adalah sejarah penggunaan kartu kredit yang salah. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dapat menyebabkan kredit macet. Jika pelanggan tidak membayar utang yang telah disepakati dengan bank, mereka dapat meningkatkan risiko kredit mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menerapkan algoritma Random Forest tanpa optimasi dan Algorima Random Forest dengan Optimasi Fitur Seleksi Backward Elimination untuk mengklasifikasikan status kelayakan kredit. Peneliti menggunakan 481 catatan kredit kendaraan dengan ulasan ”bad” dan ”good”. Variabel independen digunakan dalam penelitinan adalah status tanggungan, usia, pendidikan terkahir, status pernikahan, pekerjaan, status perusahaan, pendapatan, status pekerjaan, kondisi rumah, lama tinggal dan uang muka. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengujian, performa model random forest tanpa backward elimination untuk penilaian kelayakan kredit memberikan tingkat akurasi kebenaran sebesar 78,60% dengan nilai area under the curva (AUC) sebesar 0,907. Sedangkan Performa model  random forest dengan backward elimination memberikan tingkat akurasi kebenaran sebesar 89,81% dengan nilai area under the curve (AUC) sebesar 0,922. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa optimasi dengan backward elimination dapat meningkatkan kinerja metode klasifikasi yang digunakan.

Abstract

TikTok Shop is a social e-commerce platform where vendors can sell products to TikTok users. Users can then purchase items in various conditions with this program. Additionally, sellers can post and save product details and listings to promote to TikTok users.The purpose of carrying out this Community Service activity is to optimize marketing activities for SMEs digitally so that SMEs products in Taman Cibinong Asri Bogor can cover a wider scope. Community Service activities carried out by organizing socialization and training for all SME actors. In the counseling session, participants were given direct practice in creating a TikTok Shop account, uploading products and creating promotional content. The results of the activity show that participants have a good understanding of digital technology, especially TikTok Shop. Participants are also able to create a TikTok Shop account and upload their products. However, participants still need to improve their skills in creating interesting promotional content.

Abstract

The increasing need for cellular-based closed communication networks in corporate environments has increasingly become a major focus for many organizations, including PT. Universal Media Solutions Jakarta. In the face of increasingly complex communication challenges and increasing data demands, the company is working to improve the efficiency and performance of its communications network. This study aims to investigate the potential of using multi-link aggregation as a solution to improve cellular communication networks at PT. Universal Media Solutions Jakarta. The multi-link aggregation method allows combining multiple communication lines to achieve increased network speed, availability, and consistency. The study will involve analyzing and testing various scenarios using multi-link aggregation technology in the company's cellular-based closed network environment. Network performance measurement will be carried out to radiate the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. In addition, technical and financial factors will also be considered to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed solution. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for PT. Solusi Media Semesta Jakarta and other organizations in optimizing their closed communication network using multi-link aggregation technology. Thus, companies can increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve service quality for their customers and internal users.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendominasi semua sektor kehidupan masyarakat, tidak terkecuali Lembaga pemerintah utamanya pelayanan publik. Kelurahan ciparigi bogor saat ini dalam menjalankan pelayanan administrative terhadap masyarakat masih bersifat konvensional sehingga berdampak pada kualitas layanan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Pelayanan tersebut antara lain pembuatan eKTP, pengantar kartu Indonesia sehat dan Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu. Sistem pelayanan manual ini berdampak pada kinerja staf kelurahan menjadi tidak efisien, sedangkan pada sisi pelayanan masyarakat membutuhkan waktu cukup lama. Ditambah dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk yang terus meningkat. Solusi dari masalah ini dengan membangun sistem pelayanan berbasis digital dan dapat diakses dari mana saja, sehingga masyarakat lebih efektif dari sisi waktu dan kinerja staf kelurahan menjadi efisien dengan bantuan teknologi yang memudahkan dalam pelayanan administrative terhadap kebutuhan dokumen penduduk. Sistem dibangun dengan model waterfall dan framework codeigniter berbasis web. Dengan system yang dibuat ini mampu meningkatkan pelayanan t lebih cepat, tepat dan efektif.

Abstract

Unemployment became a social problem for the community, so they could not meet their life needs. One cause because they do not have special skills, so it is difficult to get a job. Therefore, in every local government through the UPTD Balai Tenaga Kerja, it often conducts work training for those who need it. However, the system applied in the UPTD Bogor area is still conventional. Causing problems such as data readings are less obvious; form storage and documents are not neatly arranged, so some documents are missing and lost. It resulted in a loss for the participants who would participate in job training. So it takes the development of the system to solve the problem. To improve the existing system, that is from conventional to computerized. For the development of this system, it is necessary to take steps such as those in the waterfall model. The result of the development of this system is the design of a web-based work training acceptance system that can facilitate participants to access online in the selection of the desired work exercises, and the storage of documents will be stored neatly in a database.

Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan transformasi digital mendorong lembaga seperti Studio Alam TVRI untuk beralih dari pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan ketidakefisienan. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi web untuk mengelola data penjualan layanan secara lebih efisien. Sistem memungkinkan pencatatan transaksi digital, penyimpanan data pelanggan, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis. Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan Python, menggunakan Streamlit sebagai antarmuka, Supabase (PostgreSQL) sebagai basis data, serta Pandas, SQLAlchemy, dan Plotly untuk manipulasi dan visualisasi data. Metodologi Extreme Programming (XP) digunakan untuk mendukung pengembangan fleksibel dan berbasis umpan balik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan efektif dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi administrasi, mengurangi beban kerja manual, dan mendorong digitalisasi operasional Studio Alam TVRI.
