Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are regulated in Article 1 Paragraph (6) of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 39 of 2010, which states that BUMDes is a business formed by the village government with its ownership and management involving the village government and the community. BUMDesa Kareka Nduku, although it functions as a village economic empowerment institution, faces a number of challenges in its operations. Some of the main problems faced are difficulties in recording agricultural assets and tools, as well as the insynchronization between stock records in warehouses and records in the treasurer, which leads to frequent shortages of fertilizer and insecticide stocks. In addition, the manual recording process for capital and business loans causes the creation of monthly reports to take a long time, even more than an hour, and there are often errors because officers have to check daily reports from various fields. This resulted in delays in making reports that should have been submitted by the BUMDes.

Abstract

The web-based MSME Data Collection Information System at the Central Sumba Cooperative, SME, Industry and Trade Office aims to improve efficiency in managing data and information related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Central Sumba region. This system is designed to simplify the process of data collection, monitoring, and reporting on MSMEs, which was previously done manually. Using web-based technology, this system can be accessed by MSME managers, local governments, and other relevant parties in order to accelerate data-driven decision making. This information system provides MSME data collection features, structured data storage, MSME development reporting, and statistical analysis that can assist in policy planning to improve the competitiveness and welfare of MSMEs in Central Sumba. With this system, it is hoped that it can support the development of the MSME sector in Central Sumba to be more transparent, accurate, and integrated.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi (SI) telah menjadi komponen integral dalam berbagai organisasi dan bisnis modern. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memperluas cakupan dan kompleksitas sistem informasi, memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengelola data dengan lebih efisien dan memperbaiki proses bisnis mereka. Sebagai hasilnya, pentingnya studi tentang sistem informasi dalam konteks berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti manajemen, teknologi, dan ekonomi semakin ditekankan. Sistem informasi adalah suatu sistem yang terdiri dari kumpulan komponen sistem ,yaitu software,hardware dan brainware yang memproses informasi menjadi sebuah output yang berguna untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu dalam suatu organisasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan data Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Sumba Barat, sangat diperlukan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Proses pengembangan sistem diawali dengan tahap analisis kemudian dilakukan perancangan, meliputi perancangan proses dan perancangan basis data. Proses perancangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Use Case Diagram. Dari use case tersebut kemudian ditransformasikan menjadi modul-modul program untuk diimplementasikan. Sedangkan perancangan basis data dilakukan dengan metode pemodelan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERDiagram). Implementasi pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan Dreamweaver MX, PHP sebagai interface sistem dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai database. Web server yang digunakan adalah Apache dan browser menggunakan Mozilla Firefox untuk aplikasi web. Metodologi pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian.

Abstract

The evaluation results with epoch 100 have quite good classification accuracy. The correct accuracy value of the classification is 60% of the test data. In other words, the results of this classification can be said to be good. Compared with the classification accuracy at epoch 100, which is 20-30% of the test data. The model obtained is good. At epoch 400 this model has a better level of accuracy than epoch 100. At epoch 1000 the increase in recognition accuracy for test data increases by 20% so that the recognition accuracy becomes 55-60%. Based on the results of research using the backpropagation neural network algorithm, there are several different levels of accuracy, the training and validation accuracy values ​​are quite good. The researcher's suggestion is to continue this research so that it can produce a more accurate process. The training process is carried out using several epoch values, namely epoch 200, epoch 400, epoch 600, epoch 800, epoch 1000, epoch. The best accuracy obtained during training was 89.3% and validation was 82%.

The Village Information System is an inseparable part of the implementation of Village laws. Village Law Article 86 concerning Village Development Information Systems and Rural Area Development clearly states that villages have the right to access information through information systems developed by regional or city governments. A system is a group of elements that are closely related to each other, which function together to achieve certain goals. Hardware and software. Hardware includes one notebook unit with eighth generation Intel Core i3 specifications, 4 Gb RAM, 256 Gb SSD. The software used includes the Windows 10 Pro 64bit operating system, Notepad++, XAMPP, Chrome, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio. The results obtained from this research are an administrative information system that can solve the problems faced by Tema Tana Village. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the administrative information system can answer the problems faced, including easier and faster data searching, data archiving does not take up much space. large because it has been replaced by digital storage, and data reporting can be presented quickly, completely, attractively and according to office need

Abstract

A school requires quality human resources and quality education in order to increase its profile and performance in achieving school educational targets and goals. One element that has a big influence is school quality. Therefore, a method or supervisory body is needed to assess the quality of education in schools while reducing subjective assessments of the quality of school education. Assessing the quality of school education certainly has many assessment criteria with different priorities, so an SPK application and method is needed that can take these criteria into account. One method of approach to solving multi-criteria problems is Simple Additive Weighite (Saw), which is a way of making decisions by looking for the best choice among existing alternatives by calculating the proximity of the alternative to the ideal solution value. The research was carried out by calculating the criteria points for quality elements and instruments so that it is easier to assess school quality. The final result obtained is a sequence of alternative closeness values ​​with the ideal solution value. From the test it can be concluded that it is easier to make more objective decisions.

Abstract

The Web-Based Information System for Family Planning (FP) Participant Registration at the Wee Karou Community Health Center in West Sumba Regency aims to simplify the registration process for FP participants, improve efficiency, and provide easier access for the community to FP services. Previously, the registration process was conducted manually, which often led to delays, data processing errors, and time inefficiency. Therefore, an information system is needed to digitalize the registration and data management processes of FP participants. This system is developed using web-based technology that enables the Wee Karou Health Center to conduct online FP participant registration, monitor program progress, and generate reports more quickly and accurately. The main features of the system include online FP participant registration, participant data management, service schedule monitoring, and the generation of statistical reports related to FP services. The implementation of this system is expected to reduce data entry errors, accelerate the registration process, and enhance transparency and data accuracy. In addition, it provides convenience for the community to register without having to visit the health center directly. Thus, the Family Planning services at Wee Karou Community Health Center are expected to become more optimal, effective, and efficient in supporting government programs for population control and better family planning.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based New Student Admission Information System (PPDB) at Marawang State Elementary School. This system was developed as a solution to improve efficiency, transparency, and accuracy in the process of admitting new students. By utilizing web-based technology, prospective students and parents can register online, upload required documents, and monitor registration status in real-time. The school has the convenience of verifying data, managing information, and generating admission reports automatically. Data security is an important aspect of this system, so it is designed with personal information protection features to maintain the confidentiality of students. The system development method is carried out through a web-based approach that allows flexible access from a variety of devices. The results of the study show that the web-based PPDB system is able to speed up the administration process, reduce manual errors, and increase user satisfaction. The implementation of this system not only provides benefits for Marawang State Elementary School, but can also be used as a model for other schools in adopting a similar information system. Thus, the web-based PPDB system contributes to the modernization of basic education management and supports the creation of more effective and transparent educational services.

Abstract

The Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is a vital community organization with a significant role in addressing social issues. One such issue is the increasing number of juvenile delinquency cases in schools, which has become a major concern for both educational institutions and parents. Schools must be proactive in monitoring their students to address this problem effectively. However, traditional manual monitoring processes are inefficient and time-consuming. To overcome this, there is a need for an efficient, user-friendly, and multi-user monitoring system that enables both schools and parents to access information about their children's behavioral violations. This student violation monitoring system is designed to be web-based, utilizing UML (Unified Modeling Language) for system design and employing the Waterfall development method. The goal of this system is to provide an effective solution for managing and tracking student violations, allowing for better control and prevention of delinquent behavior within the school environment. By implementing this system, both school authorities and parents will be able to collaborate more effectively in monitoring and addressing student behavior.
